Cleaned some heavily stained carpets to an excellent level. Provided great suggestions on spot cleanliness and were overall an excellent service provider. I would say they rank at the very top of my list for experiences with service providers. Professional, very positive and generally great to work with. Approximately one week after they were done, we had a major accidental spill of some cleaner on the same carpet on the stairs. We called and they came out within a day or two. They instructed us over the phone on what to do in the meantime. When they arrived, they said they weren't sure if they could get it out but would try. Spend about 30 minutes on it. They then left us with instruction on how to treat it to completion. While this was clearly our fault and should not have been covered under the warranty for the original cleaning, they would not accept payment (we insisted) but they said it was a quick job and they appreciated our business. I will recommend and use them everytime. The job they did was clean and the carpet looks and feels great.

Everything went very well. Costumer service is excellent. Service technician is knowledgeable and courteous. Explained al the details and costs up front. A bit pricey but overall a great service. Technician also was very careful cleaning up afterwards.

The 4'x7' Kirman had belonged to my mother-in-law. After her death twenty years ago, we had inadvertently left it in a storage locker. When discovered a few weeks ago, there were large yellow stains on each end. I took the rug to Zerorez, initially just to get an estimate. Rick Jenkins, Production Manager, personally inspected the rug. He encouraged me to have it cleaned and promised to personally clean it. He cleaned it twice, and even called a colleague in New York for additional ideas. The stains are virtually gone and the rug is beautiful. It is rare that one is so warmly served and with such quality.

All I can say is WOW! My carpeting was downright disgusting.....we're set to replace it but not until spring. It was filthy and worn and after Chris and Joe from Zerorez did their magic it literally looks close to brand new. Certainly better than when we moved in. All aspects of my experience was positive from their initial contact, to follow up to the actual carpet cleaning itself. I will definitely use them again.

Originally the service was scheduled for the previous day. I received a call from the dispatcher that the person who was scheduled to clean my carpets had been injured and we rescheduled the appointment. Tony was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We discussed a couple of areas where I had concern about stains. My carpets look great and I would definitely use Zerorez again. When scheduling an appointment, Zerorez provides a 3 hour window for service with the technician calling 15 to 30 minutes before arrival. This may pose a problem for people who work and require that they take half of a day off to be available.

The carpet cleaning went really well, however my carpet is just over 2 years old and no stains on it. The service provider was professional and timely. I wouldn't waste my money on couch cleaning again though - there were stains on it (not large or noticeable unless you look for them, but basically all the same stains are still there after and it was $120 for it to be done, really feel like that was a waste of money. However, I think their price is comparable to others and probably did no worse than any other on the couch. So 2 thumbs up for carpet, but not so much on upholstery cleaning.

The technician called when he was in-route. Upon arrival, he assessed the areas we wanted cleaned and then completed the job. Time to complete - less than 90 minutes (est.) My only complaints were (1) up-selling from the minute he walked in; this treatment, that treatment, pre-book next appointment, spot cleaning kit etc etc. (2) I found it odd that excuses were made from the beginning. The tech would never commit to his ability to remove stains. It was one disclaimer after another. If he does not believe in the process, why should I? I am sure he was following the scripted training but it struck me as weird. Lastly, there was water puddling at the entrances of the rooms. i.e. He would clean the room, back himself out and there was water on the floor upon leaving. Just wished he had wiped it up. On the plus side, the stains were removed. Scheduling was not a hassle.

Rob got down on his hands and knees to really understand the source of the problem. Having identified that it was confined to the hallway area, he made a recommendation that I felt balanced level of effect his cleaning process could achieve with practicality of cost - which was great. Rest of the carpets look great, in fact "like new". Our 3 1/2-yr-old commented twice that, "Rob had all kinds of pipes and hoses. He worked really hard." :-)

First carpet cleaner was inexperienced and left far too much water in the carpet. It took days for carpet to dry and carpet was crispy feeling when I walked on it. Then I noticed the marks left on the walls in my freshly, professionally painted stairwell. Clearly, the carpet cleaner had not used corner guards in the stairwell. I called Zerorez and requested a refund. They talked me into letting them re-clean the carpets instead of issuing a refund. I am so sorry I did this. Zerorez sent their Quality Control person to re-clean my carpets and scheduled an interior finish person to repair my wall. The interior finish person did an excellent job of repairing the damage to my wall and paint job. It appeared the Quality Control person did a good job re-cleaning the carpets but, after the carpets dried, I have a musty smell in my walk-out level that had never been there prior to this cleaning. Lived in this house 5 years, had other carpet cleaners and never had this smell, my house sits on a hill and has excellent drainage so there is no reasonable explanation for this musty smell other than the Zerorez carpet cleaning. I have tried for a year now to get rid of this musty smell and nothing will get rid of this smell. Essentially, Zerorez ruined my carpet on my walk-out level. I am so sorry I let Zerorez re-clean these carpets and didn't just get my $500 back and have another company re-clean the carpets.

It was a special. I did not like that they tried to up-sell us additional services. I disliked the price.

I was quoted a price of $159 to clean the carpets. By the time they got out here I looked at the rugs which were in okay condition, the price more than doubled. So, I was not happy with that. I decided to use them because we received a mail flyer. They responded quickly.

Their typical price is $159 for three rooms and they lay it out very clearly what they consider to be a room. They are very fair in their estimation of price and they do an excellent job. They are very professional. I don’t have any problem recommending them at all. I know they are all across the US. They have promotions quite often and because we have been a repeat customer; we have had them in here three times, so they sent a special on my email and this time it was a special offer for $109 for three rooms. When the men come to do the cleaning, they have some leeway to average out what they are doing so that they are not following a specific rule that always must be. They do some estimating and are able to round up what the final price is. That probably makes it sound like they are wishy-washy but I don’t think that at all of them but for repeat customers they are very fair. They do an excellent, thorough job and they can get stains out very well. I had red cough syrup on one carpet and they cleaned it and I haven’t been able to get it out with anything else but they got it out with their techniques and all. So their thoroughness is what I would recommend them the most for. I just can’t say enough about them. They really do a great job.

It went very well, Brandon that came over was wonderful and would recommend them highly. This is the second time I have used them.

Zerorez called me a couple days before and gave me a 3 hour window. One of the crew called when they were on the way to let me know they were coming. Both of the men were polite and professional. They didn't track anything in to the house and picked up after themselves. Their entire operation seemed professional. They cleaned all my vents and cold air returns, as well as the furnace. Overall, I was really impressed. I'd definitely hire them again.

Everything about this experience was terrific, from the easy appointment scheduling and pre-visit confirmation. The technician (Brandon) was punctual, very friendly, and also very educational as he instructed me about their cleaning techniques and about carpet care tips that will help prolong the life of my carpets. Brandon was very thorough and he worked very h****** my carpets, which now look better than they ever did! Even the bedroom that stored the litter boxes for my cats is spotless, which was more than I thought possible. He also showed me the residual carpet soap that the last carpet cleaner I used left on my carpets. I was referred to Zerorez by both family and friends and I can absolutely guarantee that I will use only them for all my future carpet cleaning needs! I recommend them to everyone!

Was professional, neat, but unable to do much with the traffic pattern and z spots that I pointed out. I was disappointed that I did not get a better result. They volunteered to redo it, but I do not believe their process would have made a better result.

Everything went smoothly and the men were thorough with the cleaning and gentle with the furniture.

Got a call on Monday, Sept. 8 to set up a 3 hr. time window for service on Wed., Sept. 10. Service was set up between 1-4pm. Chris called and informed he would be arriving in 20 min. or so, then called again to say they were only 6 min. away. They arrived here a little after 1pm. Did a walk through to show him all the rooms and areas we wanted cleaned. We had moved most of the furniture and items in areas that didn't have carpet. Left some items they would move (60 lbs. or less) on the carpet. Peter went around and sprayed treatment the carpet before starting. They were very courtious and put shoe covers as they were working in the house and also gave us ones to put over our shoes too. They were able to come through the garage with the tubes so they put a door blockade/curtain in the door way since the door needed to be left open at all times. Having read the other reviews, I knew that the estimate given ($373) would not be the final cost. We added deep cleaning to the carpet since we have 2 dogs. They started with the master bed room where there was a stain on the carpet ever since I bought this house in 1999. Once they finished the carpet in the bedroom, they showed us the carpet there and it looked great and they even got that stain out. In doing the rest of the house, they got other stains out that the last company that did our carpets said they could not get out (in the dining room and on the stairs). They finished up the job around 4pm. With the furniture that was on the carpet still, they put either styrofoam blocks or square plastic sheets under the furniture. They even left us a good amount of these also so we can put down the rest of our items on the floor. When we did a last walk through, the carpets looked new, especially the carpet on the stairs and were not as wet as I thought they would be. Both Chris and Peter were wonderful at what they do. Granted, the cost more then doubled from the estimate, but there was no pressure from them to do the added deep cleaning. They did ask if we wanted the scotch guard after the cleaning, and we declined that as did we with the carpet cleaning kit they offer. We just hit our limit, cost wise, with the cleaning itself. Would hire these guys again with a drop of a hat, and hope that Chris and Peter would be the ones that came back out and did the job again.

While the tech was late based on time estimate, it was worth it. I have two cats who managed to stain the carpet-cannot even tell. The carpets look great and the tech explained everything as we went. Would highly recommend.
