The crew was on time polite, moved furniture, and cleaned up each day. Vacuumed nicely and finished ahead of schedule.

The painters did a great job and the ceiling looks as good as new! As promised the job area was cleaned and looks wonderful. They were right on time and finished the job in the time they said that they would.

Arrived for estimate on time and very polite. Actual work was pretty good. I thought they were going to repair more nail pop through marks on walls. One corner was not patched too well. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. A little noisy but not bad. I also had no left over paint in case I had to cover some marks later. Overall I was pleased and would have them do more work for me.

Great experience. Roger, the owner, is a superb businessman. He is courteous and prompt. The work had to be done two times because, unbeknownst to us, our ceiling was damp. Roger was very fair about this and only charged me a small fee for the redo. In terms of scheduling, they went above and beyond and came on a Saturday so that our house was ready for a Sunday Open House. Would definitely use them again!

I came home during the first day of the two day process to see if the crew had any questions about anything since this is an old home with some quirks. They were progressing quickly, which was good, but I noticed that they were using 1/2" rock for the walls instead of the planned & bidded out 5/8" (due to trim spacing). I called Roger to tell him of the mistake & he asked if I could live with the 1/2" to which I replied no & that we agreed on 5/8". He then expressed his displeasure about the situation & told me that the crew was going to be "pissed" because they were going to have to tear down & start over. I told him a deal's a deal & that I was ok with adding a day to the job. The job was done on time (one day late due to the above) but it was not done well. There were A LOT of unsanded seams & fill areas. Greg, the job manager, came back twice to re-sand, but it still looked horrible. I showed him what I was talking about & he said that once we painted "We wouldn't be able to."

The work took a day and a half which is the time that they had estimated. I would hire them again.

Roger is highly rated, and I believe deservedly so. He was punctual and professional (he was a little too long in "social" chit chat). If it were not for the cost, I would have been very comfortable choosing Roger. His detail in the bid was also exceptional.

Overall it was fine. Roger was very personable and helpful with suggestions. A couple things that were disappointing, 1. They wanted payment immediately, so I had to come home from work, do a quick inspection and pay. Later that evening when we looked closely and saw the caulk was sloppily applied to the crown molding, there was no leverage for getting them to fix it, since we had already paid. To be fair, they said they would be willing to look at it, but I had a feeling that they wouldn't fix it to the standard I wanted, so I have spent about 3 weekends scraping and repainting the crown molding. The ceiling work they did looks great in most areas with one spot where it looks like the drywall broke and they tried to hide it with the texture and spackling. The closet was ok, they were painting white over a dark color. They left in a hurry, without putting the closet door back on. I give them an average rating.

THE WALL WAS IN BAD SHAPE, WE HAD DRYWALLED THE REST OF THE GARAGE OURSELVES BUT THIS WALL WAS PRE-DRYWALLED WITH LOTS OF CRACKS, SPLITS, DIRT, NAILS, ETC. ORIGINALLY I WANTED TO REDRYWALL IT BUT ROGER SAID IT WASN'T NECESSARY. HE CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY FOR THE ESTIMATE AND WAS ABLE TO SEND HIS CREW OUT ON THE DAY I NEEDED THEM. THEY WERE VERY POLITE - DUST GOT EVERYWHERE BUT THAT'S TO BE EXPECTED IN A GARAGE. THEY PERFORMED THE WORK IN TWO SEPARATE VISITS AND I WAS A LITTLE BIT FRUSTRATED WITH THE RESPONSES I GOT (OR DIDN'T GET) WHEN SETTING UP THE 2ND APPOINTMENT (SAYING THEY'D CALL AND THEN NOT). WE FINALLY WORKED IT OUT AND ROGER TRIED TO TELL ME THAT MY ORIGINAL ESTIMATE FOR THE PRIMING WASN'T VALID ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY HAD TO INCLUDE TWO DRIVE-TIMES BUT IN THE END HE HONORED IT. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

ROGER WAS PUNCTUAL RETURNING CALL AND ON TIME TO GIVE ESTIMATE, ALSO PLEASANT. BID WAS 50% HIGHER THAN TWO OTHER BIDS RECEIVED AND ALSO SCHEDULING TOO FAR OUT, SO WILL NOT HAVE HIM PERFORM THE WORK. REGARDING PROFESSIONALISM, IT'S DISCONCERTING TO HEAR SPECULATION THAT OTHERS IN THE FIELD DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. HE'S NOT THE FIRST PERSON I'VE RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE FROM TO DO THIS. PLEASE: JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU CAN DO, RATHER THAN PUT OTHERS DOWN WHOSE WORK YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW.

ROGER AND HIS CREW COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL OR REASONABLE. ROGER CAME AND TALKED WITH ME ABOUT OUR OPTIONS AND EVEN LOOKED AT SOME OTHER ROOMS WITH ME, OVERALL SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR AT THE HOUSE. HE CALLED TO CONFIRM HIS CREW WAS COMING HE EVEN ASKED FOR DIGITAL IMAGES OF THE WALLS SO HE COULD MAKE SURE THINGS WERE ALL SET. THE CREW ARRIVED ON TIME DID NOT MAKE A MESS AND WERE DONE IN ABOUT 4 HOURS. GREAT WORK AND VERY FRIENDLY.

ROGER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL VERY PROMPTLY AND ARRANGED TO COME OUT TO DO AN ESTIMATE THE FOLLOWING DAY. WE WERE UNDER A VERY TIGHT TIME FRAME HOWEVER, AND NEEDED THE WORK DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ROGER AND HIS CREW WERE BOOKED UP DURING THE TIME WE NEEDED, SO WE HAD TO GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. WOULD DEFINITELY CONTACT THEM AGAIN THOUGH!

ROGER WILSON IS THE OWNER. HE WAS ON TIME, VERY PLEASANT, AND FRIENDLY. REASONABLY PRICED AND DID A TERRIFIC JOB. I MUST HAVE HAD 10 ESTIMATES FROM OTHER COMPANIES. RW CEILINGS AND WALLS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT MADE SENSE TO ME.

ROGER WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, AND CAME OUT TO DO THE ESTIMATE THE DAY I CALLED. THE WORK CREW THAT CAME WAS ON TIME, EFFICIENT, AND WERE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT CONTROLLING THE MESS/DUST. THE ROOM WAS ENCLOSED IN PLASTIC, AND DROP CLOTHS WERE USED ON THE FLOOR. THE CEILING LOOKS GREAT! I WILL MOST CERTAINLY CALL ROGER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

PROMPT ESTIMATE AND PROMPT ARRIVAL OF WORKMEN. EVERYONE GOT ALONG WITH THE DOGS. HONEST AND TRUSTED. FOLLOW UP CALL ON THE JOB. GOOD TEAM, WORK CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL. NEAT WITH PREP AND CLEAN UP.

ROGER WILSON RESPONDED WITHIN A FEW HOURS TO OUR INITIAL PHONE CALL AND CAME OVER TO MAKE THE ESTIMATE ONLY A FEW DAYS LATER. ROGER WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND HIS CREW WAS QUICK AND SKILLFUL. THE ENTIRE JOB TOOK THEM ABOUT TEN HOURS TO COMPLETE AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES BEAUTIFULLY. THE ROOM, WHICH HAD SEVERE WALL DAMAGE AND ODD CHARACTERISTICS (USED TO BE A KITCHEN, LATER A DEN, NOW A TOY ROOM), LOOKS BRAND NEW. WE ALSO APPRECIATED THAT THEY WERE WILLING TO USE NO-VOC (NO ODOR) PAINT. WE DEFINITELY GOT OUR MONEY'S WORTH AND WILL CALL THEM AGAIN THE NEXT TIME WE TAKE WALLPAPER OFF TO FIND THE WALLS ARE FALLING APART!

ROGER WAS TERRIFIC. WHEN HE LOOKED AT THE ROOMS HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE TO WHAT SHOULD BE DONE. HE ASKED ME TO CHOOSE ON A 10 POINT SCALE HOW PERFECT I WANTED THE WALLS TO BE WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT TO GET THE WALLS PERFECT WOULD COST MORE TIME AND MONEY THAN TO GET THEM TO A 7. I CHOOSE A 6 TO 7. ROGER WARNED ME THAT DUST WOULD ESCAPE INTO THE REST OF THE HOUSE WHILE SANDING. HIS TWO ASSISTANTS WERE VERY GOOD AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB IN REPAIRING THE WALLS AND PAINTING. THEY CLEANED UP BOTH ROOMS. THERE WAS UNDERSTANDABLY A LITTLE PLASTER DUST IN THE HALLWAY OUTSIDE THE ROOMS. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH HOW THE 2 ROOMS LOOK. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING R & W AGAIN FOR MY FUTURE PLASTER REPAIR AND PAINTING NEEDS.

ROGER RESPONDED IN A VERY TIMELY WAY TO MY REQUEST FOR A SITE VISIT. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND GAVE ME AN HONEST ASSESSMENT OF MY NEED AND A VERY REASONABLE BID. ULTIMATELY, GIVEN HIS EXPLANATION, I DECIDED THE HOUSEPAINTER SCHEDULED FOR NEXT MONTH COULD DO THIS WORK SATISFACTORILY. I WOULD CERTAINLY CALL HIM AGAIN.

ROGER WAS VERY QUICK TO RETURN MY PHONE CALL. PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. ADMITTED UPFRONT THAT CEILING AND REPAIR IS MORE OF HIS FORTE; MAY WANT TO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR SOMEONE TO HANG THE DRYWALL. DID GIVE A REFERENCE OF SOMEONE ELSE I MAY WANT TO CALL. IMPRESSED WITH HIS PROMPTNESS AND HONESTY.

WAS ON TIME AND RETURNED ALL PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY, INCLUDING TURNING DOWN THE PROPOSAL OPPORTUNITY WITHIN 2 DAYS. COULD HAVE MENTIONED BEFORE THE VISIT THOUGH THAT THIS TYPE OF JOB WAS WAY TO BIG FOR HIS COMPANY SINCE I GAVE HIM A VERY DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE.

THE OWNER SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING HOW TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. SINCE HE DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE TO ATTAIN A FLAT CEILING FINISH, WE ASKED HIM TO QUOTE FOR REMOVING THE CURRENT TEXTURE AND FINISHING WITH A CHEAP, EASY SPRAY TEXTURE TO HIDE THE DEFECTS. WE WERE QUOTED AT $2650 FOR A 2-DAY JOB, WHICH WE FELT WAS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE SIZE OF THE ROOM.

THE OWNER PROMPTLY RETURNED OUR CALL & AGREED TO WORK WITH OUR PROPERTY MANAGER SINCE WE ARE TEMPORARILY LIVING OUT OF STATE. WE WERE ONSITE, HOWEVER, TO REVIEW THE WORK AFTER THE REPAIRS AND BEFORE THE PRIMING & PAINTING. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS LESS THAN WE EXPECTED: SEVERAL CRACKS IN THE WALLS WERE FILLED, BUT EITHER BULGED OUT OR HAD DIPS INSTEAD OF BEING SMOOTH AND FLUSH WITH THE WALL. ALTHOUGH, THE OWNER AGREED TO MEET AND REVIEW THE WORK, HE WAS UNHAPPY WITH US BECAUSE WE WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE WORK, WHICH MADE THINGS UNPLEASANT. HE AGREED TO WORK ON THE BULGES AND DIPS BEFORE HE DID THE PRIMING AND PAINTING. THE PAINTING WAS SUB-CONTRACTED AND THE JOB WAS VERY POORLY DONE; E.G. COULD SEE WHERE THE TAPE WAS REMOVED. MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE SUB WAS VERY MESSY AND EVEN WASHED HIS PAINT EQUIPMENT IN THE KITCHEN SINK AND DID NOT CLEAN IT UP! WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED OVERALL.
