An employee of the company arrived on-time for a Friday afternoon and did a great job. Even though it was late in the day on a Friday, the work was done a quality manner. No complaints.

Everything went great. She assisted with the problems and gave us some strategies for next time any issues come up.

Brett was very helpful. He spent a little more time with us and my husband tipped him accordingly for extra time.

The technician repaired my computer problem, but also advised me that the hard drive was wearing out and could fail at any time. He advised me on purchasing a replacement computer. He also provided advice on where to shop,.

Great technician and very pleased with the service. Went over by about 15 minutes but did not charge me extra which was nice.

I submitted several dates of when I wanted the service complete. I have not received any message from the company.

I have used Technical Reinforcements in the past and have always been extremely pleased with their knowledge and customer service.

The service was to correct problems with computer system software. The problems were identified, corrected, and explained to me. The technician added software, at no cost, that I needed and ran the system through a malware program to make sure that there were not other problems.

We bought a new smart TV and had questions about the set up. The wifi signal from my computer was a little weak, so once he installed a booster box everything improved. The person that called on my house,Tom, was very good and helped us resolve several problems that we had.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Familiar with my problem in wanting to use usa websites and english when necessary. He came into my computer by remote and fixed all the mess that can occur when one is in a different country. The internet provider in my current country kept switching me back to the new language and searches for that county's web sites. Not any more! Thanks!

These guys are good. They are now my computer go to people. I highly recommend them.

Brett arrived on time and was very friendly and easy to work with. He checked our computer over, did some cleanup, and gave us lots of advice on security programs (pros and cons). He helped us find quality, reputable free word processing and spreadsheet software which he then loaded for us and configured to the easiest format for us to use -- also converted our old documents. Since we had paid for two hours and there was still time remaining, he spent that time giving us a number of tips and shortcuts. Although we use our computer quite a bit, we are not the most technically savvy; but Brett never made us feel stupid --a real skill on his part. Highly recommended!

The service was fine. It was good. The guy who came out was a nice guy. He showed up on time and did the job that I paid him for. The pricing was fair.

Unfortunately, the computer was beyond repair, but the gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He stayed for the entire length of time discussing my options and providing advice on which type of computer I should consider purchasing.

I called because my wireless printer wouldn't stay online and wasn't printing. They said they wouldn't charge me if they weren't able to fix it and they were true to their word. They were great guys, even the dogs liked them and I will definitely call them again if need be. Turns out it wasn't the printer but the Cloud Print function which is down and nothing we can do on our end. They were prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

They were prompt, professional, and helpful. They told me how to protect myself better in the future. They went out of their way and picked up my computer at my home on a Friday. Even though they were not open on Saturdays, brought it back because I needed it for work. My computer is working great. They are competent and deliver excellent customer service.

They were able to solve several problems and provide advice on how to restore some data that we thought had been lost. We are very pleased with the service they provided and would call on them again without hesitation.

I called technical reinforcements and set up a time for one of their techs to come out to my home and transfer files from my old computer running windows XP to a new computer that was running Windows 7. The tech that came out was Tom and he arrived at the scheduled time for our meeting and he started right to work. Tom took the time to explain what he was going to be doing and asked for my input and then offered suggestions to ensure everything would go as planned. He was very knowledgeable in computers and I just sat back and watched him work. There was a lot of downloading of files that Tom had to do so rather then sitting there while this was taking place he suggested that he come back to finish the job another day and we agreed. Tom cam back a week later and after adding some more programs he was finished with the job and he told me that if I had any problems to give him a call and he will help me out. Tom was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful, so I will definitely use Technical Reinforcements in the future for any of my computing needs.

The above was very critical to my work; hence, I very much appreciated the patience and thoroughness of the technician (Tom). Definitely will call this company in the future.

We called Technical Reinforcements from a search for computer repair & services on Angie's List. They had a solid A rating and a 2013 Super Service award on 347 reviews. We called and talked with Suzi, scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. James showed up on time and spent less than an hour to diagnose the problem. He came back Wednesday to install the equipment necessary to provide a solid wireless signal. James was prompt, knowledgeable and respectful. We are happy with their service and intend to use them the next time we have a computer problem.

;Tom arrived about 10 minutes late but did stay extra by about the same time. He was congenial and interested in doing what I thought would be helpful to me. He said upon leaving to call if I had questions or needed additional help. He was quite knowledgeable--maybe a little less on the Blue Ray/TV possibilities than on the computer.
