Description of Work: Garage door tune up and replaced rubber seal on bottom of door. They made appointment fast, called on the day of the appointment and arrived within specified time frame. Installer worked fast, answered questions, and was very professional. Will use again.

Description of Work: TCGD provided the original garage door and opener on our home almost 30 years ago. Since then I have relied on them for parts and service and always felt good about our dealings. With them I've kept that door working and up to code for a long time. |When I decided to buy a new door I checked them out and compared their current line along with that offered by others. I felt that I had found the best deal with TCGD. Mark had great models set up in his showroom for us to examine so that I knew exactly what I was buying. A lot of outfits have brochures to look at but no real products to see or touch. |They removed and hauled away the old garage door, track, door moldings, etc. and replaced it with a new door of much higher quality and better construction at the best (lowest) price I could find. |And JD, the installer, adjusted his schedule to fit mine. Just prior to the day we had set for installation we had a family medical emergency come up. JD shifted his work load so that he could get here earlier than scheduled, do a super job, and very graciously free up time for me to tend to important personal matters. |Also, they don't use subs or independent contractors to do the job. All work is performed by TCGD employees and they do take responsibility for it. |Yeah, I recommend that you look at what these folks have to offer. |

Description of Work: I ordered a garage door tune up. The tune up was not performed as the technician told me I needed a new unit he said my unit was going to imminently fail. Roughly a year later the unit is still working with a little adjustment of the tension.

Description of Work: Garage door routine annual maintenance in the fall. These guys are pros. Their service people are so knowledgeable and very friendly. They also installed a jack shaft opener for me. I only use Twin City Garage Door Co at this point.

Description of Work: My garage door opener was not working right, and I was not sure why. I called the company, and they did answer the phone right when I called. I'll give them that much. But the service person to whom I was transferred sighed loudly on the phone and said no one could come out for 4 days even though I needed same-day service, and this company claims they have emergency service. The guy then told me to call someone else. Good advice. I had a great experience with another company and have referred a friend to the other company already.

Description of Work: Replacement of an old wooden garage door. Quick response to my initial request for a quote...came out same day. Spent enough time reviewing my needs, answering my questions. Price provided was very acceptable and I signed the proposal right away. They called the next day and installation was scheduled a week hence. Very pleased with that quick timing. The worker Todd was very efficient, timely and pleasant. Completed in the 90 minutes he thought it would take. Couldnt' be happier.
