Structure Tech Home Inspections

Our inspection was really great! Matt did a great job of explaining what he was looking at in a thorough, and methodological way. He was willing to answer any questions we had and did not use highly technical jargon. He was able to tell us what and why it was important and gave us a really good perspective on the must dos versus items to be fixed down the line. He communicates really well and we alters very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism he provided. Structure Tech is highly recommended!

Matthew Behrens was straightforward, direct, and attentive to details. His explanations for anticipated work and their timeline were clear. I felt much more confident about my home purchase after his inspection. The company he works for, Structure Tech, were able to accommodate a late schedule change and communicated the appointment time in a very efficient manner. As a first-time home buyer, the inspection was a critical piece to the process. Structure Tech made it very easy to quickly schedule all inspections and explain the process. The evaluator was very professional and helpful to me in navigating the issues raised by a previous TISH report. He guided me to proper approaches to clear issues from that report and conducted a new TISH evaluation. Work was done in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable.

Found significant water damage in the home that would have been $50,000 to repair. Offered us a discount on the inspection since there was no way we would buy that house. Inspected our next house with great detail, easy to understand the current problems, and detailed report with pictures that was sent to us the next day. Very thorough. Even inspected the roof in early March. Very impressed. Will recommend to all

It went great! Nick P. was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward. He has expertise on old houses, one house he inspected was built in 1909, the other one was in the 80"s. His reports were very detailed with photographs that were in focus and able to understand. I live in another state and so I needed as much explanation as possible and Nick gave it and was available when ever I needed him. He also responded to my requests in a speedy manner. I would highly recommend him for any home inspection job. Top of the line. The price below included a radon gas test.

Working with Structure Tech was the best experience! We are first time home buyers and from the second Neil (the owner) walked in the door, he was helpful, friendly, kind and professional! Structure Tech inspected a home for me as part of real estate transaction. The inspectors were very friendly and happy to explain and discuss details of the house as we went through the inspection. I brought my father-in-law who has built several houses in California and he was impressed with how much he learned while working with Structure Tech (obviously, working in CA is very different--even up in the mountains). We were allowed extra time to take photographs and poke around at whatever we wanted. The inspection really helped me to get to know the house and it gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. These guys know their stuff and they're a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

They were very thorough and detailed in their inspection report. They cost a bit more, but they are totally worth it.

Nick was our home inspector, recommended highly by our realtor. He was incredibly thorough, informative, funny and had great recommendations. Not only that, the report that Nick put together was phenomenal. We now know so many things about the house and everything was documented meticulously. The inspection showed that there was several items that needed repair and some major ones that helped us stop the purchase of the Townhouse. They saved us thousands of dollars we would of had to spend on repairs.

Great! Patrick showed up early, he asked what I thought about the house and about my concerns. He was extremely thorough and educated me about what he was looking for and why. He answered all my questions during the inspection and left plenty of time at the end for additional discussion. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail and suggestions.

It went well. Tessa was very thorough and caught a couple issues we didn't catch. I was very impressed in how detailed she was.
