I talked with Susie and she handled all of the problems remotely because I had to leave for an appointment. To get service in two hours from the time I first called is huge. She was fast, friendly and did a wonderful job. I checked in later with her with one question and she helped me immidiately. I have used TRI in the past and the service has always been wonderful. What a great team.

Went great! I had trouble with my laptop and had lost the programs previously installed. Tom arrived on time asked questions to determine work that needed to be done and did all the things I had no idea of how to complete. He also helped me terminate a service I had charged to a computer (by finding a number to call that was not on their website) I no longer had and got me a refund. Very patient, kind and professional. I would use again!

The guys came out and arrived a few minutes early. I had asked them to come out and review my network setup, which contained two wireless routers. They reviewed the setup and provided me with a few options to choose from. Ultimately, they were unable to use my existing (older) equipment for the purposes I had hoped for. They provided a reasonably priced hardware alternative which they had in their vehicle. They set up the entire network, provided details with how to access routers and access points in the future and lastly, made sure all the devices attached to the network worked properly. (Desktops, laptops, TV, receiver, printer, BluRay, iPhones, iPads, etc.) Each step of the way they explained what they were doing and why. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future if needed. They were honest, straight forward and intelligent.

Tom came as scheduled. Very nice. He helped diagnose and problem solve for me, then he went to work! He was very fair with the pricing and I got more than I imagined! Very impressive! Would use these guys over the Geeks anytime!

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very good. They were great.

I used this company 2 years ago and was very satisfied so I called them again. I had a 2005 PC running Windows XP which is no longer supported. I wasn't using it anyway but wanted to save my music and pictures from there. I called and made an appointment that worked for my schedule and Tom arrive on time and got right to work. The download did take a long time so Tom had some down time. He was able to get the back off the tower while he was waiting. One the download was done, he took out the hard drive and gave it to me so I can smash it to pieces. He then offered to take the tower and drop it off at Best Buy as he had to go there. He accepted the Angies List coupon and I got that discount on my bill. I would definitely use them again!

The technician was very responsive and made sure all my questions were answered. He left his card with me and told me if I had any questions or concern I could contact him directly. Very easy to work with and he made sure I understood all that he was doing.

Exceeded expectation. They are (and have always been) prompt, professional, knowledgable. They are efficient and have always been VERY FAIR with their hourly pricing and rates. They often give us tips and consultation on ways to improve our computers and resources. They save a ton of time with shortcuts, too. Tom did our work today & did great!

For anyone, regardless of their degree of computer sophistication, who has some issues with their machines and related networking elements, you have to invite James Allard and his team into your home or office. James arrived at our house promptly, addressed us courteously, and set about resolving every issue my wife and I had with our MAC laptops. He let us explain in our limited way what we were struggling with; he assured us that he understood our frustrations; and he calmly set about addressing each one. At every step of the way, he made certain that we understood what he was doing. He often asked us to repeat the process, ensuring that we could handle matters once he had left. Best of all, he assured us that our concerns were legitimate, that they could be solved, that we could proceed with much better knowledge of our laptops. In short, we cannot recommend James and his team at Technical Reinforcements more highly. We will continue working with them without fail.

Went okay, nothing exceptional. Saw some improvement in laptop performance, but not dramatic.

As one of the 30% of PC users who still used Windows XP, I was finally forced to upgrade, and got a new computer with Windows 7. I had never set up a computer before or transferred programs & files from an old one, so the process was intimidating. The instructions that came with the computer were minimal. Rather than get frustrated and spend a lot of time without success, I hired Technical Reinforcements to do the job for mt. Tom came on time, explained what he was doing as he worked, answered my questions, gave advice for further upgrades, and got the job done.

Outstanding. We'll use them again.

This is a great company! All the employees were helpful, friendly, knowledgable and really wanted to help. I worked with Tom for most of the repairs and he is awesome!, I highly recommend this company and Tom.

They were very good, they spent a couple hours here cleaning up passwords etc. They did what they said they would, got our system working again,and did it at a reasonable cost.

Before calling Technical Reinforcements, my computer was virtually unusable due to viruses. After having the the company out to clean up my computer, it worked again like new. I would definately recommend this company. They are responsive, professional and good at what they do.

No repairs needed done but I was pleased with the service adn would recommend this company to to others.

The technician came out and did the work and they left. Two days after they fixed it the computer started acting up again. I called them and it took them a week to come out. They looked at it and said it was nothing they could do. I thought they were going to fix the problem not pay them to say they can not do anything and to take it somewhere else.

It went great. Knowing that I was having major problems with my computer, they scheduled the appointment within 2 days. Tom arrived exactly on time and was very professional and very helpful. My computer is running much better and I haven't had any other problems. Because the viruses were so bad, he said he couldn't guarantee that he got everything and, if not, he would have to come back and probably wipe the computer clean and start new. So far, it appears to be taken care of on the first try. I would definitely use Technical Reinforcements again. In fact, they would be my first call.

We really like using their service. They have came twice in the past eight months and they always do a great job with the service.

Technician arrived on time and fixed an issue with my computer. He was very helpful and answered any questions that I asked of him.
