It was a little hard getting ahold of someone via phone but they explained that this is the busiest time of year for them. In the end, it was worth the wait because the price was fair and the service was done well.

Get. Did what they said they would and more. Even told me about a bad piece of trim. I went and got the board and the put it on the house free of charge.

Billy arrived with everything we needed. An Angie discount was applied and a charge to remove the old gutters added $13 to our bill. That said, Lisa and Billy of GuttersDirect turned out to be "World Class" folks. I have not been any better served by any of my dozens of previous Angie's List contracts. Thank you, Lisa and Billy. It was a wonderful experience.

They were my low bid and very responsive when I would ask a question or make a change. I had a change order at the last minute with the length of a down spout. Without an additional charge, they added the length (and had to come out to my house again). After the job was done, I noticed water coming between the gutters and house. Again with no questions and more importantly, not additional charge to me, they came out and fixed the issue as soon as possible. I was a bit demanding on timing as I was selling my house and needed it done before I closed. I never had a question about whether they would stand behind their work.

Lisa contacted me after I signed up for the Angies List Deal, and we set up an appointment for the work. Lisa and her husband were friendly and professional in their communications with me. The work qualified for the deal offered, and although we were possibly outside the limits of their geographic territory, they completed the work and we are completely satisfied with the fine job they did. We would gladly hire them again for gutter work.

It was a great experience overall start to finish. Lisa and Billy came out for an estimate and they encouraged me to get other quotes as well as theirs. I appreciate being honest and forward in this manner. They were able to fit me in their tight schedule as I'm trying to get my home ready for sale, which I greatly appreciated. The installation was pushed back one day due to a conflict, but they were able to fit me in on a Friday afternoon after finishing up a different job, which worked out just fine. Their visit was quick and I hardly noticed they were there as I was working in the house. They left no traces of their work behind besides the sharp looking gutter on the house! It is much nicer than I had even imagined it would look. Blends in perfectly with the house. I have received some positive comments from the neighbors and I'll gladly refer them to Gutters Direct if they are looking to add or replace gutters.

I initially contacted Gutters Direct about a quote for my gutters because of a deal on Angie's List. I eventually decided that I wanted my front gutters replaced since they were old and really worn out. Lisa was extremely friendly and fast at getting me booked. The appointment was quick for a quote and I received the quote a couple days later. After calling to set up the appointment it was about a week out, which worked for me. The install took most of the day but I wasn't home for most of it. After a quick inspection everything looked great. I'm pleased with how smoothly everything went, they really do look great and work well!

Very smooth process from beginning to end. Easy to work with, straightforward estimate. Friendly and hassle free. entire time from first contact to completed work was very reasonable - only about three weeks. I highly recommend that you consider working with them for any gutter needs.

I left for work and came home and everything was done! The installer did call my husband once throughout the day to ask a couple questions and give a progress update.

Lisa and Billy provided outstanding customer service. They were prompt and courteous from their initial response through to the completion of the project. Billy even helped me pick the color of the gutters/downspout which matched the trim of the house subsequently allowing me to bypass the step of painting the newly installed material.

Shopped around for months, only company to call me back the next day, and with a pdf of all work itemized and priced out no less, very professional. Lisa called me to verify everything, and they scheduled me that week to work around MY schedule. They were very professional about getting everything I wanted done on my new porch and garage in a timely manner, which rarely happens. Would highly recommend to anyone!

From the very first contact, to the last moment when install was complete, Gutters Direct handled themselves in a very polite, prompt, and professional manner. The customer service and willingness to answer our questions was great. They explained all warranty information and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. They did not push us to buy from them making our decision a more relaxed one as we did not feel pressured. We also loved the idea that they do install year round. They installed our job during the rain and snow and were very safe. They also provided us proof of their insurance for our security. Even though the prices were a bit higher then other estimates we received, they definitely made it worth paying the extra price. We would use them again and will be recommending them to others in the future. Thank you again Gutters Direct!!

Unfortunately, the deal wasn't a good fit for what I wished to do with the gutters, but Billy was very professional and helpful from start to finish.
