We have been customers of Tech Reinforcements professional in-home services for 4-1/2 years and have always received exceptional service. They resolved several technical issues, installed a computer and recently installed a printer & modem. Our appointments were scheduled quickly, they arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and customer focused. I have both gone to their office and had someone come to my home. I am impressed with the work and the accessibility of this group. They did a great job and the price was reasonable. I had them instruct me on some software, figure out glitches in my laptop and desktop, show me how to use some apps on my android phone, look at issues with my ipod and wipe a hard drive and dispose of an old computer. Once my laptop wouldn't boot up and I went to their office where they fixed it immediately and showed me how to fix it myself.

I was extremely nervous about the potential cost of pc diagnostics/repairs, but the work they did for me was very affordable, especially considering how much time they saved me trying to sleuth out the problem by myself. What's more, they were extremely generous in their time in discussing my system. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Technician found a defective power supply. I decided not to have it repaired. There was a 1 hour minimum charge. I had time remaining on the hour. I bought a new computer.. The technician returned to set it up applying the remainder of remaining time to this task plus a few bucks for overage on the 1 hour.

Tom did a great job at finding what needed to be done to make my pc work better. I've had service work done with Technical Reinforcements before and would highly recommend them. I really appreciate that they come to you, not you taking your pc to them. Too much work to disconnect everything!

Eric appeared to really know what he is doing. Unusually competent and trustworthy. Gave good advice and also saved me some money, which I appreciate.

They came to the house and he was pretty helpful as long as you knew what to ask.
