Description of Work: Tom that came worked to fix a problem I had but could not, probably a bad sound board but he did a couple other things while he was here, and suggested a new computer if I wanted to buy one now. I would recommend them for computer help.

Description of Work: I purchased a Angie's list special $85.00 for 2 hours and it was well worth the money and time. Brett was a great help in a number of areas. I have an old Dell desktop with all my pictures on Picasa and he moved all of the pictures from the Dell to my laptop using the internet. It was great. I am a novice on a computer, but I try and I intend to hire them again for helping to better understand Windows 10. I have a new Dell desktop and a HP laptop that I still am getting comfortable with and Brett helped a great deal. Class structures are not for me, but having someone come to your home using your systems was very helpful.

Description of Work: Worked on my computer to speed up and I was having problems with emails. They couldn't fix, so they worked a half hour and made arrangements to remote in later..problem wasn't fixed entirely but my hour was up and I didn't want to continue.

Description of Work: Brett "cleaned up" my PC and got it operating much faster. He also diagnosed a failing receiver in the computer for the wireless signal and installed a new part which has solved the erratic signal problem that was making use of the internet difficult.

Description of Work: Cleaned up old PC, saving what we wanted on a flash drive, so we could get rid of hard drive and PC. Copied 3.5 disk pictures onto flash drive. Helped merge some things from PC to MacPro. Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Will definitely use company (Brett) in the future. A++ rating.
