Response from Technical Reinforcements Inc
Ok, not sure why a review from almost a year ago is being filed now, but I can't let an "F" stand when service was never even rendered, we were never even on site... a little history to be documented (Angie's list, please consider striking this rating as I don't see how we should be reprimanded having never even touched the clients machine.) According to our 1 work order on file for this client, she opted not to have us out for service as we'd talked about the symptoms and likely costs of repairing, compared with the age of the machine etc. The date was actually May of 2012. I also have an email to our technician (chris) regarding my conversation with her, and what we were to do about the coupon. ************** "From: "james allard" Date: May 8, 2012 12:09 PM Subject: Re: Dispatch [member name removed] To: "Chris Foley" Cc: spoke with her, we're just going to make her an exception to the rule, and honor her coupon indefinitely into the future when she needs the help. we've gained a loyal client if nothing else for bending over backwards. I've put a note in her notes field re: the situation." *********** The note in the system reads: "Honoring her coupon indefinitely. Had a conversation with her 2012-05-09" *********** 05/08/2012 6:52pm - 12:00am Ticket number: RES-1521 Hours billed: 0.00 Labor charge: 0.00 Materials / Other Charges: Ticket notes: Client will be opting to delay appointment until she purchases a new computer rather than use the time on the existing machine. Intentionally billed for 0. Taxes: Taxable amount: $0.00 @ 7.125% = $0.00 ************* In close, you got me... I have no idea why what was perfectly reasonable and to the clients liking a year ago is now suddenly an egregious transgression.
