They were very thorough in checking everything out, only charged half for the first visit due to there was nothing that could be done at that time. He didn't charge anything for the second visit. When I get my new computer, I will definitely use them for anything that arises. Very friendly and professional.

James was very prompt in calling me back. He was willing to come to my house, or talk me through a potential solution on the phone. Since I had the time, he worked with me for about 15 minutes on the phone. We were successful in solving the problem. He said there would be no charge for the telephone help today. Excellent service!

I was satisfied with the knowledge and help. I am pleased with the way things were solved, as well as with the courtesy and professionalism of the consultant (Adrian).

The experience was great. James came on time and completely set up the computer. The cable for the internet was not up and running, so he returned a few days later after it was hooked up and everything was completed. He did a wonderful job.

I worked with James Allard. He explained that it sounded like a hardware problem that might not be fixable. However, he said he'd take a look at it. Since he does not charge unless he fixes the problem, I had nothing to lose. He successfully fixed the PDA and explained to me step by step how he fixed it. He was very professional, fixed the problem quickly, has great prices, and has a great policy of only charging if he fixes the problem. Many other places charge over $100 just to look at a broken PDA or computer regardless if they're able to fix it.

Positive experience from the initial phone call to the end. Everybody was polite, and James was out to my house within 2-3 days of my first call. James even called me on his way to tell me he was running 5 minutes behind, and took his shoes off before walking on my hardwood floor. After finding no viruses, and making one simple software adjustment, he told me he wasn't going to charge me because there wasn't anything really wrong with my computer! I resisted, but he insisted. He only charges $75/hour as it is, which I think is very reasonable for coming out to the home. Others I've checked are more. Incidently, the volume issue is much better, but I may still get better speakers as James suggested because the sound might be better.

James Allard returned the call the same day we phoned, was able to come out the next day, then called us when he found himself running late and was prompt to the revised time of arrival. He demonstrated a complete understanding of the system (Windows ME on a Gateway machine), explained matters clearly, fixed the problem and made several very sensible recommendations for the future.

ADRIAN ANSWERED THE PHONE AND GAVE ME VERY PATIENT, ATTENTIVE SERVICE. HE REASSURED ME THAT THIS PROBLEM COULD BE FIXED (I WAS VERY WORRIED). HE EXPLAINED THAT JAMES, THE OWNER, ALWAYS TALKS WITH NEW CLIENTS PERSONALLY, AND THAT THEY COULD PROBABLY GET TO ME BY 4 P.M. THAT DAY. JAMES CALLED ME BACK WITHIN ABOUT AN HOUR, AND WAS EQUALLY ATTENTIVE AND RESPECTFUL. IN THE INTERVENING TIME, I HAD DECIDED TO BRING MY COMPUTER TO ANOTHER COMPANY WHO COULD TAKE IT IMMEDIATELY (IT WAS ABOUT 9 A.M.), SO HE ACTUALLY CALLED ME WHILE I WAS DRIVING HOME FROM DROPPING IT OFF. HE EXPLAINED THAT HE LEAVES SOME OF HIS TIME OPEN EACH DAY FOR EMERGENCIES. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH JAMES AND ADRIAN, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

I HAVE BEEN USING TECHNICAL REINFORCEMENTS FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM. JAMES AND ADRIAN ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO CORRECT ANY PROBLEM I HAVE HAD WITH MY COMPUTERS. THEY CHARGE $75/HR.

I WOULD DEFIANTLY HAVE TR OUT AGAIN ANYTIME I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER! I PREVIOUSLY USED SOMEONE ELSE AND IT COST ME TWICE AS MUCH.

BOTH ADRIAN AND JAMES WERE POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE VERY ADEPT AT UNDERSTANDING MY LEVEL OF TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND HELPING ME IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. THE GOOD SERVICE STARTED WITH MY FIRST PHONE CALL WHEN JAMES WAS UNDERSTANDING AND TOOK THE TIME TO GET INFORMATION ON EXACTLY WHAT MY NEEDS WERE. THIS WAS A STARK CONTRAST FROM THE PREVIOUS COMPANIES THAT I HAD PHONED TO INQUIRE ABOUT SERVICES. I ALSO FELT THAT THE SERVICES WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED. I WAS ENCOURAGED TO CALL WITH ANY FOLLOW-UP CONCERNS.

I HAD TRIED MANY METHODS MYSELF, AS WELL AS TALKED TO ANOTHER COMPUTER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES. JAMES WAS ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM IN A MATTER OF 15 MINUTES. I HAVE RECOMMENDED JAMES AND CTS TO MANY PEOPLE. HE IS PROFESSIONAL, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HONEST!
