Description of Work: Picked up an encryption virus/malware that locked up all data/ files/documents/pictures in hard drive. They flushed the virus. I did lose all data stored. But PC and programs running well yet.

Description of Work: my laptop mac pro was acting up went to Apple store they looked at it for 2 days |said it would cost 800 and be sent to shop for a week ,, long and short. |Called Technical reinforcement ,apointment next day, he arrived on time ask us what was the problems. We told him ,that Apple said there was liquid damage in keyboard and track pad. He ran tests, and tried different things. He said that was apparent to him, so I said if I ordered keyboard and |touch pad with new battery and with a 'O' disk could he install and do whatever |to fix it. He said he could we agreed, I order parts and called him, he came on time pickup laptop and parts said he call in a day to let know how long to fix. the next day he called said about 4 days (this would be a totel of 9 days but a $300(+) savings )) so he called the next day and said he will need more time and that would stay intouch, keyboad not cooperateing. All in all repair was do sooner than said and though we had some problems he returned promptly and fix a system prefernces.

Description of Work: Chris was great. He was able to go down to my low level to explain things. He was very professional and we would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They set up my printer to be wireless, checked for back-up and restore points, helped me contact Microsoft for help with a Windows 7 upgrade, and researched an excel printing problem. Easy to work with and they were able to talk to me in English, not tech.

Description of Work: Purchased a Big Deal through Angies List for two hours of computer support. They contacted me within a day or so of purchasing and I described what my problem was. They got me to find a public wifi so I could replicate the problems I was having connecting on wifi. Once i found a suitable location, the technician met me there and diagnosed what the problem was-and quickly fixed them. He also cleaned up some of my start up applications so the laptop boots quicker. All in all a quick, efficient visit.

Description of Work: Recommended what new desktop to buy and where to buy it from. Also gave me recommendations for my laptop. After I bought the computer they came out and installed it for me and converted old things over from my old computer to the new computer. They also installed some new software for me.
