Went fine. Person was helpful. I paid for two hours but, due to an unexpected conflict in my own schedule, I had to stop the session after 30-40 minutes, so it became an expensive session, that ought no fault of the provider.

I bought a big deal they didn't charge me more. It was acceptable and average. He was good. He was here when he was suppose to be. He was very professional. They seemed good and if you need any in house technical service I would call them. It took probably only an hour.

Our small business has been working with Technical Reinforcements since 2010 and they have always provided the best service and guidance. We recently underwent an entire system changeover with laptop,desktop, etc. Systems changeovers are a big undertaking and create anxiety, but there was no need, all went well. From Susie guiding us on purchase of new equipment to Brett's installation we couldn't be happier. Thanks again for your continued great service!

They came to get the hard drive, and then brought it back when they were done. They got all the viruses off it, and installed the new programs. I had used them once a couple years ago, and would absolutely recommend them.

Very well. Speed is now amazing. Remote installation took longer than expected - no fault of our go-to tech, Brett. BTW, we routinely keep a list of questions for Brett, then have him come to our home and show us the answers or fix the issue. If he doesn't have the answer or fix, he finds it and gets back to us. Brett is not only knowledgeable and tech savvy, but very personable too.

I purchased a "Deal" for two-hours of labor and then contacted Technical Reinforcements to see how they could help me. I use my computer for business with heavy Photoshop use, plus I'm picky. Everything went very well! From giving my existing PC's specs to Suzi (via email) to Eric coming out to migrate to a new PC and help set it up. Suzi researched and found my existing PC's ram was maxed out. She patiently waited while I explored options of staying PC or going to a Mac. She said no matter which route I chose, Tech Reinforcements could help me migrate. Eric was great, knowledgeable, polite, efficient. The kind of guy you wished lived next door and could lean on. He moved three hard drives from the old (Windows 7) to the new PC, made sure my peripherals (printer, pen, WiFi, etc) all worked on the new Windows 10 system. He also gave me the basics of what I'd find different in Win10. Suggested I upgrade my WiFi router but wasn't pushy about trying to sell me one. But, when I'm ready, I'll call Tech Reinforcements and save me hours of DIY time. Very happy with this experience.

When he found out my computer was 6 year old he didn't think much of it. He wanted to sell me a new one. I don't want a new one. I like the one I have. It works fine for me as long as the hard drive is not fulll.

Excellent. Tom analyzed the problem and suggested a reasonable fix. He took the iMac to his office where he installed a new hard drive and more memory. In a matter of days, he returned it, set it up, and voila! I had a good, working computer. It's still old but now it's faster and more dependable. Very pleased.

It went great once he discovered that McAfee's total protection was preventing the scanning. He removed the McAfee protection and replaced it with Avira and it works like a charm.

Cleaned and removed various viruses on laptop. Resolved startup issue, checked and cleaned PC. Took the computers in at 10:30 am and picked them up same day. Both seem to be running well with no problems.
