Structure Tech Home Inspections

Incredibly thorough home inspection. Encouraged me to follow along and ask questions which I did for the entire four hour inspection. I cannot recommend Structure Tech enough.

I'm so tired of getting poor service from various providers, it was a delight to deal with someone who is responsive, punctual, polite, competent, and thorough.

Jim and Ryan did the inspection on our new home. They were personable and thorough. They took the time to explain what they were seeing and doing and were open to all of our questions. My wife and I feel confident that we know about the house that we are buying -- both the positives and the negatives. We definitely recommend them.

Great. He provided many insights into different ways to improve drainage and probably saved us a lot of money by helping us figure out what kind of other professionals to hire and what we could do ourselves. He provided an easy to read report with helpful photos and drawings. Excellent value. Very easy to work with and professional.

Mathew was on time and very professional. He took the time to discuss up front what he would be doing and what the plan was for the inspection. At each step of the inspection he walked us through what he was looking for, what he was finding and explained why it was important.

Structure Tech is the gold standard when it comes to home inspections. I’ve had two different inspectors (Ruben & Tessa) 7 years apart. Both were equally amazing in their knowledge & thoroughness. These guys are the best.

Jim was amazing! He was very thorough throughout inside and outside of the house. Very personable and professional taking time to answer questions and explain things during and after. We felt so confident in our decision to move forward on our purchase with the agreed upon fixes from the inspection. Things we never knew to look at or consider he found and saved us several hundreds of dollars. Well worth the price!

I am a Realtor who recommends Structure Tech. Although it is the buyer's ultimate decision who to use for their home inspection, I know that the buyers I represent have been very pleased with the detail and thoroughness of their inspections and the inspection report, as well as the ability of the inspector to communicate with the buyers.

It was far superior to what I expected. I received a 57 page report with pictures of the condition of the house I was purchasing. It allowed me to re-negoiate the price.

Dustin was very thorough. He explained everything so that I could understand all he that he completed. And he called with what he found during the inspection and again explained everything that I needed to understand and the next steps to take.

Tessa was very pleasant to work with and extremely thorough! We learned a tremendous amount attending the entire inspection with her!

Dustin allowed us to follow him on the inspection of our potential home. As we walked through he pointed out tips for basic maintenance on this particular home, what might need to be fixed/repaired down the road, and what should be repaired immediately due to safety concerns. It was incredibly educational! He was very professional but also quite personable which made the day enjoyable.
