Excellent. Two technicians provided the service; one was a trainer and the other a trainee. I was very impressed with both of the men. They were very polite, friendly, and very, very thorough in their work. Some of the stains were difficult to remove. The techicians persisted until there was no more evidence of them. Both men were careful to inform me of the prices for every aspect of the work they did. The results of their hard work are evident!

I called Zerorez after hearing a special price on the radio. That ad said they would clean carpets on a Sunday, but the person I talked to on the phone would only schedule me for a Saturday. She said I would be contacted 24 hours prior to my specific time. Since Sunday was my only day off, I made special arrangements to accommodate their Saturday schedule. Friday morning came and went with no contact from Zerorez, so I made other plans for Saturday morning (remember, it was a rare Saturday off for me). Friday afternoon came and went and still no confirmation from Zerorez. Friday evening I called Zerorez and learned that I was scheduled for first thing Saturday morning. When I explained that was no longer feasible, they said they were unable to change the schedule. They offered 50% off the price so I scrambled to again re-arrange my schedule to accommodate Zerorez. The tattooed and pierced workers who arrived Saturday morning spent an inordinate amount of time in the bedroom. I had declined stain and spot treatment, so I suggested they wrap things up. They then made themselves comfortable at the kitchen island. When they finished and it was time to pay, the 50% discount was taken off some mysterious price of over $200. They also applied high pressure to buy their carpet treatments. In an effort to get the men out of my home and end the drama, I paid the same amount I would have for the original radio offer, and even bought their treatments. There was no difference in the carpet after the Zerorez cleaning than after it is cleaned by my regular cleaning company. The treatments were as good as products I can buy for half the price. If you like drama from carpet cleaners, have too much time and too much money on your hands, Zerorez is your company. Personally, I will stay with my local cleaner who is the owner of his small business, he lives locally, and scheduling is never a problem. IN RESPONSE: It is malicious and offensive that Zerorez insinuates there was urine in my bedroom carpet. Perhaps their technicians left that there after spending so much time in the room. Who knows what else they may have left. If Sunday appointments are not available during January, they should not be promoted in January. Callers should be told of scheduling limitations.

I am changing my rating for Zerorez because after I reviewed them on this list, I received a call from them and they picked up the rug and had it professionally repaired. All new fringe repaired by hand. I was also told that they no longer use the cleaning materials that obviously dissolved the fringe on my area rug. I thought it all went fine as the odors were completely removed. However, a few weeks later, I am finding that the original trim on the ends is falling off. Whatever was used to kill the odors also killed the fringe on both ends of the rug. I was totally surprised to see this. My expectations were dashed completely now that the fringe is falling off my very valuable Tibetan rug.

We had Zerorez clean the carpet in what will be our 13-month-old daughter's bedroom. Our initial service on 8/3/14 was less than satisfactory in the service performed (a cat vomit stain remained and some damaged carpet fibers were not removed during cleaning) and the lacking professionalism of the technicians. However, when I spoke with customer service the next day, 8/4/14, they apologized for our experience and informed me that they would send out a senior technician to remedy the problem areas at no extra charge. On 8/7/14, a senior technician, and a technician in training, re-cleaned the carpet in the bedroom removing the damaged fibers and the cat vomit stain. They did inform us prior to the cleaning that they might not be able to remove the vomit stain but would do their best to do so with the tools available to them. We were very pleased with the service we received along with the professionalism of the technicians, their punctuality, and the quality of the work they performed. They were very knowledgeable and hard working. They were able to remove the damaged carpet fibers and the vomit stain. The 18-year-old carpet looks wonderful and we now feel safe having our daughter in that room. We also decided to have an upholstered armchair cleaned as well, for an extra charge as it was not part of the initial cleaning, and were very pleased with the results. They were able to remove the cat hair and smell from the chair making it look new. We're very impressed and grateful with the way Zerorez remedied the situation and how excellent the technicians they sent out the second time were in the service they performed and the professionalism they exhibited. We've used Zerorez in the past to clean the carpet of a large living room, stairs, and two hallways with excellent results, both with the service of the technicians and the cleanliness of the carpets; they were able to remove cat hair and odor along with vomit stains. We will use them again in the future and continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

They made a timely appointment, and explained everything they were going to do. They had us inspect the job midway through to be sure that it was meeting our expectations. The couch looked almost new when they were done, and the carpet looks and feels great--with no residue afterwards. We really like this company !

I called them approximately one week before, and they were able to schedule the cleaning at a time that worked well for us. They came on time and were very helpful and professional. They also removed stains from the carpet that were not removed by previous carpet cleaning by another company that had been favorably reviewed here on Angie's list. They left a fan to help dry the carpet, because we had visitors coming the next day.

They took the rug and runner to their factory and treated where the stains where and then they cleaned it. They returned it to us at our convenience. They're open seven days a week. The rugs look brand new. They look great. They don't feel crunchy on your feet, like some carpet cleaners make your carpets feel. They give you a three day window when they're coming out, and then a three hour window.

They did not do a good job and he was not very positive.

My carpet is over 22 years old (I know its overdue for replacement) but wanted to give it a last cleaning to hold me for a bit until I decide on my next flooring so I was curious how well they would turn out. I was very pleased with how well their cleaning process worked on my dirty old carpet and bringing it back to life and exceeded my expectations. They were on time and were prompt in completing the work and very professional. They put guards at the corners to help protect them against their hoses. My only suggestion is they need to improve their equipment for handling steps as those got banged up a little bit but was minor. In the end I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others.

The telephone contacts and two technicians who performed the work were all very accommodating and professional. I must say the carpets looked brand new when the job was done. My only concern was that the special offer of three rooms for $169 escalated quickly to over $500, once the biologic and carpet protector were added in. That seemed steep to me since our carpets were not terribly dirty or stained to begin with and the last cleaner charged $300 for our entire house (without the special add-ons). However, the results appear to be excellent one day after the cleaning, and the service was outstanding. Just be aware that even a small amount of extra square footage in a room and any recommended add-ons push the "special" price up quickly.

Happy with the results, and like that they do not use chemicals.

I love Zerorez! They do a wonderful job on my carpets, show up on time and are professional. Scheduling the service is a breeze and I have never been disappointed with the outcome.

We loved the job that they did! Two technician completed the work and took them about two hours. They use a powered water method that they claim leaves no residue. They leave it on the carpets just long enough for it to work and suck it all back up into a barrel in their vehicle. They don't use any soaps or chemicals. They did the job well and we are pleased with the work that they did.

Our dog was sick one weekend and ended up vomiting 6 times on our very lightly covered rug. We had also gotten upholstered dining chairs off Craigslist, so we had those cleaned up at the same time.The stains didn't completely come out of the rug, partially (I believe) because it took 3 days for them to get to our appointment (very busy!) and partially, the technician said, because we had used another cleaning product first before we called them. (I wasn't going to let it sit for 3 days while we waited) Overall i'm impressed by the professionalism of our technician, he was very knowledgeable and told me how to treat stains like this in the future and how zerorez was different than other cleaners. I will use them again.

This company is very professional and friendly. My only criticism is the mismarketing of the pet spray that I purchased. I was under the impression that it was both a stain and odor eliminator.

He did a basic carpet cleaning. He was very professional and this was the 2nd time we have used them and we will continue using him and his service.

Did a fabulous job. Would use them again. Got out stains I thought were permanent. Very professional and friendly.

Overall very pleased with the results. They pretreated and removed all the stains in the carpet. Some stains were several years old and they removed all except for some paint (over 8 years old) and some blobs of nail polish (don't know how old). More costly then I expected to pay since they considered my 800 sq ft as 4 rooms! Plus there's a water disposal fee of $14 dollars added at the end. Scheduling was very easy. Technician called when he was on his way and arrived when they promised. Carpet looks and feels great. Planning to drop off our Oriental rug to get cleaned as well.

I didn’t feel that the results were very good as the carpet seemed very stiff. I was very impressed with the job they did on the area rug. They were very accommodating and respectful of my premises. They also have someone that is in charge of just area rugs and knows what he is doing. He asked questions about the age and content of the rugs. They worked very hard and they responded well.

They were here on time, very pleasant, efficient and answered all our quesitons.

I've used them before, and I've always been very happy with their work. This time was no exception. Very professional, thorough, takes care to put any furniture up on blocks that is too big to move. The treatment for the pet problems was more expensive than it has been in the past, and that gave me pause. I was told the technician would give me a quote on that once he came, but it seemed that there was a set per room fee that was not flexible--I could have been given that quote when I booked them. That's my only criticism. I love that there is no detergent residue, and I highly recommend their service. I will use them again, but will discuss additional fees more thoroughly at time of booking next time.

They arrived on time, did the work exactly as had been explained to me prior to the day of service, and answered any questions I had while they were there. Overall, it went very well. The carpets had to dry out for a day or so, but I was happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Everything went well. They were very flexible with the times and even extended my promotion because they could not do the day and time I wanted. Very helpful to talk to on the phone.

This was my first time trying zerorez after reading positive reviews here on Angie's List. We had lots of soiled carpet with pet stains. Our technician did a wonderful job and was able to get the carpet looking better than I thought possible. He was professional and thorough. I was comfortable having him in my home. The price was a little higher than I have paid for other cleanings, but it was well worth it.

The person who scheduled the appointment was very helpful and arranged for us to get the advertised price per room, plus the $60 deep, bodily fluids cleaning to get the vomit out of the carpet. The person that came out was right on time. He noticed some rust spots in our living room from a storage bench, so I was assuming that meant he would get them out. I did opt not to purchase the additional $60 to clean that carpet. The spots were not removed. When he was finished, he had me check my daughter's room and I said I could smell it. He wanted me to try to smell where it was exactly and I could not pinpoint it over the cleaning materials. He told me that there was a 30 day guarentee and, since he did not use the gallon of whatever the cleaning stuff was, I could have them come out to clean it again. I'm not sure why he did not use this bodily fluids cleaner. I have left a message with them this morning to have her room fixed. I'm hoping this issue is resolved without a problem, but I'm worried we just wasted almost $175.
