The services were incredible, the technician was a perfectionist and did a wonderful job on each part of the house that he cleaned. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Not well. The company isn't at all transparent about their pricing and deceptive in their communication. I was very clear about wanting to get the $99 vent cleaning with a free dryer vent cleaning in my initial email and phone call and that my primary concern was getting the dryer vent cleaned. They were not at all clear about requirement up front that they had to do all of the vents in the house to get the "free" dryer vent cleaning. They never communicated the additional ridiculous up charge of $15 a vent after the 10 vents until they're onsite. It isn't communicated on their website so they end up over charging you. Look elsewhere. I received other quotes to do all of the vents, returns, ducts and access panels and free dryer vent cleaning for $250. I would have never called them out if they were clear in their communication.

The technician pulled out chunks of drywall and trim from the vents from when the house had been built 25 years ago! Called on Monday and cleaning occurred Wednesday. Arrived in the time window provided. Text message and call beforehand. 29 vents and 7 returns cleaned along with the furnace and dryer vent. I can't look into my vents to see the difference, but everything seemed to have been done well.

It was a very wonderful experience. Both Andrew and Matthew were very professional and they explained what and how they would be doing the vents and the carpet. Andrew had excellent ideas what would be best for us. They even had a good sense of humor. We were very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend their services.

Great job! Andrew and Uncle Matt came on time. We also had a text message the night before for a reminder and also a phone call the next morning when they were 1/2 hour within coming to our house. Andrew was really polite and quick to look at our problem areas including explaining what they would do before they started. Uncle Matt was really great too being professional and listened to what I wanted done. We had a nail polish accident that just needed the acetone smell cleaned, multiple cat throw up stains we couldn't get out, and a gum stain under a chair. They were prompt, said what they were going to do, and professional about the entire job.

They were very professional. They were running late with the appointment before me, they called me to inform me of the situation. They did quality work. I do recommend them, and I will invite them back.

Cleaning went fine. Bought the house this past February and I doubted that the ducts were cleaned in the past 30 years. Tech was professional. After the first 2 1/2 rooms were cleaned, his equipment became clogged, that's how dirty they were. Overall, I would hire this company again. Good job, good sense of humor.

Made appointment for between 3 & 5. They call me at 4 and say they will be late. Call me again at 6 to tell me they cannot make it. Unprofessional.

2 man team came in and did all of our area rugs and ducts + dyer vent. They were very professional and friendly and provided a lot of information that helped us understand what they were doing and what was helpful for our specific situation (level of cleaning needed, and suggestions on our dryer venting issue).

Pro showed up on time, but didn't get started until half hour later. Wasn't sure what exactly he was doing, but he was sitting in my drive way after he first said hello. Granted, I wasn't paying per hour, but it would have been nice to get in and out as quickly as possible. I assume he did a good job from looking at the surface. I would've like to have seen a before an after using fiber optics like other companies offer. This way I would gauge how often I really need to clean the vents. Overall, a budget cleaning service that I believe was done right.

Carpets look very clean- even the dirtiest areas. One of the rooms dried in about 8 hrs and the thicker carpet in 24 hrs. Jim was efficient and friendly and professional. He even moved every piece of furniture possible and cleaned at least under the others where he could.

Can't say enough positive things. My daughter made a last minute decision to change her birthday party to a slumber party. I could not stand the thought of the kids sleeping on the floor where the dogs had peed. Andrew went out of his way to add me on to their schedule to get them cleaned prior to the party. Considering the dogs have ruined the pad below the carpet, I think Top Dog did an excellent job in removing everything out of the carpet and making it smell as clean and fresh as possible.

I spoke with Andy on the phone and Jim came out to do the work. Jim did a great job, very thorough. There were stains on the carpet at my daughters place and although I wasn’t there at the time to see him at work, I came by afterwards and the floors and sofa looked great! He was able to get rid of the stains. Good job!

Outstanding! You can always tell when a provider is family owned and this is no exception. This is the first time I have used Top Dog but it WILL NOT be the last. Service and professionalism was outstanding at a very reasonable price. Took pride in their workmanship. I have used other carpet cleaners over the past 30 years and Top Dog is far and away the best. See you all next summer for the other three rooms and two hallways!!

I was very pleased with the couches. We were ready to throw one away due to the pet urine odor, which was successfully removed.
