They were very professional and reasonable. The repair person replaced a roller, installed some new bolts, and oiled/tightened the various mechanisms. We would definitely use them again.

Their pricing was quite good. Their service was good. I would use them in the future.

Was already to go to work, hit the garage door opener, and the door would only go up about a foot. Then I noticed that one of the springs had broken. I called Twin CIty Garage Door (had used them before earlier this year for another door). I was told they had someone in my area (this was 7:30 A.M) and he would call me as soon as he was done with the current job he was on. It couldn't have been 10 minutes til he called, and another 10 til he was there. He replaced the springs in just a few minutes.

The sales rep came to our house, gave us an estimate and explained everything including things I wouldn't have thought to ask. For instance he said the installers work for the company and are paid an hourly rate; they are not sub-contracted. We had one other Company (from Angies list) give us a bid also; in fact within minutes of each other. When they both left we decided right away we wanted Twin City Garage Door to do the job. The sales rep really did his job well! We called to set up a date to install within a week's time. They were on time and the job was completed in a few hours. I was & am very impressed with this company.

Mark the sales person visited our house and took measurements. He was very nice and helpful. I asked for a special item, frosted glass. Once he called back to confirm that this was possible, we accepted the bid. Two weeks later, the garage door and opener were installed. The service person arrived early in the morning and had the job wrapped up by 11 am, including loading the old garage door on his truck. He programmed the keypad and code number for us and explained how things work. He was fast and professional. The garage door has been working great for us and we are very pleased. It is an insulated door with frosted windows.

Twin Cities Garage Door was able to schedule a quote for me within a week of my call, and came in with among the lowest bids. I was able to schedule the work within a week, and the replacement of the garage doors went completely smoothly. The worker came on time, completed the job well, and completely cleaned up. I have been extremely happy with the new doors.

I was leaving for work at 5:30 in the morning and my garage door only opened half way. After trying to fix it myself, I call Twin City Garage Door at 7 a.m. thinking I would get an answering machine. Instead, someone answered. I explained the issue and they said someone would get back to me in 30 minutes with a time estimate. 10 minutes later they called back to say someone would be there between 9-11. Someone showed up at 8:45, took one look at my door and wasn't sure he could even fix it. A piece of the garage door opener had jammed the door half way open. But a half hour later he had the garage door down and was able to repair the opener...it sounded better than ever. I hadn't even asked for an estimate because I just needed it fixed. I was pleasantly surprised to pay $90 for such quick service. I would definitely hire them again.

My expereice with this company was awesome! They came out, removed our old 800 lb (exaggeration) garage door that was original to the 1952 house and installed a new door with opener for only $900. The new door they installed looks wonderful and is so much better than the previous door. Very happy with the company and the technician that installed the door.

They came when they said and they did the work. They were smart enough to know that I had two circuits that needed to be replaced and they repaired circuits. They charged me for one package deal of split fair. There was one worker and he was fine. He even put in an extra light bulb for me.

One of the springs was broken so the door wouldn't go up. I called Monday morning and they said they could come out later in the day. An hour later the tech called and said he would be there between 9 and 11. He came about 10:00 and finished within an hour. The cost was a little more than quoted but an additional part was necessary to retrofit the springs to old garage door components. Quick, professional service.

It went very well. I had an initial estimate done on the phone. They were on time for the in-person measurement to make sure everything was correct. They arrived and installed the door on time and without problem. Everything went very smoothly and I'm quite satisfied with the garage door and the service I received.

I have hired them for years. I am pleased with their work. They are fair in price. I think they're prompt. I think they do a good job. I usually have them in every three or four years to do whatever they have to do. They realign and rebalance them; they also deal with the tension.

I called on Saturday and someone was there answering the phones and I told them I needed someone to come out and fix my garage door. They scheduled it for that Monday. They were out there when they said they would be. The installer said that I would be better to replace both springs which I agreed with him. He was efficient and the spring was replaced in no time at all.

The sales people were very helpful and not pushy. The doors and old openers were taken down and removed and the new ones installed by one guy in one day. He was amazing. The inside looks as good as the outside. We have used them for garage door problems in the past and they have ALWAYS been quick to respond and fairly priced. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I called an initial first company and they said they would not be able to come until Monday. Twin City Garage came the same day to fix it. The service charge was very reasonable and the service was great. The garage door is working fine again. The whole experience was wonderful and I am very pleased with their service.

Summary: This is a company that want's repeat customers. They do it right the first time. I had Twin City Garage Door (TCGD) install three garage doors along with motor drives about 15 years ago. Since then I have called them every 4 to 5 years to do a maintenance on the doors and motors. They have been prompt, thorough and fair in price. This time I called them, after a replacement of part of my garage floor located under the doors because of break-up. Each of the three doors needed to be adjusted for the new floor height. Everything was done to my satisfaction. They were timely and efficient. I would recommend this company for any garage door install, automatic door opener, and maintenance.

As anticipated, once the order was placed, the date was set. Installer was company employee, not a sub-contractor. He did everything in about 3 hours. Door works fine, looks good, will add to property value.

It is pretty straight forward, something broke on my garage door and I could not keep the door open and the door no longer lifted by way of the garage door opener. I called and scheduled a time for them to come and they were able to schedule something the next day. They came out when the said they would, recommended that i replace the cables on both sides instead of just replacing the one that rusted through (good call, if one side rusted through the couldn't be far behind.). They charged a fair price and got it done quick. No complaints here.

The service person from TCGD was able to come to my house the day after my original phone call. He was on time and finished the work very quickly. After mentioning that I was hoping to paint the door this summer, the service person offered tips on how to properly paint that particular garage door. VERY helpful. I highly recommend these folks.

We called to have the garage doors replaced on my father's house. They came to give an estimate and were king enough to patiently listen to my dad's stories:) They were ou to do the work in 2 days. My dad told them to do the work before we had had a chance to se the estimate, so frankly, we waited nervously for the bill to arrive, not wanting to bug my aging father for not having asked for an initial estimate. When we got the bill, we couldn't believe how inexpensive it was! We even called back to make sure Twin City Door had charged us for 2, not 1, doors! They are beautiful! I wish we had replaced the doors long ago they looked so terrific! We will definitely use them for future work on other rental properties.

I believe that they had good prices. They were punctual and professional. The contractor was very courteous and I was very happy with their service. I would recommend them to anyone.

They came out to do the job very quickly and took care of the problem and I have no complaints about them. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Installer arrive when promised with all the necessary parts and tools. He then removed three old garage doors installed three new garage doors on new tracks with new torsion springs, hooked up the existing openers and hauled away the old doors. The new doors look great and work as they should. I would recommend them to anyone.
