They were prompt and professional when responding to my request for an estimate, in spite of the rush of the holidays. I was pleased with the competitive price, and decided to hire them. I was referred to a paint supplier to choose colors, phoned in my color choices, and they took it from there. A team of painters came in the morning, and the entire level was done in one day. Because of the size of my family room, some spots were light in coverage, but when I called to let them know, they were back the next day and touched up quickly and perfectly! The staff was professional, spoke in low voices during the job, and cleaned up perfectly. No drips on woodwork and the ceilings were edged perfectly. (Those are the two of the main reasons I don't paint myself.) I am planning on hiring them again to do a recreation room. Very pleased.

Overall, Roger and his people are a pleasure to work with. Responsive and reasonably priced. We should have had them redo the wall immediately.

We have used R W Ceilings and Walls in the past and were very pleased with the work. Our ceilings had a couple of cracks from foundation settling that needed repair and were in need of fresh paint. Roger's estimate indicated that they could scrape and repair the cracks, respray over them and repaint the ceilings in our kitchen, dinning room, living room and family room for $800. The crew arrived on time and ready to work. They were friendly, polite and professional. After answering a couple of my questions they went straight to work. They taped all the walls and moved any heavy furniture out of the way. The whole process start to finish took 2 1/2 hours. When they were finished they walked through the job with me. There were a couple of places where the tape used to hang plastic over the walls had pulled a small amount of paint off. They offered to touch up those areas. When the job was complete my home was clean and the furniture had been moved back. The work was done very well. The areas that had cracks repaired blended in with the rest of the ceiling beautifully. I am very pleased with the work.

Following serious water damage in our home, we contacted RW Ceilings, left a message. Less than 5 minutes later got a return call. Roger was able to come over to give us an estimate the same day and his crew started work within a few days. We were pleased with the estimated cost of the work and the final cost did not increase. We were thrilled with the responsiveness of Roger and his staff! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of drywall repair or painting. We would not hesitate to call on them again...

Frankly, they did a fantastic job. After they are done, you don't even realize they were there (that's how clean they are). I would highly recommend them.

We've had this large hole in the ceiling that we needed repaired. We were in a hurry as we suddenly found ourselves potentially putting our house on the market. I called and talked to Rodger yesterday morning. He was out to give me an estimate by 4pm yesterday afternoon. He was prompt, polite and professional. I explained that we were thinking of selling and hoping to have the work done quickly. He scheduled me for the next day. His crew arrived at the time indicated. They too were friendly and professional. They did a beautiful job on the ceiling taking care and extra measures to ensure that the vent was flush to the ceiling. RW ceiling came out to give me a quote on the job. Reviewed what needed to be done and suggested a way to fix a previous repair. Provided a quote on the spot. Based on reviews and the professionalism, I scheduled the work that day for the next week which met my timing requirements. The day before the work was to be done, they called to confirm the time and at that time I asked that they call when they were leaving the previous job, which they did. Four workers showed up at the appointed time. They got to work right away. They were neat, efficient and had the job done in about 2 hours. The work on the two areas looks like the original with no signs of repair. I would definitely use them again!

Staff arrived at promised time and worked efficiently and professionally. Job took less than the estimated 2 -3 hours. They covered and protected all furniture and surfaces and put up plastic barriers to prevent dust from permeating house. When they left, house was as clean as it was before they arrived. Once paint dried, I could not tell where repairs were made. This is the second time I have used this company, and I would highly recommend. Roger, the owner, is a pleasure to work with.

First all my ceilings were done...........they were right on time, very efficient and taped everything off and left very little mess. Only the dust, which cannot be helped, was left. They did repairs to kitchen ceiling and bathroom, all well done. Then I re-hired them to paint all my walls on the main floor, including removing wallpaper from the bathroom. They overcame problems with OLD paint and OLD wallpaper and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to everyone. Roger and his crew were courteous and friendly and I would certainly use them again. The "B" for the price just means I don't consider 4,000. insignificant.

The work exceeded our expectations in repairing the damaged ceilings so it looked like new and matched the existing ceilings. RWC&W are perfectionists in their work. The wall repair along with painting of the ceilings and walls excellent.

RW Ceilings and Walls did a very good job. There seems to be no evidence that there was ever a stain on my ceiling.

They were amazing! Three guys showed up promptly at 8:00 AM and got right to work. They covered everything in our kitchen and the bathroom and started cutting out the affected spots. They patched the walls and ceilings, they did the popcorn on the ceiling, they textured the walls and painted our whole bathroom so it would match. They were gone by about 11:30 AM and everything matches perfectly! You can't tell that there was anything wrong. They were also very clean. Their price was exactly what they quoted and very reasonable compared to other quotes that we got. I would definitely recommend RW Ceilings and Walls.

Their price was better than the other two companies I checked with. They used drop clothes everywhere. They were careful. The crew of four was quick. The finished product was done properly. It was quality work.

He was fabulous, I liked everything about him. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, honest, punctual, neat, and had reasonable prices. I can not say enough good things about him.

Roger came to the house and assessed the problem, and provided a reasonable estimate to which he adhered. Once the project had started, Roger's crew determined that the extent of water damage to the plaster was much more extensive than initially thought. They helped to diagnose the problem (a leaking drain from another bathroom above), and ended up removing the entire plaster ceiling. The crew returned after a few days, during which I had the plumbing leak repaired, and installed a drywall ceiling. They were efficient and pleasant, and cleaned up after a very messy job.

The electrical work took longer than anticpated which delayed the whole project a bit. Other than that, Roger and his crew were great. They worked hard, fast and carefully. They were always pleasant and professional. There was a lot of mess, but that was to be expected. They cleaned up daily and were careful not to let the cats get out. The end result is great. We are very pleased.

He never phoned and never showed up for the appointment.

Prompt. Gave what I felt was a reasonable estimate and did it exactly as described. If you know the damage was there you can see a slight deviation in the density of the finish, but if you didn't know it was there you would never notice it.

Their price was good and we liked Greg who did the job with his team. They were fast and cleaned up well after themselves. The quality of work was mixed. The ceilings look good but now after 5 months it starts looking spotty (guess they only put one layer of paint on). But the ceilings are very smooth and they did a better job than I have seen other contractors do at friend's houses. The paint job on the doors was awful. they didn't sand (which they said they would) and also didn't allow much drying time in between. our new doors looked old after the job because of drips and runny paint areas. Greg came back to fix it at no extra cost and was very nice about it. Now, the real problem was Roger, the owner. I should have listened to my gutt when her came for the estimate and involved our other contractor into a 20 min discussion over Angie's list opinions.....but I didn't and hired them anyway. after the job was done and the doors looked so terrible (I seriously did a better job myself on the other doors I painted) I called Roger b/c he had said they do want me to call if I'm not satisfied. Now, he really didn't. He got flat-out angry at me and lectured me on how the paint I chose was junk and how customers don't know anything....after telling him that it would have been his job to educate me PRIOR to the job in that case he got angrier still but eventually agreed to send out the painters to fix it (with the same paint I had chosen b/c they couldn't find a better low VOC one). Roger has a serious anger problem and his customer service is very POOR. We had recommended them to a friend (before all this happened) and he got angry with her as well. BTW, they never did fix the bad and paint drop covered door frames (only the doors), so I paid for something I never got satisfying service for. I don't want them back in my house though and also don't want to argue with Roger again, so will just hire someone else to fix it. Too bad they lost so much future business from us and our friends....

Estimator was on time and knowledgeable. Crew was on time. Did the work and were relatively respectful of the surroundings. Unfortunately the ceiling bubbled in 4 places; I do not know if this was because they rushed through the job, they were here for one hour and 25 mintutes. I did call about the bubbles and they called back promptly; they promptly came back and repaired the area. Everything seems fine now. If you are having ceiling work done beware that the tape they use to hang plastic protective sheets may pull the paint off your walls. The paint on my walls was not old. Pretty big chunks came off. Fortunately I did have the paint on hand and they fixed the damage. My advice is have touch up paint available for them if you do not want to climb up there yourself.

We called Roger he came over and provided us with a price quote for interior painting of our townhome. We got price from three companies. One company that came at the lowest price wanted to do a single coat of paint but Roger felt if it is going to be done right it should be two coats which made his price higher. He gave me the impression that if he is going to do a job he wants to do it right or don't do it at all. I liked his attitude and profesionalism. The job was going to take two days because of the second coat so we game him the keys and went for a vacation with the kids. When we came back the house looked immaculate. They had moved the furnitures themselves before they started painting and moved them all back when they were done. We had a massive bed that needed to be disassembled and paid additional 50-70 bucks for that. There was a miscommunication between us on the color above the fireplace. We called Roger and he sent one of his crew to fix it the next day. Simply awesome customer service. We could not have been happier with their work, attitude and profesionalism.
