Excellent! I had the pleasure of having Corey Colburn from Structure Tech as my home inspector. It was recommended that I attend the home inspection and I am so glad I did. While Corey conducted the inspection, I tagged along as he explained everything in easy-to-understand terms. I feel that because Corey was so professional and knowledgeable, I was able to have a very positive experience learning all the intricacies of my new home. He invited questions and addressed any concerns that I had. I received the inspection report that same day. I was pleased with every step of the inspection process and highly recommend Corey at Structure Tech.

The report I received that day (super fast turn around!) was the most thorough and descriptive and easy to follow that I have ever seen - and I have seen a lot. The structure tech team was highly professional, organized, and thorough in all facets of the inspection. Jim and team explained what they were doing going through each section of the house, gave great insight into what they were looking for, gave best practices for maintaining the home, and wrote a very thorough and insightful report. I would absolutely use them again, and would recommend for any home inspection.

More information than I could have possibly expected. Much more detail than anyone would have received from other inspection businesses, and I have used others in the area. It cost a little more and well worth it, you get what you pay for most of the time. this was well worth the little extra I paid. I would do it again, HANDS DOWN

I did not know what to expect for the home inspection as this was my first experience. My inspector George was personable, listened to my questions (no matter how random), and helped me prioritize home improvement projects. He was honest, funny, and professional. I would highly recommend Structure Tech for your home inspection needs.

Matt did a wonderful job of taking us through the house and made sure that we didn’t have any unanswered questions. The inspection report was delivered to us the same day the work took place. Very professional; highly recommended.

We hired Structure Tech to inspect a condo prior to closing. We specifically mentioned that we needed an inspection of the windows since we were aware that several units in the building experienced failure of the window seals. The inspector found a few minor issues. He mentioned that the paint was chipped in a couple spots on a window frame, and one of the windows was not fully opening, but otherwise no issues were found. We closed and moved in less than two months after the inspection. Soon after we moved in it became very apparent that most of the windows have failed. We were forced to replace 23 windows. I contacted Structure Tech and their argument was that based on whatever home inspection standards they are bound to, they are not responsible for window inspection. I did not bother to read the standards – my fault, but I believe that ethically they should have told me they would not inspect the windows when I specifically asked them to do so. I believe this company is not trustworthy and one should be cautious of their findings and limitation of the scope of their work. Disclaimer: they offered to reimburse me the cost of the inspection but I chose not to accept their offer.

I got a great and detailed report! Bryce the inspector was really detailed and really walked me through his findings. All of my interactions with Structure tech were super courteous! Also the entire process was really seamless. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Very thorough. Very professional. Answered every question. Took pictures to document any problem big or small. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and especially when I decide to buy another house. They may be a little more expensive but the 37 page report more than made up for the concern about the cost. They, especially Cory my inspector, are worth the cost because of their thoroughness and recommendations.

Nick was super responsive working around my schedule, listening to my concerns, collecting data, and explaining it to me. He did a very thorough home inspection for the property I own, my third house. We had a conversation going thru-out the process and it really helped me put things in perspective. The report full of photos, including infrared heat images, came in just a few hours after he left. More expensive than other providers, but much more valuable.

Structure Tech (while more expensive than a one-man-shop) was WAY more thorough than anyone I’ve ever worked with before and worth it! Dustin took time upfront to understand my vision for the home and primary concerns. He kept me informed throughout the process and treated it like a guided tour of the home. It was invaluable.

Their system was great. I couldn't be home the day they came, but they were able to arrange signing for the service and payment online. I was nervous about the result, and a link to a very detailed report came into my email before the end of the day.

The technician was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He was very thorough in the review and found many issues. The documentation was delivered later the same day. Documentation was clear and had supporting pictures with notations. He clearly answered all of my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Structure Tech.

Our inspector was Nick Pickert-We were invited to participate in every step of the inspection except the roof. Nick was very thorough and made suggestions of how to correct issues he observed from minor to major ones. He worked with our realtor to uncover live knob & tube wiring that could be hazardous with future use. The roof also needed immediate roof supports & insulation. These concerns were all supported by pictures in the report which was sent to us the same night of the inspection. Structure Tech also sent us a copy of the permits that had been opened and whether they had been closed or not before the inspection. This allowed our realtor to connect with the sellers realtor regarding progress on the work and inspections. The home inspection report supported our realtor in requesting further work be done on the major concerns that were identified in the report.
