Carpets look amazing, the tech who arrived was helpful and extremely professional! Provided an additional service without cost which was unexpected and very thoughtful. Very surprised at the level of cleaning, I had a large coffee stain in my bedroom that I was unable to clean out myself. Two months after moving into a new construction home I spilled a large mug of coffee on my bedroom floor. Did my best to clean the stain myself with no luck. The stain have been on my carpet for nearly 8 months & Zerorez was able to almost completely (90%) eliminate the stain.

Our service tech was great. Super fast and efficient. I appreciated that he suggested other services but there was no pressure to purchase. I would request this tech again. We also strictly use Zero Rez.

Did a full house (townhome) carpet cleaning - several carpeted areas including 3 bedrooms, walk-in closet, 2 flights of stairs, basement and living room. Excellent experience - The person did a pre-inspection (using UV lamp to show bio-stains) and prepped me on what the outcome should be and after the cleaning was complete, called me up and did a post-inspection. The gentleman was not only professional but also genuinely friendly and gave me tips on maintenance and things to watch out for

My carpets were a long time overdue for cleaning. After cancelling initial appointment due to a snow storm, I called and rescheduled my appointment. The office called to remind me of the appointment and the Tech called 1/2 hour ahead to let me know they were coming. Very good customer service! The Tech did a great job moving furnature (the did not have Electronics on it, or moving a bed, which I understand is very taxing for anyone) and the resulting carpets was very clean! I would hire them again to do my carpet cleaning.

Outstanding work by Tim Campbell! Professional, experienced and worked hard to bring our carpet areas back to life. I am a long term customer of Zerorez because the technician always does great work and is very customer oriented.

Service technician Nathan was prompt, courteous and explained the carpet cleaning process in detail. I was happy with everything until the next morning, when in the bright daylight, I saw a small "missed spot" under one of the legs of our dining room table. Nathan did not move the dining table when he cleaned the carpet. (Hence why I rated the Quality category a "B". I called Zerorez to inform them of the missed spot and a different technician named Alex, arrived that same afternoon to re-clean the spot. Alex had excellent, impressive customer service skills, was quite knowledgable, and was a great spot remover! The carpet looked wonderful. I could see why the title on Alex's business card stated "Lead Trainer." Now I am very happy customer!
