The service was excellent, he answered our questions and explained things clearly.

Our aging laptop was no longer performing well. It was slow to boot, slow to operate and some functions had been lost. Technical Reinforcements cleared the entire hard-drive and started from scratch. Windows 7 was reloaded, standard apps and drivers were re-loaded and updated. Applications to bridge not having MS Office installed were provided as was a recommended anti-virus program. After completion we reloaded a few programs. In the end the laptop is booting and running faster than it has in years. Technical Reinforcements did a great job and we'd use them again!

It worked for about 3 weeks and to this day, the desktop still won't connect to the wifi or recognize the printer. Maybe it's t the computer. The guys were very helpful at the time but I don't recall what they did to fix everything.

It went okay. They ended up having to come back out on a second trip because it really didn't resolve one of the issues we're having. The initial time that they were here was just a little bit under the two-hour window and that's what I paid for with my Angie's List coupon. They did a follow-up call to see how everything was working. I had planned to give them a call to let the know I was still having problems with my printer. They came back out at a "no-charge" appointment to do the printer again.

Good scheduling. Service provider had excellent technical skills. They will be my go to group for all my future technical needs.

I'm just picking it up now, but the responsiveness, and conscientiousness were outstanding. Suzy was very pleasant and truly did was she could to fix the issue and save me money. She created a lot of trust and I would not hesitate to go back.

Brett cleared up some storage issues on my computer and set up a backup for it. He also walked me through some iTunes questions and then worked on our wireless network. Had issues with my router and he replaced it with a new one. Stayed beyond scheduled time to make sure that we would have wi-fi when he left. Will use again for future computer work.

The service turned out very well. It was very good. I only spent the $85 Big Deal. The thing that did not go as well as I thought it could was changing to Gmail. The man who did it did not realize that there were some things that were very difficult and it worked. My interaction with them was very good.

Brett was fantastic and provided quick service. I would recommend this company to anyone, stranger, friend or family. They are superb. By far, the best experience I've ever had with a computer services company.

Brett could not have been better. He was professional, knowledgable and able to answer my questions. It was everything we had hoped for.

The first thing he did was agree it was inoperable. In about 5 minutes he told me it wasn't a terrible virus but a hardware issue. I can't really tell you all that he did but I sat there with him while he updated and fixed the hardware. He also helped me with the icloud, resetting a password. He answered patiently all my questions, even some I was embarrassed to ask....I'm not totally inept when it comes to computers which made more humbling. He really was easy to work with and my laptop and other apple products are still working beautifully!

I purchased the deal in February for a data transporting problem I was having. I resolved that issue so I didn't pursue getting them over. They kept calling wondering when I would like to have them over. This is five months later. They came and did a fine clean-up. This is a class company with great employees.

The ran a special for $125 for two hours of service. They come to you- which is really nice. I have a desk top and it is so hard to have that in. What stood out was that they asked if I had any other questions -they actually told me the first time to write down a list of questions I have for them for when they come out and I did the first time, and they answered all of them. The workers are wonderful.

My Printer would not work, and being like Fred Flintstone, I wasn't sure if the problem was my computer, printer, software or what. He went way beyond what I had called for, and actually went longer than the one hour charge with no additional cost to me. He advised me to change the black ink cartridge, and if that didn't fix things, I would need a new printer. He also suggested where I should shop and how to get a refund for the cartridge if I needed to buy a printer. I was very impressed with the quick response, sound advice and the price.

They were able to isolate the problem and give us options. James in particular was very generous to us with his time and supervision of those who work with him. I was very impressed with his depth of knowledge as well as his professionalism, and would highly recommend him. I have used Technical Reinforcements for several years, mostly on PC's but most recently on this Mac.

I had a laptop that wasn't functioning well. I call Technical Reinforcements for help. They showed up at my house on time, and the guy who looked at my computer quickly diagnosed the problem and said he would have to take my computer with him, which he did. He fixed it at the cost he estimated, and returned it in the timeframe that he specified. Polite, pleasant, easy. My kind of help.

Once again, it was a great experience.

Brett arrived on time and immediately went to work. There was a lot to do as my old computer was barely functioning. He fixed it, removed virus, etc. Then transferred all information to new laptop. Brett was pleasant and courteous throughout the process and explained several things as he worked. He was knowledgeable and worked efficiently. A very nice young man!

The tech (Brett) made 3 trips to my home office, was on time every time, and did an outstanding job of diagnosing the issue and went the second and third mile to rescue my system. Technical Reinforcements is an outstanding example of a small service-oriented company that really gets the customer service part of their business. I will go out of my way to recommend them... they are that good!!!

It went great. I haven?t been able to get my email working for months! He also did all my updates and and made sure my settings were the way I wanted. I could not have been happier!

very professional, helpful, thorough. Internet access was not working. Tom and Brett did quite a bit of trouble-shooting, and tried various solutions, including installing a different router. Eventually they took it off-site for further diagnostics and returned the next day, when they were able to complete the repair. I was very impressed by their thorough efforts to fix the problem. The company also does followup calls a week or so later, which was very professional and customer service-oriented. I will definitely call them for future computer repairs.

I purchased two hours of technical help on a special. Brett arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. The problem I had was fixed within 10 minutes. Rather than leave then, he stayed and helped me set up my printer (I had just gotten the computer), checked files for me to make sure everything was okay and no extra files were added when i installed certain software. He helped me to change my Comcast password (which Comcast told me couldn't be done). Then he helped sync my cell phones to the new password. He downloaded Skype for me and installed Microsoft Office (I had the CD). He was great! I highly recommend this company. I even gave their name and number to my brother for his future use.
