Description of Work: Our inspector, George, showed up promptly and did a very thorough home inspection and also noted the results of the radon test we had done. He was patient, instructive, put in extra time to be sure of some issues and did it all with a sense of humor. We could not have been more pleased the work done and the professionalism exhibited.

Description of Work: I was looking to buy an older house that had a full renovation. A lot of original parts of the home were covered over. The inspection found a lot of serious issues. Everything was well documented. They really did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: We were buying our second home and found Structure Tech on the list. We had George do our inspection. He was there early. Very personable. I've run into other inspectors that have been hard to read and understand but George was a gem to walk around with and ask questions regarding potential issues. He was able to take pictures with a digital camera and show / explain the problems that addressing. We spent the better part of 4 hours going over things. We received a 30+ page report complete with summaries and photos where we were able to negotiate a lower price with the seller. Description of Work: This is the only home inspection company you should use. Hands down. Ask for Milind. When we bought our first home we used Amerispec because our realtor always used them. They missed a ton of things that should have been caught. We wanted to ensure this did not happen again, so we asked around and everyone said Structure Tech. Milind arrived on time and got to work. We went through the house together and discussed the issues and what needed to be done to correct them. He not only showed us the code issues, but went over the little issues that could be quickly corrected as well. He even tested the efficiency of the furnace (saving us the cost of a furnace check up). All of this information was then detailed in his report. Bottom line - use them. They cost a little more than the others, but they are better.

Description of Work: George was very professional, arrived on time and spent 4.5 hrs inspecting. He explained things as he went along and answered questions. A report will be available on line today and the results of the radon test will be available tomorrow. This service was used by my son in law and daughter for a home they are wanting to purchase. It is better to spend $500 now then $142,000 for a home with over $35,000 worth of problems from the start!

Description of Work: Milind inspected a house I was considering buying. He carefully and patiently explained what he was doing and what he found. He prepared a very thorough report, which included photos of what he found, diagrams, explanations, and links to other sources. He identified many potential problems, which could cost thousands of dollars in upgrades and repairs. I canceled that purchase agreement based on the inspection. I will definitely use this company to inspect the next house I consider buying!
