I backed into our garage door. My husband priced a new one on Home Depot's web site. It was 450 just for the door (uninsulated) and north of 800 installed. So I called Twin City and learned we could get one installed and get the old one hauled away for 580. No brainer. They did the estimate the next day and had the installer out by the end of the week. It looks great.

I called on a Thursday afternoon, and we got the first appointment on Monday morning. Rob came right at 7:30, and was finished with the repair by 8:00.

My garage door was only rising 6 inches or so, so I called TCGD who sent out an employee the following day. He arrived on time and quickly identified a large spring had broke. He was able to replace the spring in sub-zero temperatures in less than an hour. He also informed me that my garage doors would eventually need to be replaced within the next couple of years due to their age. He went ahead and tightened the hinges to help extend its life.

They were timely, did the work and cleaned up after themselves.

It was the second time they came out for the same problem. We first saw them on Angie's List. The spring on our garage door broke, so they had to replace them. Unfortunately, we had to replace them again recently. The first set of springs had a partial warranty so we only got a 15% discount. However, they claim that the new set of springs that they installed are fully warranted. I was displeased that the springs that they put on didn't last that long. Also, the price and the discount was not that much to my liking. I would probably use them again in the future.

Everything was great. They gave me a really good price, which was right in line with their estimate. They took away the old garage door, and I was happy with their work.

Went great - called around & found this company to be professional & available to come the very next day. They showed up, did the work, and explained the problem & the cause of the broken spring. We would use this company again.

They were very professional and friendly. It only took 1 day for them to get out. Rob showed up right on time and fixed my garage door. The price was reasonable and I am very happy with their service.

The door would not go down all the way, they came out for free and gave me an estimate for a new opener after he fixed the old one.

It was great. They were responsive and punctual. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were in and out. It was quick and easy. We have no complaints.

Since I live out of state, I ordered the garage door opener over the phone. The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what product to get. The price for the product and installation fee were very competitive. On the following day, he stopped by the house to check on the garage door to ensure that the installation would not be a problem. The company was able to do the installation on the day I was in town. The installer was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me how to program the keypad and the remote openers.

They came out within a couple of hours of my call. They replaced the spring and also greased up all the hinges so the door is much quieter now. They did not charge extra for this, and they explained what product to use and where to grease things ourselves in the future. I would highly recommend this company.

They came out very quickly and they did a great job of saving me a lot of money. Had they not been able to correct the problem I would have had to buy a new garage door.

Only issue was not getting the call from the service man between 7 and 7:30 AM as promised, so I had to cancel another commitment at last moment. I called them after 7:30 only to learn that the repair person was already on his way. Not a big deal, but did have to alter my plans and cancel another commitment that I would have been able to plan better for had they called me when they said they would.

I called Twin City Garage Door to get an estimate on replacing a garage door and garage door opener. There was some urgency to this as the cable had snapped, so we couldn't open the garage door. I got a call back the same day and the sales rep quoted a price over the phone that ended up being the final price. The company was able to replace the door sooner than what they originally quoted (Friday vs the following Monday), which was a pleasant surprise.

They showed up on time, did the work as estimated and everything was fine.

They arrived on time and had called my work with advance notice so I could get home as they arrived. Went to work right away, answered all my questions I tossed at them every few minutes. My door HAS never SOUNDED better!!! No squeaks, creaks or stutters. Opens like its brand new. These guys were very professional, especially considering it was a hot humid day.

They gave me a quote. When they came to do the work they didn't need me to be around. They fixed some springs on my garage door that were broken. It cost me around $140.

It went OK. The person who came out to install them made adjustment that the salesmen did not do and it made it better and I was not charged extra. They came out when they said they were going. They finished the job promptly and they cleaned up well when they were done.

The entire process from my first phone call to the company through installation was handled professionally and courteously. The installation itself took less time than I expected. We love the color and quality of our new garage door, and they did a great job attaching it to our existing opener - the new door opens and closes more smoothly than our old one. They were also very helpful even after the installation was completed. The door wouldn't close one afternoon, and I called them for help. It turned out the connection in one of the sensors at the bottom of the door (that prevents the door from closing on top of someone) had come loose (I probably knocked it when taking out the garbage). The young man who took my call was very patient and was able to track down the problem which fortunately was very easy to fix. I highly recommend this company. They provide great service and their garage doors are made from sturdy 24-gauge galvanized steel. And I like the fact they have an intermediate grade of insulation that doesn't double the cost of the door, although they also do carry the high-end, super-insulated doors as well as doors with windows, etc.

Love the garage door! They showed up on time and they did everything perfect. They left everything in working order and they did an excellent job for us.

The worker came when he said he would and installed the door. He cleaned up the area before he left. The new garage door works great.

They were very fast. They were significantly less than other companies for the same kind of garage door. They did a good job and we would use them again.

We really like the door. It looks great and the installer very professional and friendly. He explained the operation of the door, adjusted the opener and answered any questions.

I called on Wednesday, and he was able to come on Friday. As promised, he phoned at 7:30am to let us know when he would come. He gave a range of time, from 11am until 1pm. He arrived within that time period and quickly fixed the problem.
