Description of Work: I pre-paid for a garage-door opener to replace our existing one. The serviceman came on time and did a fine, professional job. However, the main reason I chose the LiftMaster brand was because of the option of getting the ability to raise and lower the door remotely through an app. I ended up paying $120 more than the prepaid price to get the online option (for which, from my research, I expected to pay more like $60), and the serviceman had no idea how to use this option; I had to figure it out on my own, which took several hours.

Description of Work: Replacement parts for Garage door opener clicker and keyless pad. The service rep was very helpful and found what I needed right away. I was not impressed earlier when I tried contacting them to learn how to have these items replaced - the one phone call was not helpful, emailed a question and that was never responded to. I would have been willing to have them come out and take care of it for me and pay appropriately but no suggestions were made as to what they could do for me. Once I went in and talked to service rep I received excellent information and service.

Description of Work: Twin City Garage Door replaced a single car garage door in an old garage. They gave me an estimate over the phone; made arrangements to come and give a final amount (which was the same as the estimate) on the day of installation. They came when they said they would and put in the door. I was pleased with their service and with their work.

Description of Work: Garage door cable broke. Doors were 30 years old and were in need of replacement but I had hoped to wait till warmer weather do replace. In addition would need to be custom color matched to house trim. Explained that I could spend $500 to do a temp fix and still have to spend $2000 grand to replace later on. They stated that they could do the job despite the weather and did deliver on the promise. |Servicemen were quite professional, competent and explained my options well.

Description of Work: We had them come out to fix a keypad and service door. They were able to get out the next day. The technician knew what to do to get our remotes working and installed a new keypad that works well and synced up our cars to open the doors without the garage door remote. Also lubricated to make it a bit more quiet.
