I was able get an appointment in 5 rather than the standard 7 days. Tessa was professional, highly skilled and thorough. The plumber was equally professional...handed me the video (with voice over) of the sewer inspection immediately! As a visual person...the report with photos was excellent!!

Milind conducted THREE inspections for us in the past month. The reason there were three was because Milind uncovered some major issues that would have cost us thousands and thousands of dollars. He spotted an issue with some plumbing material that is known to fail that unfortunately was missed by multiple other inspectors from other companies. Structure Tech is extremely thorough in their inspections and worth their price, which is slightly higher than other inspection companies. It is absolutely worth the extra ~$100 to uncover something another company may not. We have worked with them twice and couldn't be happier. Ask for Pat the Inspector, he is fantastic, explains things very well, and makes the job fun as well. Highly recommend.

StructureTech has several inspectors, all of whom have a reputation for thoroughness. Bill from StructureTech was great to have on the case, he inspected every corner of the house, inside and out, and talked through everything he was seeing at every key point of the inspection. He delivered a very thorough report with detailed photos and explanations, and was responsive after the fact with follow-up questions and recommendations of specialists, contractors, and relevant information on the ST website, which is a great resource. They are probably a little more expensive than most inspectors, but well worth it in value and peace of mind when buying a home.

Very professional, very thorough. The report was meticulous, detailed pictures in color, very detailed in what needed to repaired, replaced. The entire inspection was a learning experience for the new homeowner, to learn all about the new house.

I was blown away by the detailed and knowledgeable report we got from Structure Tech! If you want to understand a home you're considering buying, this is the company for you. Plus, they explained everything they did along the way and answered every question I had. It was nice they talked in my language, and not techno-babble. I have lived in the house for 17 months now and everything that has broken the last 17 months was on their detailed summary--aside from an outdoor faucet that couldn't be tested since it was winter :) There's no need to look at other companies. George was thorough and entertaining; he pulled no punches, which was very useful to us in deciding to purchase the house. His expertise was well-worth the money.

Well beyond expectations. Wayne went far out of his way to get a look at the air conditioning unit on the roof of a condo building (even after I had indicated it wasn't necessary) and discovered that we were going to need a new unit very soon.

Very well- Patrick arrived early (so did I), we walked around the outside of the house while waiting for my realtor to unlock the house. Patrick was very thorough, and explained to me all the positive and negative items he was inspecting.

Inspector arrived on time, and well prepared. The inspector was knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He spent more time doing the inspection than we expected, for no additional charge. The detailed report was completed and received the same day, even though he left the house at 4pm.

Neil is a true professional; confirmed, on time/ahead of time actually, asked what my concerns were to start off, and then executed an amazingly methodical, thorough and deliberate inspection. Despite my random interruptions where'd he stop to enlighten me, he remained very focused and engaged in the job he was there to perform. I really appreciate that! He was truly unbiased and factual. Everything went very well. Wayne was able to taik and teach and work at the same time. (see above space for details) He did not shy away from questions or difficult conditions. I was very impressed with the hands on experience and the reports.He did use several different tech devices for accurate diagnosis. He kept a positive attitude the entire time and remained focused on the task while explaining what was going on and why. Also,setting up the appointment via phone, email confirmations and quick response time to my questions made me feel prioritized and anxiety free..Even the initial online contract was easy to read and sign.

Fabulously. Bill Oelrich was the assigned inspector. He thoroughly reviewed the house from top to bottom and gave me a lot of helpful information not only on the specific subjects that he thought needed work but also information on what seemed to be particularly well done and on regular maintenance items to keep in mind. His write-up of the inspection with pictures is an excellent guide to the house for purchase purposes but also for living in the property. The inspection was worth every penny I paid for it. I would use this company and inspector again. (They also provided radon testing services, not included in the price below.)

George Ury did the inspection. He was with us for nearly 4 hours. He would stop and fully explain anything we asked a question on; he helped us understand the hazards and the risks in the home. Without George, we may have purchased a home that had more repairs needed to become safe then we had money for. We explained to George that we needed a lot of detail so we could go back to the estate trustee and explain the need to renegotiate the price of the home, if the deal was to go through. George provided a 42 page detailed report with plenty of clear explanations and pictures.

Awesome! The inspector, Milind, spent a lot of time trying to find the cause, and eventually found that it was due to condensation in the attic. There was a little confusion about what the inspection would cover. I misunderstood, but they took the time to clarify what the inspection covered. They were very good at communicating with me and making sure my needs were met. Due to a small misunderstanding,Milind actually came back a second time at no charge to make it right.He was very professional, respectful, and kind, and he really took the time to be very thorough with his inspection. They even gave me a complimentary written report, in order to help me understand the scope of the findings, and to use as a future reference.
