Description of Work: I had a new computer and i needed to update software for an older computer, i also had some other devices that i wanted to sync. They helped me unify my devices, update the programs, and taught me how to access my information. They also assisted me in setting up some audio visual equipment. Tom and Bret were great, Bret went above and beyond. I have used them for future work. They gave me reccommendations for future purchases based on my requests and technology needs. They also came to my home, which was extremely helpful.

Description of Work: We had a number of computer issues; dropped internet connections, poor wi-fi, viruses, wireless network issues and they fixed them all. They spent over 2 hours with us to make sure we were satisfied with what needed to be fixed, and they were very patient with us even though we were pretty computer illiterate.

This Big Deal was purchased on 12/24/15, we responded on 12/27/15 after the holiday weekend. She asked that we call her on her Cell but no number was provided. (Angie's List does not share all of your information with it's vendors so contact was limited to email at that point.) Technical Reinforcements replied within the 48 business hours and have sent reminder emails multiple times. This Big Deal purchase has not expired, so it can still be used.
