Description of Work: DON'T FALL FOR THE HYPE! First time customer and just had my condo done yesterday. Apparently the only thing the ZERO stands for is ZERO DIFFERENCE, aside from the oily, sticky residue left behind. What few minor spots or stains I had actually look worse. Then to top it off we had to stay on a hotel last night because the carpet and pad were SOAKED!! Stopped by the condo today and the carpet is still very damp and covered with an oily sticky residue. When walking from the carpet across the tile floor it leaves a trail of oily footprints! I feel like my carpet is ruined!
