Had ceiling repainted. In the first 10 minutes the "kid" hauling in equipment banged my woodwork with a ladder. I thought "oh-oh" they sent the JV team to my house. He banged my light fixtures and broke one recessed light and never told me. He was constantly being yelled at by the team lead. The owner did not communicate with this team as to what work was agreed upon. This stressed them out as they were booked to do two different jobs on the same day. One repaired area looks like they used the wrong size texture and looks sloppy. Other repaired sections of the walls were not sanded and feathered properly. Lastly, they did not replace the garden hose or turn off the water. Poor communication, overbooked, stressed out, shoddy work, poor cleanup. Cannot recommend.

They showed up on time for the appointment and gave a strait forward analysis and price for the project. On the day of service the guys where there at 7am and completed the whole home by 2pm. Work and clean up was A+ Thank you RW Ceilings.

Initially we were going to have RW just remove the popcorn texture, but upon starting the job they ran into an unforeseen issue with the sheetrock that was there (it was in bad shape and too thin). RW was able to remove the old sheetrock and replace it with new sheetrock all within the same time frame as just removing the popcorn and the results are fantastic! We very much appreciate the responsiveness and the quick reaction and plan to have RW do additional projects over the next couple years. This project was very messy, but RW did the best they could to clean up and stop the dust from transferring throughout the house.

Roger was very professional and the final coat was in line with the estimate.he provided at the beginning. The process was very smooth and his crew finished in time for us to move in over the weekend. They also left behind very little dust which was great given how dirty the knock down process is.

Repaired water damage and smoothed out other areas of kitchen and hallway ceiling. Completed all work in less than a day and it looks great. The ceiling style is completely flat.

Office looks beautiful with new ceiling and paint. RW Ceilings and Walls was great to work with and did great work. Would definitely want to work with them again on next project.

3 person crew showed up on time , did a wonderful job They Had to paint dark walls with light grey paint and covered well!! They were professional. , cleaned up everything and actually finished day early . Very happy with the service. Will hire again !!

Excellent! It was very easy to work with RW ceilings. Roger was able to stop by to look at the project the next day. He gave me 2 estimates, depending on my decision to re-texture the entire ceiling or just the repaired area with a match that would be well blended with the rest of the ceiling. I chose to re-texture the entire ceiling. Roger was very flexible with scheduling and estimated the job to take 3 to 4 hours. I didn't have to move large furniture or empty cabinets with glass and pottery. The team was extremely clean!! They taped the room off with plastic and when done there was NO dirt or dust from the project. And, they were done in less than 3 hours. The whole team was very professional. I would definitely hire again.

They did an excellent job, and no mess to clean up afterwards. The job was done in less than a day, I highly recommend these guys. A++

The job turned out excellent! Really Excellent! The Team showed up promptly on time. Both days. Went over the job details as a final check. The did the needed repairs the first day using advanced techniques (like drywall with a catalyst to help dry time). The second day was focused on the priming and painting. The finished job is really excellent. Exactly what we pictured. A really nice touch was the great care they took to be sure the oak doors didn't get any paint on them (great job taping/masking). When all was ready, they cleaned and vacuumed the whole area and it was likely cleaner when they left than before they started the job. The Team was professional, friendly, and obviously know their jobs well. They were able to finish the job in two days instead of 3 by working so well together and working a little bit longer on the first day. I would hire the RW CeilingsTeam again in an instant!!!

Roger's crew came to my home and fixed a cracked ceiling and repainted and retextured. There was years of cigarette smoke on my ceilings and they covered it all really nice! I am very happy with the job they did. Would hire again for any ceiling or wall work. Great Job Guys! Love It!

I am very disappointed with the quality of work done by RW Ceilings and Walls. Roger came to my home and quoted me three days of work. After only a day and a half of work I got a call telling me they had finished. That night it became clear how they had been able finish so quickly. Seams were already cracking, drywall tape had been sanded through, and the paint on the ceiling was so thin I could see the mud beneath. There were knife marks and pock marks in most of the seams. They came back to repaint the ceilings and fix some of the cracks after I complained but Roger would not come back to see how poorly his crew had done. Here’s all you need to know about the level of work they do: They don’t use lights to check their work. Professional drywallers use lights. I asked someone on the crew why they don’t use lights and he just shrugged. On the bright side, I’m now pretty good with a knife as I’ve been skimcoating over any of the work they did that will be exposed in my kitchen remodel.

The team was fast and took care of all of the work in a few hours. Our ceilings look great and I wish I would have called them earlier.

Called Roger on Monday, he came out Tuesday and they did the job on Thursday. Painters showed up on time and finished the job in 3 hours. I appreciate that they were willing to do a smaller job and with such a quick turnaround

!Roger the owner answered the phone the evening that I called for an appt for a quote. I was impressed that the owner would be available for a call like that. He scheduled a appt the date and time that I was available. He showed up a minutes prior to our appt. Yay-got to love a on time guy! He took notes as I explained what we were asking for and measured the areas involved. He gave me a detailed quote right then and there. He told me what I would need to do to prepare for his crew to get the job done. He also advised me where to go to pick out the paint colors and his number to text the info to. We went the next afternoon and picked out the colors. I text the info to him and within hours got a text that he had bought the paint and would be available in less then a week to do the work. The crew showed up right on time and worked hard. They draped everything and cleaned up afterwards. I came home from work and stood in awe admiring all the work they had done. Roger did not require any money down and the quote was just what he charged us. I had called Angie's List for a referral for this job and I'm thrilled with the quality of the work that was done.Thank you Roger and your crew

We were very pleased with the entire experience. I was able to meet with Roger to go over the job and get an estimate within days of contact, scheduling work was easy, the crew was professional, respectful, did great work, and cleaned up very well.

The workers arrived 10 minutes early and were friendly and professional. The worked quickly and did a fantastic job- knockdown texture is very hard to match and I am very happy with the result. They cleaned up after themselves and left my kitchen just as clean as it was before they came. We paid the agreed upon amount, and that was that! I can't believe the entire process took 4 days from first contact with Roger to a completed job. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Can't thank you enough, Roger!
