When making the appointment Suzi was friendly and efficient. The following day Tom and a trainee, Brett, arrived two minutes before the appointment time. They gave me ample time to explain the problem while they took notes. They had all the test equipment and new parts with them which made the job go a lot quicker. Because I'm computer-challenged, they carefully explained everything that needed to be done and everything they were doing as they did it. I considered the final bill to be very reasonable. The entire experience with Technical Reinforcements, Inc, from receptionist to paying for the service was top-notch.

Tom and Brett arrived on time and were very polite. I had 2 goals - to fix my 10 to 12 year old desktop IMac or to retrieve the photos from that computer, and to get our wireless printer to work with my husbands laptop. Spy ware was taken off my husbands laptop at the suggestion of Tom and Brett. While Brett did that, Tom had to go to buy a tool to fix my desktop (about 1 hour). When Brett finished with the spyware removal, Tom had not returned so I picked Brett's brain about other IT questions I had. Then my husband tried to use his password to get into his laptop and couldn't. He called his office and found out that removal of the Spyware from his laptop was a serious problem. My husband had to take his laptop to his office so the Spyware could be put back onto the laptop so he could use his password. When Tom returned from purchasing the tool he needed, he tried to get the screen on the iMac to turn on. Nothing he tried worked. I also had a question about my smartTV and my iPad. It turned out that the info I was given was incorrect. So, at the end of 2 hours and a cost of $85. I was back to were I was before they came. I called Technical Reinforcements 2 days later telling them all that happened and did not happen with my computers. They agreed to come back and pick- up the iMac, retrieve the pictures from the computer and place them on an external hard drive, and then to return the computer and hard-drive (I paid for). That's exactly what they did. I was also given a receipt showing that the cost of bringing the computer to their shop to do the work would have been $170.00 (which I did not have to pay. Because the company did make amends with a positive result I have increased their overall score to a C. However, I will not use this company again and I will not recommend it to friends.

He was super and I would use him again. There were no additional charges on top of the $85. He was on time, very professional, and very helpful. He did everything that I wanted, and explained everything as we went along. He was just very knowledgeable.

What a GREAT experience. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, resourceful, helpful, and hard-working, and all without a trace of the - let's be honest - condescending attitude many IT guys are known for (which is responsible for my usually avoiding these services). HIGHLY recommend this company, and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks, guys!

absolutely fantastic. He was paid for 2 hours but finished in one and a half and so he stayed and did additional tweaks to make it more efficient. They were just fantastic and i would highly recommend them. I could not be more pleased. Totally friendly thorough and professional

he came and worked on my very messed up computer and eventually took it back to the shop to make sure it was completey cleaned and ready. it was ready the next day and he delivered it to me at the hospital my sister was having surgery at so I didn't have to leave her! ( that was my request). Brett was kind, helpful, and very professional. I will definatly be using them again.

Working them was fantastic. The over delivered on their services, were responsive by email at all times of the day and night and great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has computer issues in the area.

Tom came over for the initial visit and ended up giving me great advice about a local source for purchasing my new computer. He came back again to set it up and begin migrating files over. After that, there were many other visits because my system is rather large and complex. Plus a few of the new pieces of hardware were actually causing the system to malfunction. Between Tom's visits in person and Suzi's remote sessions, they made sure I was up and running. I really appreciated that they charged me for the time spent working, not giving advice and discussion options. Although that expertise was worthwhile, hourly tech rates can really add up, and I felt like I got a great deal. I also felt like they took real ownership in getting my challenges solved to my satisfaction. They were respectful and personable to work with, beyond being technically skilled. I plan to make TRI my go-to tech team!

I've used Technical Reinforcements for 6+ years and everyone on on their team shines. They show up on time, work hard to fix the problem, tell me how to avoid future glitches and save money, and they charge a fair price. I'm a power computer user and a former geek (back in the '90s) and I've tried just about every tech support person and company in the Twin Cities. There is NOBODY better than Technical Reinforcements!

used their equipment to look at all possible problems with our slow computer and eliminated any that were not problems. located the problem which was to replace our router. called back several days later to confirm the problem was resolved, which it was.

My husband is a do-it-yourself computer guy - but he was having difficulty finding solutions to a number of problems that occurred when making the change from Windows XP to Windows 7. We passed up this Big Deal the first time it appeared, but fortunately, it reappeared several weeks later, by which time he was totally frustrated, and agreed to purchase it. Chris arrived exactly on time - important because my husband had to take time off work - and was able to answer his questions and fix all of the problems well within the 2 hours. He also was able to recommend a solution for a problem we were having with an older hard drive that had been accidently left at my husband's office. My husband was very impressed with Chris - his knowledge and how easy he was to work with. We will not hesitate to call Technical Reinforcements in the future. Even at the regular rate of $85/hour, it's so worth the money to have our computers, laptops and PC, working better, faster, trouble and stress free!

Between my wife's business and my own we have gone through many "computer people" over the years. When we met James and Chris we knew that we had finally found some very talented people. We've been using them for about 3 years now. They're both very friendly and positive which is nice when you've got a little stress going on during a computer crash. Our costs have varied depending on the scope of the project but I have a strong confidence that we have always been treated fairly.

Tom, who provided the service, showed up a scheduled. Our previous router was working at the time of his arrival, but considering the problems, requested that he install the new one. This went well and he arranged all the set up options. He reviewed with me the use of the soundcard and tested the portion that I was concerned about, which appeared to be working okay. He reviewed with me how to use it for my planned use. The new router has worked perfectly since it was installed, with none of the problems with the previous router.

It went very good. They sent 2 men out, one was a supervisor the other was being trained. They were both very knowledgeable. They were very professional and friendly. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

The 2 techies arrived on time and did a great job on setting up my new laptop. It was fun watching just how knowledgeable they were. They did everything I asked, explained in non-geek language what they did and how it works. And they were real nice guys that knew what they were doing. I will definitely call them again with any tech problems I come across.
