Description of Work: They worked with my wife to get her kindle fire going and troubleshoot some problems with her pc. I love these guys the best!

Description of Work: They helped me clean up my computer, they checked for viruses and potential problems. It was excellent customer service, the owner Susie helped me with a few issues over the phone before Tom (technician) came he was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks for the piece of mind and great service.

Description of Work: 'Tom' picked up and repaired my laptop which had been hacked (for the 5th time since last June). It had been broken for the last month when I became frustrated with the lack of success the laptop company's top technicians were having remotely completing the repair. Tom squeezed my work into his already busy schedule and brought it back to me a few days later. Further, he later returned to my house - on his own time - to help me restart a few programs and apps I was having trouble with. I was amazed with the amount of knowledge he had about such a complicated set of problems. And, of course, the quality of his work and his professionalism were both outstanding. I would highly recommend Tom/Technical Reinforcements.

Description of Work: Excellent experience with a knowledgeable individual. We've used the Geek Squad in the past, and the results have been mixed at best. We had all of our laptops cleaned of unused, accumulated data, a new software protection system was added, and he set us up with a cloud data back-up service. He was a very experienced and consciousness person. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Tom was my service provider. He is amazing. Identified many issues with my laptop including failing hard drives times 2. He identified that our router was failing and causing numerous problems with our network. I will always request him and his services from Technical Reinforcements. I would say they have great employees who will go above and beyond to help you.

Description of Work: Replaced HDD with SSD, formatted and loaded Win 8 and MS Office. Installed free spyware and malware detectors. |Took them a while to figure out the HDD to SSD switch. Had to take it back to their office and try some more things. Came back out and finished. No extra charge incurred.

Description of Work: Brett took a lot of time teaching me about computer use and language. He customized and created short cuts that made computer use a lot simpler. He checked for spyware, malware etc. I would absolutely use him or his company again.

Description of Work: The tech problem solved many email issues on the first visit. Second time he set up a new computer and printer. The third time, he set up Apple TV and a wireless booster. We were delighted with every part of the experience.
