The workers showed up on time, and called ahead the day before to confirm the appointment. The work was done properly and they cleaned up after themselves and disposed of the old windows.

They were excellent, professional, prompt, and did a beautiful job, including the removal and replacement of a really messed-up glass block window that was obviously done by a do-it-yourselfer. We've been meaning to have that fixed since we moved into the house 6 years ago, and we wish we had done it sooner.

I called the office at 7 a.m. on Monday morning. Someone was there to answer the phone and even scheduled an appointment for measurements that very day! I needed the job completed for guests who are arriving in a week and a half, which was tricky because you can't get the window wet for a week. TCGB fit me in on Thursday, four days after my initial phone call and a full week before my company arrives, and installed a beautiful glass block window in our upstairs bathroom. All employees were prompt, professional and friendly. I would hire TCGB again in a heartbeat. :)

This was extremely simple. From my first phone call to job completion took a week. The actual installation took less than two hours. The crew was early to the job site and cleaned up very nicely. The windows look great and are a vast improvement in many respects.

The window looks fabulous, the team that installed it was professional and on time. They did leave the tub dirty, but cleaned up everything else.

Very friendly, responsive company. I made my initial price quote inquiry online and had an email response the next day. Once I decided on this company, they were able to come to my house within a week of my call to do the official measurements and answer any questions. They were then able to schedule installation 2 weeks after that. The installers were here 20 minutes early and finished in less than 2 hours! They left the basement cleaner than it was when they arrived. My only complaint is that the installers smoked and left some of the cigarettes butts in my yard. I did find their $5 off per window coupon on their website so I saved another $25 on this project. I have already recommended this company to friends and family!

My wife met with the estimator, and she said he was very good. The work crew was very fast and very friendly ,and their work was outstanding. The only aspect that left something to be desired was clean-up. Areas near the windows, both inside and out, had to be cleaned of excess materials after the crew left. It's not a big deal really. What large project doesn't require some clean-up after the contractor leaves, but I just wanted to mention it. I appreciated being able to have them call me at work about 15 minutes before they arrived at our house, so I could leave work to meet them and not have to be stranded at home waiting for them.

The employees were on time for both the estimate and the installation. The 7:00 AM appointment time for the estimate was convenient. Work was done promptly, area was left clean, employees were personable. I inspected the work after completion and needed them to touch up a few of the exterior corners. Overall, the work was very good.

Excellent. Starting with the first call, Reid was very helpful and professional. He arrived on time for the measurement appointment and quickly walked us through the costs, options, and process. Our windows were installed less than a week later and they look great! A quick, easy, and inexpensive way to dress-up old basement windows.

I was extremely pleased with Twin Cities Glass Block. From the estimate process to the installation, the service and workmanship were great. Ours wasn't a standard job given the age of the home and the window openings, but TCGB did outstanding work. The finished product looks great. When we experienced a tiny leak late in the summer of 2005, TCGB came back promptly and patched the little hole. Great service!

Twin Cities Glass Block did a good job on this project. The work was completed promptly, and the price was very good. However, the person who completed the work broke a towel rack in our bathroom and did not tell us.

The salesman answered all my questions and we scheduled a day for taking measurements. The installation was scheduled for about two weeks later. They knocked out all the basement windows, cleaned up the ruble and took it away and had the new windows installed in about two hours.

The first meeting consisted of measurement of windows and an estimate. The pricing was cheaper than most other places, including those who do not specialize in installation of glass block. Since my installation occurred during the winter months, we could not just set a time and date since the concrete needs time to set. I was kept updated and reminded that they still had me on their schedule, and the weather simply did not permit. It was good to see they would rather have the job done right instead of trying to finish the job under sub-standard circumstances. Once the cold spell lifted, I was given a date and time. The workers arrived promptly, with a courtesy call a day and an hour in advance. Installation was very fast, but the results are incredible. The windows look perfect, the mortar work is smooth, and the finishing details look excellent. TCGB was on time and kept excellent communication, especially in the winter months when the weather does not permit the concrete to set.

THEY RESPONDED TO PHONE CALLS QUICKLY. THEY GOT MY IN WITHIN TWO WEEKS. AFTER A MONTH, NOTICED THE SAND THEY INLAYED ONE WINDOW WITH BEGAN TO DISCOLOR AND HAVE SOME CONCERNS ABOUT IT. ALSO THEY LEFT QUITE A MESS IN THE BASEMENT AND DID NOT CLEAN IT UP. ALSO THE MEN WHO INSTALLED THE WINDOWS WERE SMOKING OUTSIDE THE HOUSE WHERE THE WINDOWS WERE TAKEN OUT AND THE HOUSE SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE AFTER THEY LEFT.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY PROVIDED A PROMPT SITE VISIT, CAME ON TIME, AND WERE COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. THE WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED ROUGHLY TWO WEEKS LATER, LEAVING ONLY NICE LOOKING WORK AND NO MESS AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. THEY CLEARLY DO ALOT OF THIS KIND OF WORK AND HAVE THE PROCESS DOWN PAT.

WE CALLED IN EARLY NOVEMBER AND THEY FAST-TRACKED A MEASUREMENT DATE AND INSTALLATION DATE IN ORDER TO GET THE WINDOWS INSTALLED BEFORE TEMPERATURES GOT TO COLD TO COMPLETE. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL FOR BOTH MEASUREMENT AND INSTALL AND PROFESSIONALLY COMPLETED THEIR WORK. WINDOWS LOOK GREAT AND THE ROOM IS ALREADY LESS DRAFTY AND WARMER.

VERY POSITIVE. THEY REVIEWED MY HOUSE AND LEFT AN ESTIMATE DURING THE DAY WHILE I WAS AT WORK. WE SCHEDULED THE WORK FOR 2.5 WEEKS LATER. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. COMPLETED THE WORK QUICKLY. WORK WAS DONE VERY WELL AND THE GUYS WHO WERE THERE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

THE THREE PERSON CREW (SHAWN, GLENN AND MARK) KNEW THEIR BUSINESS AND EVEN PATCHED A FEW PLACES IN THE BLOCKS/MORTAR BELOW THE WINDOWS, WITH NEW MORTAR AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. APPRECIATED! ALL OLD WINDOWS AND SCRAP WAS REMOVED AND THEY LEFT THE SITE CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT. I WAS CHARGED TO PULL A MPLS. PERMIT; I CHECKED AND IT WAS PULLED. OVERALL, THE FIRM AND PERSONNEL WERE EXCELLENT AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM IN HONORING A COUPON I HAD FOR A $5 CREDIT ON EACH WINDOW. I HAD THREE ESTIMATES AND PRICES WERE ALL VERY SIMILAR.

THEY COMPLETED THE INSTALLATION OF ALL 14 WINDOWS IN ONE DAY AND DID A GREAT JOB. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY LARGE VOLUME DISCOUNTS - WE RECEIVED THE SAME PER WINDOW PRICE AS SOMEONE WHO WAS ONLY DOING 5-6 WINDOWS.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I CONTACTED THEM IN MID-AUGUST, THEY CAME OUT VERY QUICKLY TO DO MEASUREMENTS AND ESTIMATES, THEN WE SCHEDULED A TIME. THEY RETURNED 2 WEEKS LATER, INSTALLED THE WINDOWS IN LESS THAN A HALF-DAY. WHEN I QUESTIONED THEM ABOUT THE FINISHING DETAILS, THEY CAME BACK AND DID ADDITIONAL WORK WITHOUT A QUESTION. THE WORK AMOUNTS TO $135 PER WINDOW PLUS SOME EXTRAS.

EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTHLY. THE ESTIMATE WAS DONE AND THEY WERE WORKING ABOUT TWO WEEKS OUT SO WE SCHEDULED THE INSTALLATION IMMEDIATELY. A CREW OF TWO GOT THE WHOLE JOB DONE IN JUST UNDER THREE HOURS. I'D ANTICIPATED IT TAKING MUCH LONGER. EVERYTHING LOOKED BEAUTIFUL! AFTER A RECENT RAINSTORM THREE OF THE WINDOWS SEEMED TO ''LEAK'' AND THE CEMENT AROUND THEM WAS WET. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD IT WAS NORMAL FOR THEM TO DO THAT WHEN THEY ARE NEW. SINCE THERE'S A FIVE YEAR GUARANTEE I'M NOT WORRIED. WE JUST ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE WINDOWS! THEY HAVE MADE OUR BASEMENT MORE COMFORTABLE BECAUSE THEY ALLOW A LOT OF LIGHT IN AND WE CAN ALREADY TELL IT'S WARMER. WE WISH WE WOULD HAVE HAD THEM DONE SOONER!
