I like the carpet cleaning because it's kind of "natural-ish' but carpet cleaning only goes so far. Some of those spots show up again. I like the products or the methods that they use. They're reasonable. They're pleasant to work with and all that kind of thing.

They did a fantastic job! My child has allergies, and they knew products to use for a family with allergies.

Two guys came out and it took about three hours. They left the area nice and spotless. They did such a good job. I have a pet and they took care of the spots for me.

They were fantastic. The quality of the work really impressed me. I've never seen my carpet look so good. They're just great. When I bought, you had to do three rooms and I had just gotten brand new carpeting in most of my house, so I didn't need three rooms. I just wanted the room that I hadn't gotten the brand new carpeting in but they did work a deal with me so I had some furniture done and I had some furniture, you know the upholstery was cleaned. They did a couple of starter rugs and that kind of thing to make up for that, but I think that the flexibility of it wasn't, you know, I think I should be able to say I just want one room done.

They were too expensive, but they were on-time.

I had scheduled a cleaning for today (Thursday) in preparation for a client event on Friday. Sadly, my mother-in-law passed away suddenly this morning and I called to reschedule the appointment for Monday as we did not know exactly how things would work for us today. When we realized that we would be able to have some time late afternoon, we called back to see if there would be any chance at all for them to still come for the appointment. The customer service representative spoke with the dispatcher who said that they would be happy to help us this afternoon. So, Mitch and Eric arrived during the time frame given and were extremely friendly and asked us detailed questions about the carpet and what needed to be done. They finished the project in the time frame indicated. Given that the carpet is 20 years old, they did a great job for the job at hand. This is our fifth year in a row to work with them for our annual carpet cleaning and will continue to hire them the next time.

I guess for my purposes they were short staffed, so it would have probably been calling in additional technician to aid with the person who was already there. They were thorough and provided good detail on what they were gonna do and I guess the negative of that would be that one of the techs had to leave. It took longer than anticipated and I think because only one person doing it probably wasn't done to quite the same level.

One person came out and it took two hours. The quality gave them A.

I would use ZEROREZ® again in the future.

They are just fine. They are above average but nothing exceptional.

Well, less than a year later, my furnace quit working. Called my repairman and that furnace filter Zerorez sold me, is too restrictive. It caused my furnace to overheat, thus having to replace the safety limit switch, a $310.00 repair! He also said the furnace was so dirty, he did not think it had been cleaned. I contacted Zerorez and after a few conversations with employees and the manager, they refunded the cost of the filter and came to pick it up. Beware of the A2000 furnace filter....it could cost you more in the long run.

Best professional cleaning we have ever had!

They did a good job, they could have done better in a couple of spotted areas. But, otherwise it was okay. You pay for what you get! Workers were good! They did okay, they could have paid more attention to high traffic areas.

Should have done this years ago! Oh my goodness! What a huge difference this made. The floors are stunning! Chanel worked her tail off. She was a gem to work with!

Top notch. Every aspect of he service was excellent.

The service technicians were exactly on time and called before arriving. They wore booties whenever they came into the house and were remarkably neat and totally cleaned up when they were through. They helped move a large piece of furniture that was blocking two ducts. They took before and after photos of ductwork which showed a remarkable difference after their cleaning. The actual cost of the process was slightly less than the estimate. We would definitely use them again.

It cost between $150 to $200. They were good. The cost was competitive. They were professional to me, I like them actually. I was happy with the job they did. It was okay.

Very efficient and productive service. Did not take much time and result was what we hoped for.

They checked the label on my sofas upon arrival, and let me know that their company's cleaning method was not correct for my fabric. They even tried to get me a referral for another cleaning service. They proceeded with cleaning my rug, and even gave me tips for keeping it in good condition.

They had a two-room special going on. I wasn't wowed by them. They did their job well, quick and efficient. I don't have any realm of comparison for the quality. They got all the carpets cleaned and that special enzyme for the carpet treatment but I had no comparison. This is the first I had the carpets cleaned ever. I had hardwood for all my life to last year having carpets. They're warmer but more maintenance. They came out right when they said they would, on time and did everything they said they would, as you would expect. They were very professional. I need to call them again. They're in and out and did a good job which is exactly what you want. They do exactly what they say when they say they're going to do it, that's all you can really ask for. There's no smell, no nothing. They come in, kick you out for a few hours, clean your carpets and brought you back in.

Air ducts was scheduled first. The serviceman was very nice and explained what he was doing and about how long he would take. I paid extra to have the grates cleaned as well. Server all were not cleaned. Thankfully when the carpet cleaners arrived they cleaned the remaining grates. Carpets looked great when they were finished.

Pricing was okay. I had to had them come out and do it twice because they left like strip behind or there was something fishy so they had to come out and re-do it basically, but they were very nice about it.

I had my inspector out there that day inspecting a house that I was buying and the guy who did the Zerorez stuff disconnected the chute for the exhaust on my water heater which has then poured CO2 into the house which could have killed everyone. The inspector cut that and so this was an amateur stupid mistake. They should have shut it off, he didn't. It was absolutely uncalled for. It should have never happened. It was $300 for the carpet cleaning and $450 for the vent cleaning. With the little mishap, they only gave me $100 off. I didn't feel that their carpet cleaning was superior to me going and renting a machine to clean my own carpet. I think their price is actually high. We were just kind of seeing what another company is offering and all the cost so I think I would have been happy that I went with them at that time. I believe at that time their responsiveness was pretty good.
