Service was top notch. We were unable to attend the inspection so inspector spoke with us to go over report. Speciality inspections (sewer, chimney) were available. Results received in a very timely fashion.

Our Structure Tech technician was extremely thorough with every detail of our home inspection. He was willing to take the time to answer any questions we had and put our minds at ease that we had chosen a good home and we felt very secure to continue on with such a huge purchase. Very professional and quick to get back to us with answers.

It went great! Bryce was super responsive and nice when I texted him (they gave me his cell phone number beforehand!) with a question before he even got to the property. When the inspection was over and he could talk in a quiet place he called to review his findings and answer questions. He was very thorough and even said not to hesitate to reach out to him down the road if we have questions, which I thought was really an added value. He warned me the report would be long and not to get overwhelmed by it, which I thought back to when I started to get overwhelmed looking through it! The report was very detailed and laid out recommendations and advice on how to fix things, there were even links to click within the report for more information. Structure Tech was recommended to me by my realtor and I would definitely hire them (and Bryce) again!

Eric was efficient, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job imparting information. We had the inspection report within a matter of hours of him visiting the house. I had a question the night prior to the inspection and it received two very prompt responses despite it being asked after normal business hours, quite the unexpected but pleasant surprise. We couldn't have asked for a better inspection experience!

I would hire Scott again to perform my next inspection. I generally don't leave comments but the quality of work performed, communication skills, technical expertise and ability to answer all of my questions exceeded my expectations.
