Many reminder emails, helpful to get things ready and furniture moved. They called and asked if we would like them a little earlier- and we said yes! They arrived when they promised and got right to work. They had suggestions for several of the areas, very, very pleased with the results, coffee stains that I couldn't remove were gone, carpets look great!! Would recommend and would use again!!

They were excellent! The best we've ever had in 20 years. If I could give them an A+, I would.

Nathan S. and Trevor S. were the two technicians that were sent out to clean my carpet. Both men were polite, hardworking and very helpful. They took time to explain what they were doing and went through the estimate before the work began. The estimate that I got over the phone about 10 days prior to the cleaning, was spot on. No unexpected surprise there. Nathan made sure that we were both on the same page BEFORE they started and even asked for a verbal ok before they began. The carpet looks fantastic! It looks as nice as it did when we first put it in. The spots and everyday dirt came out beautifully. I couldn't be happier. I should have done this long ago. Nathan and Trevor also figured out how much it would cost to clean an area rug. They took their time to answer my questions and measure the rug to get a price quote. The thing I appreciated the most was neither of them were pushy about getting any of these options done to either the carpet or the rug. They knew to inform, but also not to push. I will definitely have ZEROREZ out again. Thanks Nathan and Trevor!

They were able to schedule quickly and did an excellent job on the cleanup. We thought the results were better than other cleaning companies who have done the job before. There were some spots on the carpet where a cat had erped and those were completely eliminated.

They cleaned our dryer vents as well. However, their machines malfunctioned and they had to come back. The results were not what I expected.

Cleaned three bedrooms, a hallway, stairs, and an oversized carpeted basement. I have used two other cleaners in the past and this one, although more expensive, was much better than of the rest. I was impressed by the professionalism and level of detail. They arrived on time, went through what they were going to do, went through the charges up front and even added a room as "traffic area only" instead of counting as a room due to the small size. Overall no complaints. I would recommend Zerorez to my friends and use again.

We have used some other people in the past, and we like Zerorez. We have good success with their cleaning. The stains get out. The carpet stay clean. The price is fine.

Did a thorough professional job cleaning a 12 year old light beige frise carpet. Carpet looked almost new when they were finished. I've never used this type of carpet cleaning before. Interestingly, the clean carpet has remained that way much longer than following previous cleanings. . From now on it is the only cleaning method I would use. It is more expensive than traditional steam cleaning but quite worth it in my opinion.

Arrived on time. Explained the process entirely before beginning. Asked for my questions or concerns. While exiting my home the basement handrail as accidently bumped and the brass hardware that holds the rail to the wall was broken. Jordon, my service tech, called his home office and had it handled in 2-3 minutes. He had made arrangements for the handrail to be repaired at a time of my choosing. Jordan was very professional, curteous and did a great job at customer service.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and did a great job. The pricing was reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

The duct cleaning made a huge difference in how much dust we have blowing around the house.

The service was scheduled about a week out but a couple of hours before it was to be performed I got a call from Zerorez informing me that their equipment wasn't working and I would have to reschedule. I was able to get an appointment for the following day. The crew arrived on time and the work was completed within a few hours. They also cleaned our dryer vent at no charge to to compensate for having to reschedule the original appointment on short notice. All in all, we were happy with the service Zerorez provided and will use them in the future.

A $150 package turned into a $378 nightmare. Everything was terrific except for the price.

Seemed to do an overall good job. A few concerns arose, however. The workers had a hard time getting power set up in a way they needed, which took a lot of time. The window of time was set up for three hours, and since they had difficulty with power hookups and showed up at my house a while into the time window, they were not completed during the arranged time window. This resulted in problems for my schedule, and I am frustrated that they couldn't get done within the pre-arranged window. Note that, however, the people doing the work were orderly, respectful, and seemed to do a good job.

They cleaned the carpet. I don't have any complaints.

We called Zerores on Monday and they came out on Tuesday at the top of the 3-hour arival slot. They evaluated the house and gave us a quote for the services we requested. They also explained thier unique cleaning process as well as the differences that are depend on the sources of dirt & stains. After carefully reviewing the quote with the tech and accepting it. They began the cleaning work. The techs were very professional and thorough. They clearly knew how to handle their equipment. When they finished, we walked through the house and the lead tech pointed out how particular stains were removed. Results are amazing! Carpet (off-white) is close to original color & most stains are gone. Upholstery colors are near new and most stains are gone. My mother is ecstatic! Lead tech reminded us that if any stains that come back as carpet dries to call the company and they will come out free. I should also mention that the company sent me an email at every step of our interactlon. Zerorez may cost more than your typical carpet cleaning company but their results speak for themselves. You get what you pay for.

They were very professional and always take off their shoes off and put protective covers on them. They are careful about dragging the hose and all that kind of thing. Although they have a lot of extra services, they don’t try to cram them down your throat. They are very fair about it and tell you what the options are. They are the best carpet cleaner we’ve ever had. We’ve been using them for about 4 years. First time they came out, they actually had to come back because they pulled so much stuff out of the carpet that the other carpet cleaners haven’t gotten and since then, I wouldn’t use anybody else. They make it look like new.

Zerorez cleaned all the ducts in our house and furnace. They did a very good job as the air quality is much cleaner and very little dust bunnies on our floors.

My neighbor highly recommended them.

They arrived towards the very end of their service window. 2 men came and got to work right away. We had pet accidents so they recommended an overall pretreatment vs just spot pre treating which we did. Everything came out really well, took them about 2.5-3 hours.

There were spots on the stairs and the person gave us an excuse and said they couldn't reach them. We later found that wasn't the case. The stains came back after 30-35 days, after the warranty period. The person that came out gave us wrong information. The way they calculated the area around our house was incorrect. They came on time. Their professionalism was completely lacking.

We used them. They are okay. They have to come back because they left a foam in the carpet. Their prices were reasonable. They did the job about a year ago. I don’t remember the exact price I really don’t. They have to come back because when we walked with our socks on our socks get sticky to it. The second time they did it when they put water on it and suction backup it work fine. They also clean our grout in the kitchen, dining room and hallway and they did a really good job on that. Responsiveness, they were very good with that. The only thing I did not like it they tried upsale all the time.

It was fine. The convenience was good. What stands out is their timeliness. I think their price was okay.
