Description of Work: My carpeting is old and I wasn't sure it would even clean up well again. But Tyler came and worked hard; he did a thorough job and gave new life to my old carpeting. I would recommend his attention to doing his work well. Also since I have a cat I appreciated Top Dog Cleaning Crew's commitment to using "green" products.

Description of Work: Before we moved into our new house, we had Top Dog clean all the carpets (7 rooms and stairs), a sectional and clean the air ducts. Andrew did the work and was there on time, was very nice and did an awesome job. It was winter so everything was closed up, but the floors dried quickly. |We really appreciated their work so we hired them again to clean the carpets in our townhouse before we sold it in Jan 2016. Tyler did a great job too. There were some stains that didn't come out the first time and he came back a few days later and worked on them again. |We'll be using Top Dog again for sure.

Description of Work: Purchased the dryer vent cleaning service and added whole house duct and furnace cleaning. Very courteous and professional. Replaced all the furniture that was moved and left the area clean.

There was a slight hiccup with the scheduling of the appointment, but it all worked out in the end. I will definitely be using them again in the future. A great value for your money

Description of Work: I called several of the "A" rated carpet cleaners looking for a reasonable price and responsiveness as we are texturing ceilings and painting walls. Rooms where empty so cleaning the carpets was simple. Asked for cleaning, pre-spotting and scotch guard. The carpets where dirty, spotted from traffic and pets. | |When the "tech" arrived he wanted to raise the price, we agreed on a higher price and he said he could get the carpets clean with the "deep clean option" He left the carpets and stairs soaking wet. After several days of fan drying and numerous calls, Andrew finally came out late on a Saturday night. He redid the living room carpet, by rinsing it, it actually looked good until it started to dry then it bloomed with brown spots in the areas that originally where very wet and gooey. The carpet had several spots where "extra" was originally applied that made for gooey sticky stuff that did not dry. After rinsing it was a week and some spots still where not dry. Those spots had brown rings forming as the carpet dried. | |I hired a second carpet cleaner who cleaned the spots. The carpet is old but now is clean and almost all dry. I have several sections blocked off and use a wet dry to change the air under the carpet to get the pad and underlayment to dry. | |Top Dog is overpriced, lacked technical skill and ability, was unresponsive and refused to make it right. |
