Top Dog Cleaning Crew

It went well. The technician was here for about an hour and a half and I have a small house. Seemed to do a thorough job. He was pleasant and polite.

Fantastic! Top Dog arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. They explained various options, but I did not feel pressured into accepting things I didn't think were necessary. They did a fantastic job on all aspects of the job throughout the entire house. I had closed on a house purchase in the morning. The previous owners had 2 dogs and a very furry cat. Since I'm highly allergic to dogs and cats, I needed it cleaned thoroughly. I'm happy to report they arrived on time that afternoon, were very thorough, and, surprisingly, I've had no issues with allergies since moving in!

I ordered the service on a Wednesday through Angieslist and they emailed the next day and set up a time for Monday. There were a lot of vents and they were difficult to take off because they are original to the house and the screws had been painted over many times. The technician worked hard with the cordless screw driver (and I helped a little with a screwdriver opening the ones I could). A number were in hard to reach places. He removed the many grates and vacuumed them out with the Roto Brush powered by the truck mount and then screwed the vent covers back on. (I ended up getting new Phillips head drywall screws for the vent covers so this job will not so painful in the future). We did the Angieslist coupon for $120 for Roto Brush Method Air Duct Cleaning with Dryer Vent Cleaning Included. (Offer valid for 11 vents additional vents can be serviced for an additional $15 per vent). There were many more than 11 vents and we paid for the disinfectant spray so it cost $120 + $370 = $490. We knew it might cost this much but wanted to do it for the peace of mind. It was nice to move into the house knowing the ducts were clean so we could eliminate that as a source of the home's odor we were trying to eliminate! After getting the ducts cleaned, removing carpet and wallpaper, painting, refinishing floors, cleaning drains, and getting a dehumidifier, the house smells fine!

On time and did't try to kill me with up charges.

Very well. Ducts were thick with dust and debris. After the tech was done I noticed a difference in the dust in my home right away, very little dust now that the ducts are clean. Smells fresh as well in my home

The technician who did my floors was fantastic. He was prompt, friendly and very professional. He worked efficiently and didn't waste time. We looked at each location prior to him starting the work and agreed upon what needed to be done.

Very well. In fact, they even cleaned part of the carpet that had been soiled after the old fireplace had been removed. That was not part of the original reason for calling them for service.

work was done all right. Carpets were extremely dirty but with no rotary brushes on their equipment they saturated my carpets with water, it took 2 days for carpets to dry where I had fans & 4 days to completely dry where there were no fans, the house ended up with a "wet carpet" smell as the carpets dried out. My previous carpet cleaner always got the carpets much cleaner.

They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

He seemed to be doing his job, but after wards when I went downstairs I saw many spots on the carpet and had to clean them myself. It should have not been there.

After contacting them and arranging a time, had no communication when I tried to follow up to confirm. I had to take time off work for this and arrange to have family out of the house, and being unable to confirm, we hired another company. Apparently Top Dog's email person was out sick that week and they weren't able to answer the voicemail until late the night before, where, when we told them we'd hired someone else, they tried to get us to cancel the new company and let them do the job. That was incredibly awkward, since the appointment time was early the next morning and the call was too late at night for me to call the other company even if I was going to. Top Dog sounds like a decent company, we may hire them for future jobs, but they should be perhaps more responsive and maybe have email forwarded to more than one person.

I would highly recommend them. They were professional and communicative. My carpets look great!

When the technician was done and he showed me the rooms, from the doorway it looked so good and smelled good. On the phone app right away I gave him awesome review! Well, I could kick myself!!!!! I returned to the rooms about 4 hrs later to see how the carpets are drying and I was able to take closer look at the job he did. Horrible. I am pretty sure he could not even vacuum the carpet before and just poured some soap on main areas? I am not even sure if he did any special application to the pet stains because the smell in that one room is still the same as before. Also under the bed-frame (which he said he flipped the frame up) he didn't do anything, that was a lie. . It was left full of dust, lint and hair. Actually, I could sweep the hair and lint from all over the carpet so, I there couldn't be any vacuuming done at all before the carpet washing. The second room, the same, the tech at the beginning said he can get underneath the bed and he never did, it was left under the bed full of dust, and completely untouched, not even vacuumed. Still processing what to do about this horrible service we paid for. For sure nobody from that company will be ever allowed to do anything in my house and will not recommend them to anybody.

It went very well. I was not sure if he was going to be able to clean it, but did a very good job. It worked out very well. A few small stains did not come out completely, but cleaned well enough so that you would have to be looking for it to see it. A half hour late, but that was ok. Was very polite, friendly, professional, efficient. I will use them again. Great job! Thank you!

They were very prompt & let us know when they were on their way. They cleaned our air ducts & dryer vent & did a great job. We would definitely use them again.

The price was okay. I don’t know how to figure that out actually, seems fine. The service was great. They got it all done, it’s complete. The workers were very good. They left the area looking good.

The gentleman that came out did an amazing job!!!
