It went great! Nick P. was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward. He has expertise on old houses, one house he inspected was built in 1909, the other one was in the 80"s. His reports were very detailed with photographs that were in focus and able to understand. I live in another state and so I needed as much explanation as possible and Nick gave it and was available when ever I needed him. He also responded to my requests in a speedy manner. I would highly recommend him for any home inspection job. Top of the line. The price below included a radon gas test.

Structure Tech inspected a home for me as part of real estate transaction. The inspectors were very friendly and happy to explain and discuss details of the house as we went through the inspection. I brought my father-in-law who has built several houses in California and he was impressed with how much he learned while working with Structure Tech (obviously, working in CA is very different--even up in the mountains). We were allowed extra time to take photographs and poke around at whatever we wanted. The inspection really helped me to get to know the house and it gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. These guys know their stuff and they're a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

They were very thorough and detailed in their inspection report. They cost a bit more, but they are totally worth it.

The inspection showed that there was several items that needed repair and some major ones that helped us stop the purchase of the Townhouse. They saved us thousands of dollars we would of had to spend on repairs.

Great! Patrick showed up early, he asked what I thought about the house and about my concerns. He was extremely thorough and educated me about what he was looking for and why. He answered all my questions during the inspection and left plenty of time at the end for additional discussion. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail and suggestions.

We had Dustin Wiebold from Structure Tech for the home inspection. Dustin was extremely thorough and truly detail oriented. He went over every part of the house with a fine comb and sent us a very detailed report on the home. Although the fees could be higher compared to the other folks out there, you get every penny's worth from Dustin and Structure Tech. As a potential home buyer you really want someone like Dustin doing the inspection so you know what you are getting into. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Antonio Cedillo did the Invasive Moisture Testing on a stucco house that we were looking to buy. He was very thorough and went over every part of the house that he thought needed probing and caulked up all the areas after him. He sent us a report within a few hours since he knew we were on a time crunch and it outlined all the problem areas and the recommendations. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs Invasive Moisture Testing done. It was obvious he knows his stuff and is honest and reliable.

Wayne was a fantastic inspector. He was professional, got there a few minutes early and went right to work. He was polite, listening to and answering all my questions, even when they were stupid or extraneous to the required inspection (things like tree health, sprinkler system, framing/load bearing walls, wasp nesting habits). He was fun, making several history jokes, most of which went over my unlearned head, but it kept the lengthy and would-be stressful inspection enjoyable. He was thorough, sticking it out even as my questions caused us to go past the usual 3-4 hour inspection time frame to ensure we went over every piece of the house with great detail. He was respectful, bailing all the water out of a tub by hand after we found a leak below the drain that would cause water to get on the ceiling below if he had let it drain. He was knowledgeable, able to give detailed explanations of what he was inspecting, why he was inspecting it, and what he found. He was dedicated, providing a full written report shortly after the inspection despite what was likely already a long, long day. I'm probably missing several things for which I could give further plaudits, but the point here is Wayne was exactly what people look for in an inspector and as a person, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the job he did from start to finish.
