It did not go! when the Tech showed up (He was very nice and professional) but after he walked the house boosted the price up 3X to $750.00. after calling the Customer support line they pulled up our "notes" and had no information on our house size or number of ducts that they based the first Quote and only said that there was no way to give an accurate picture of cost because it was over the phone. we have 50s rambler with 1500sf. if they would of been up front the the cost we would not of wasted our time with them because the first quote was inline with other providers. so this is clearly a bate and switch sales system.

Perfect. Technician professional n knew he could clean them when he got there n showed a patch he recleaned before he started.

They did really well. Usually you get this for X number of rooms and then they add on this and add on that.

We were pretty unhappy about it. Pricing was okay. The quality was so poor that I wouldn't use them again.

Their price was pretty good. I would give it a good high rating because they had a good sale that we took on. It was just the fact that we cleaned the carpet and the minute it dried the stains were still there. It was kind of like a false hope. They were fairly cheap. We had just re-sodded the yard and one of their hoses broke and it killed a lot of my grass. Based on their experiences inside the house they promoted their power water and said it would do anything. When it dried out it did a little bit. They probably could have taken their time a little more.

PERFECT! They handled every stain - even cleaned a chair. On time. Super professional. Fully recommend and I will use them again.

Peter was great! Very courteous and helpful. Carpet is 15 years old and was overdue for it's usual two year cleaning. Peter explained options to me and was very knowledgeable and professional. Carpet looks fabulous. Hadn't used them in almost four years and carpet looks like new in many places. They responded quickly, called to confirm, showed up on time. Would definitely recommend them. They are a bit more pricey than typical place, but well worth it!

Wonderful. They showed up on time. Cody was informative and explained our problem areas. He treated my stained areas and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and was very professional.

It was very good, Zerorez does a much better job of taking out stains on the carpet and the treats us fairly. They have sales where the discount the price.I tried Zerorez and the first time they came out they got the spots out so we haven't gone back to plot because we think that the job that Swearers does is better in fact before we hired them the first time we talked to the owner who happened to live in the same neighborhood as my wife did. They call us before they come and give us plenty notice and tell us where they are and we tell them how to get here, where to put their truck and so it works out fine.

They are probably a company that surfaced maybe 5 or 6 years ago. We used another company but Zerorez does a much better job of taking out stains on the carpet. They treat us fairly. We are waiting to use them again but we have to wait for our bathroom to be taken care of. We don't know what sort of damages will fall on the carpet. As soon as we're done, they are coming out here. We usually use them 4 times a year. We had some water damage from the unit up above and it was repaired by our contractor and he did a good job. They are competitive. If you have any complaints, they'll get you satisfied. They call us before they come and give us plenty notice. They tell us where they are and we tell them how to get here and where to put their truck. It works out fine, they are very good.

I am very happy with the way my area rugs were cleaned. The two gentlemen who picked up the rugs came exactly when they said they would. I was comfortable with them being in my home. They gathered information from me about the dog-related issues that may affect how my rugs would be handled. The rugs were cleaned in less than two weeks. The company was very accommodating in terms of picking up the rugs in my old home and delivering them to my new one, which saved me the hassle of paying movers to handle them. The delivery men arrived when they said they would. They were knowledgeable and helpful. When I had the wrong rug pad for the wrong rug, they were patient. They gave me tips on adjusting rug pads so that they wouldn't show or trip anyone.

First class. On time and efficient. Would have again

Excellent service and product. Punctual, helpful, thorough and professional. Stains and spots were successfully removed where as other well known carpet cleaning services were unable to accomplish the task even 1/2 as well in the past. I definitely will use this company again.

They explained to me that the larger stains would come back and they did. I bought my own carpet cleaner and used Oxyclean and the stains are gone. After they did the cleaning the carpets have a weird texture and gross smell to them.

4-5Excellent. Carpeting is old but we wanted to refresh as much as possible and especially wanted to make sure there weren't lingering odors. Tech was very knowledgable and open. Every time we have used Zerorez (at least 5 times over the years) we have been very pleased with knowledge and personality of the techs, so kudos to the folks handing hiring and training. Tried another company last year due to a deal on Amazon local and the difference was painfully stark. Won't stray from Zerorez again.

This is a company that either refuses to be specific, or can't get there answers straight. Does this sound like any company you would choose to do business with? I have to seriously question any business that would make the following radio commercial while you're on hold, " Are we the best in the industry? Well, we hate to brag, ha ha! BUT WE ARE!!! " Moreover, would you like specific answers to questions? You won't get that with this company. What you will get is a different answer based on which "inexperienced" rep you're unlucky enough to be handed-off to. Answers (various, regarding duct cleaning) : "We only use "air-whips" ... "we never use air whips" ... "we use a push-pull system" ... "Well, I'm just a customer service rep." Nice excuses. Q: "How much do you charge?" A: "Well, $25 per vent but, you get $5 off if YOU personally remove the vent grills." X (X-factor, the) : Even though the vent grills have to be removed or stay on at the discretion of the techs who actually do the cleaning, you should remove them? Few other companies use this gimmick (and yes, it's a sales gimmick), at least not around here that I'm aware of. The duct covers actually have to stay on. Does this company seriously think I'm going to climb up a ladder 20+ times just to save $5 per vent? And, especially when the techs have to remove them at their discretion any ways? Gimmick much? Q: "Do you include the dryer vent line?" A: "No, that's an extra $75.00!" Why not include it? Most of their competitors do. Unless it's located on the roof, it should just be included into their already inflated price. The majority of their other competitors include this, free of charge. Q: "Do you charge any other fees?" A: Yes! They also charge a "disposal fee". Because, you know, they use a HEPA filter to dispose of content. In other words, that's code for, "We're too cheap to take care of that cost after WAY overcharging you!" (I'll expand on this more in a bit) But hey! - "We hate to brag about being the the best, but, well, ha ha, WE ARE!!!" MORE Q & A: A: "We also charge an extra $14.99 fee for HEPA filtration." Q (about this weird fee) : "Why do I need HEPA filtration OUTSIDE my house?" X: Short answer; so they can charge you more money - for no good reason. There is no valid reason, ever, to use a special HEPA filter OUTSIDE your home (and a true HEPA on industrial equipment that costs only $14.99? Wouldn't such a filter cost way more?) unless it's a literal biohazard - in which case you won't be contacting a local, standard, cleaning company - there is no point to this. The outdoors will take care of it for you. Based on their sky-high prices - and no, they are not the only "premium service" in town; and based on their highly arrogant attitude, [Well, we hate to brag about being the best, but well, WE ARE!] ... Recommendation: I would not consider doing business with this company. [UPDATE] RESPONSE TO THE PROVIDER - 11.17.2015 I'm glad that your company has had the opportunity to increase its employee base from 10 to 150 employees based on your claim of great work and customer service (that I have not seen), but from my perspective it appears you may have lost sight of what made your company grow in the first place and may have gotten a bit too big for your britches. When I am getting different answers each time I get a different rep; when your prices are 150% to 200% higher than your competitors; when I have to sit on hold for 20+ minutes and in the process have to listen about how, "WE HATE TO BRAG ABOUT BEING THE BEST, BUT, HA HA! ... WE ARE!!", I'm going to pass on doing business with you. I recommend other potential customers look elsewhere for cleaning services until ZEROREZ fixes these problems and takes some serious time to have an attitude adjustment. Brazen arrogance from a company is never a good thing.

I was very satisfied with them and they are the best carpet cleaners I have used. I have recommended them to others.

The technician was fabulous. He got down on hands and knees to smell the carpet to make sure the area had been properly addressed. I was amazed at how thorough he was. While he could not smell urine in one spot, he could still smell the cleaning product I had used to mask the smell. Very impressive.

Came and looked at an initial $180 for cleaning. Turned out to be quoted $1400. $75 for a ten inch spot. Pricing was very cloudy and different than I anticipated. At the end of the day it was $575. I can still smell the dirt and dog urine they were supposed to clean up.

Two men cleaned the entire house air/furnace ducts. They were very careful not to create dust in rooms and did a good job. One of the men even discovered that a damper to one register was not even opened. That made a big difference.

I was also going to have two white cotton sofas cleaned that had been moved and in storage for 4 years. They fabric had yellowed from humidity. The technician, Jaime, let me know that the yellowing would probably not come out but that he would test an area and if it wouldn't come out I would not be charged. It would not come out and there was no charge for this. Jaime was very professional and I would highly recommend him.

There was just one worker and he was wonderful. He was very prompt and he called me before to say that he would be in my house in about 20 minutes. They call to let you know. He got the spots out of my carpet. He was very neat and tidy too, and he didn't leave any mess- they are noted for that around here. They are highly recommended here in the city.
