They are good as well. He was knowledgeable. He was able to fix most of the things and explain to me why some of them that nothing can be done.

Able to get an appointment within a week. He was timely and helpful. What I most appreciated about him was at the beginning of the appointment discussed what I wanted to accomplish then made a plan how to best spend the two hours to met my goals.

Tom set up a network for us. It performs flawlessly. He also suggested adding a dvd player to the network. It, too, works great. He answered our questions in a clear and precise manner. He was a joy to work with.

Technical Reinforcements' Tech, Tom, spent a hour and forty minutes cleaning up the computer. He didn't find anything invasive, but the computer's speed was much improved when he was finished. He gave us a next step to reinstall the OS if the performance wasn't betterbut we didn't need to go that far.

I called this company and they were able to come pick my computer up. They fixed everything really fast and I was able to check up with them during the process because I did not want to spend too much money. They were very good and very fast and easy to get a hold of. They were willing to work with me to fit in my budget. Since I am an Angie's List member they did not charge me for pick up or delivery.

tech tried to educate us and respond to questions as he worked. Knew a lot about computers. Took phone calls while doing job. Lost email addresses. Other than that did an ok job

It went fine. The one problem with people coming to your house, rather than brining a machine into a shop, is that you end up paying for the time that the computer is backing up, or loading, even if the technician isn't doing anything during that time. In a shop, they could be working on someone else's machine during that down time. Maybe you pay for that when you take a computer into a shop, though, also. I'm not sure.

This visit went great!! everything worked. James was very patient with me and took time to answer our questions. He was very prompt in calling to let us know when he was stuck in traffic and where he where he was and how soon he would be there. He also recycled our old computer for us for a small fee. He talked to Dell for us to resolve an issue with our McAfee security set-up. He is very knowledgeable with computers. I would highly recomend him and would definitely call him again.

I had a computer and printer that were about 7-8 years old. I bought a new printer first. When trying to install the printer, I received first an error message that I would need Windows 8 to install it (I had Windows XP). When I attempted to install Windows 8, I received a second error message that I didn't have enough memory. I left a message for James who returned my call within a half an hour. I asked for assistance to install more memory, to install Windows 8. He explained that he was doubtful that installation of a printer would require Windows 8. He looked up my printer model, and stated the installation should work just fine. He then went on to say he'd be happy to install memory for me, but explained that trying to install Windows 8 on my old computer, would probably not be a good idea. I thanked him and installed my new printer on my old computer. It worked just as he predicted it would! A week later I decided I really would like a new computer (to go with the new printer) and purchased one from Dell. I called James again, as I was so impressed that he would essentially talk himself out of a repair, that in my ignorance, I had no idea I didn't really need. I set up an appointment and James came out and performed the service. As I said the set up was very quick. He said he felt bad to charge me for the minimally required hour, when he was done in minutes. He charged me for half an hour. I am now happily typing this review on my new computer! I am so glad to have a trusted company to call on now for my technological needs!

t went very well. One technician came out and removed the old Mother Board and started transferring information to new computer. Second Technician arrived and the work was finished - they also set up my printer to enable my Ipad to Print which I didn't know how to do. I had taken advantage of Angie's list to buy a two hour certificate for "Computer repair " for $125.00 from this company so that is why I called them. Even though they were here at my house, a little more than two hours and the cost would have been $170.00. they did not charge me any additional over the $125.00 I had paid through Angie's list . The two technicians were very professional and very knowledgeable. I will use them again if I ever need my computer repaired.

Very well. The tech answered all the questions I had and in a way that was understandable and easy to apply.

The one thing I give them credit for was that my coupon had actually expired and of course it would have still been worse to say its value but they gave me what they told me before the service even at the face value of the coupon. They did install some programs that ended up kind of messing up my computer, it was a back up program and it didn't work for me. It made things messier so I had to get other help from another place to get rid of it and do something else. He seemed to be a very nice fellow and he was professional. I probably will try using someone else.

I feel uncomfortable w/ how computer illiterate I am, however, James was extremely patient and not condescending at all. He also was very thorough. So, not only did he explain everything very well, he had me go through it myself to make sure I knew all of the steps to take in order for everything to work like it should. I found James to be friendly, extremely helpful, and professional. He also contacted me within a short period of time after I left a message. I felt comfortable w/ him given how patient he was w/ my lack of knowledge. Obviously, I will have no hesitation in using him again, and if I have the opportunity to do so, will recommend him to others.

My wireless wasn't working and he fixed it so I can be in any room in the house and I get a connection so it works fine. I would give them an 'A' overall however, they did have a little problem getting back to me after I purchased the deal.

They picked up my hard drive and the external drive from my workplace which was very convenient. They performed the work promptly and delivered the resulting external drive back to my work place. The cost was in line with the estimate they had given me. There was one glitch - they didn't copy some of my data that had been saved within program files directories but when I called them to request this, they once again picked up the materials, copied the missing files and delivered everything back to me on the same day, without any additional charge. I would definitely use them again.

Everything went well. I would use them again. I really appreciated the provider answering my questions/concerns in non-technical language.

First when I bought the coupons for 85 dollars per 2-hr appointment I called to ask if I could buy two and use them together because I thought the work would take that long. I was assured that would be fine but no more than two. However when the technician arrived and was presented with the two coupons he said he only had two hours and I would have to schedule the second two-hour coupon service at another time. Because I live outside their free travel time service area that would have meant paying a second travel time fee of 20 dollars. Second the technician who came to my house smelled as though he had not washed his clothes or taken a shower for at least a week. Third although the technician did his best to complete the work that was required, he was very rushed and did not do a very good job of explaining things. He told me that he thought I was much more tech savvy than most of the customers he called on and he was sure I would be able to figure it out. He did not take the time to make sure the printer and other equipment worked with the Parallels and Windows 7 installed on the iMac. The one good point is that the technician did make a side trip to buy the replacement hard drive for the Dell, saving me that trip. Of course I paid extra for that trip in addition to the cost of the drive. After this experience, I did not call them back for the second two hour coupon.

He came early but only with a phone call first--he was very neat, clean, quiet, and efficient. I loved this service and would use them again in a heartbeat!
