The quote process was easy. Information on what we should do to prepare and expect was made clear during the quote discussion. Everything went as expected and we are happy with the results. Would definitely use them again for ceiling spraying or painting.

On time actually early got started right away after reviewing the job details. All interactions were absolutely top notch professional. Finished early, probably because of the early start. They went over the completed job with me to assure my satisfaction. Told me to call with any questions or concerns. Through the whole process calls were returned quickly and professionally. Without a doubt this is the company I will call the next time I need this type of work done.

I was referred to R.W. Ceilings by a roofing contractor to repair ceiling stains resulting from the roofing job. The roofing contractor paid for this ceiling work. Roger came out to look at the job a day or two after I called him. He was very personable and professional. The painters came as scheduled and did a quick, professional job. The ceilings look great now.

ExcellentYou couldn't even see where the holes had been AND they were able to match and blend the new paint to the existing paint so well that you couldn't find a definite point on the wall where one ended and the other began. Really impressive!!!

Some areas needed recoating which became evident when paint dried. Called R.W. Ceilings and Walls and they came right out and fixed areas.

Wow is all I can say. My home looks brand new! Job started and completed in the time quoted. Two days. This crew was very respectful of my home and the items in it. Painting is great. No slop over on door frames, ceilings, walls or baseboards. Colors, paint job, ceilings are perfect.

They were fast to reply. Everything was good with the pricing. They did not do a thorough cleaning job though. It was a difficult job with the ceiling.

Here are the negatives then the positives. 1. They didn't use the paint I wanted but instead the cheapest Sherwin Williams brand that I can not match. Now I basically have to repaint all the walls. 2. Messy. 3. At times only single coats of paint. One can see that they rushed the job and should have done a second coat. 4. Ceilings were not perfectly smooth after job. I'd give them a C+ in this department. *** Positives: 1. Prompt, polite and timely. However, because I have to redo the whole job it's a bit of a waste of money. I'd definitely recommend them for ceilings but not for wall painting. Thanks

The owner Roger Wilson was very professional and friendly. He provided a written itemized estimate of each room and provided suggestions and alternatives for each. After discussing the work, he scheduled the dates to complete the work and finished ahead of schedule. He provide updates each day with pictures. I would recommend R.W. Ceilings & Walls to anyone who wants quality work completed at a great price!

It was beyond excellent. They were neat, courteous, and professional. No mess was left behind. They were perfect in every way. Roger, the owner, answered when I called and also came out right away. He was so professional and friendly.

Extremely well. They were prompt from the bidding to doing the work. They took all the precautions to minimize a very messy job. They communicated well as to the timing, work to be done, areas of concern, and difficulties they encountered. They were about $100 below their estimates. I made a mistake of hiring RW Ceilings (Roger) for my ceiling job. I haven?t felt this let down by a company in a long, long time. I needed ½? sheet rock laminated to my ceiling, taped, sanded and then sprayed as a knock down. Roger came and saw the job, walked around the room and then gave me a quote. He saw the ceiling, he saw the hallway and he saw the furniture in the room. He said I didn?t need to remove the ?large items from the room, only the small items and breakables? and that the job ?will take 3 days?. My home cleaning lady was here and overheard the conversation. I agreed for him do the job. The day before work was to start I removed all the small items, etc from the room, closet, walls and hallway. Then on the day he agreed to start the job his crew showed up. Immediately his crew told me that they couldn?t get 12? long sheet rock sheets (I?m puzzled as to why they didn?t bring 8? sheets) down my hall way and that the whole room will have to be empty of ?all furniture? and that the job will take at least a week! So I called Roger. His explanation was that he ?trusts his crew? and if they can?t then he believes them. Of course I then asked why he didn?t tell me that all the furniture had to be removed when he saw and quoted my project?. he didn?t have an answer for me. All he would say is that he is a ?capitalist and wouldn?t turn down any job as he likes to make money?. Yup, it just gets crazier. Then I told him to come to my house (I had taken the morning off of work) to discuss this in person and he told me that he had ?5 other jobs to visit today and because of me he?s already running 45 minutes behind? and that because of this he would give me a $100 gift certificate to any restaurant I want. Um, Roger, I don?t want a certificate I want my ceiling done! I asked him to come that evening and he said ?I can?t, I have to take my mother shopping?. Then he agreed to call me later that day ?after he got caught up?. I never heard from him and it?s been over 6 weeks now.

They were excellent. Did the work promptly and cleaned up well. Reasonably priced.

They were quick & clean when they came in to do the work. The patch job looks fantastic, and you cannot tell where it was done. The remodeled room looks great, as well. I would highly recommend R.W. Ceilings and Walls if you need any texture work done on your ceilings.
