Great experience with Roofs Direct. Everything was on schedule and the job was perfect! Mike Henry was great to work with. Helped us a lot through all the red tape with insurance company. He made the process very easy to maneuver through. The job was done in a professional manner, The workmanship by his crew was amazing. Our roof was a little more difficult then the average roof and everything turned out great! Would definitely recommend them!

Mike and the installrs a pleasure to work with on the iitial installation done in August 2017. I was cleaning out the gutters and noticed the waer does not drain. After a storm there is about 1 1/2" of water in long portions of the side gutters and 1" of water accross the front gutter. This causes a heavy mat of organic waste which will in time shorten the life of gutters, breed mosquitos and so on. I contacted the company on July 6, 2018. After a delay Mike called back and was most helpful. The installer he sent over to straighten the gutters was not willing to do so and wanted to move a downspout instead. I wrote Mike a long letter explaining about the dips in the gutters on two sides which were holding a lot of standing water. Mike came over, inspected the gutter and agreed with everything I had pointed out in my email to him. Mike said he would rehang the slope as needed to get the water to drain. That was over two weeks ago and Roofs Direct has not yet scheduled any service appointment and is not replying to messages. As installed very little water drains out of the gutters. The water accumulates in the front and side gutters.

Mike arrived quickly, measured the house and provided a quick & competitive estimate, offered a 30% Angie’s List discount, used timely email communication, and considered our alternative design recommendations Ultimately, we decided to work with another gutter installer based on our personal needs, but we appreciated Mike’s professionalism throughout the estimate phase.

after the install my yard was full of waste (screws, pieces of gutter, metal). I had to walk around my house entirely to collect the items prior to mowing my yard. I don't believe the attention to clean up was very adequate.

The process went very well. Mike was very professional and helped us determine the best solution for our home. The installer did a great job and even helped mount a vent cover while he was up getting the gutters on (I didn’t want to get up that high myself!). Weather delays are no fault of their own and we would hire again for future needs.

Mike Henry, vice president of Roof Direct (612) 772-8999 provided me an estimate and promised me to get job done. His crew scheduled an appointment couple of time but never showed up and no follow-up call. I write a review before so he called and told me he will get my roof job done by this Tuesday. Again I called him at 612-772-8999 but he never returned my call. When he came, he also inspected roof which was not approved by insurance company. Looks like he was interested in roof but not gutter business. He is not reliable and not dependable at all. I posted a previous review but was not posted which I do not know why. I made more than 15 phone calls to him but job is still not done. Since it was a rental property, every time I call somebody, I need tenant's permission and that is the reason I was keep calling Mike since he visited property and measure gutter that needs replacement. I want to thank Mike for his excellent service. At first the down spouts were not as requested but after a call to Mike, he was able to verify from his notes and finish the installation correctly. I had the sense that it was important to him to get it right!

We are so relieved to have found Gutters Direct to replace our gutters after we experienced some flooding in our basement. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Mike is the best person we have found so far in 3 years. Meeting him was a pleasure—he was very kind, honest, and open to our questions, and ended up giving us the most reasonable quote we received with the longest warranty. His crew came out soon afterwards and were also friendly, considerate, and professional. Our new gutters are much better than the ones we had before. They also look great and even match our house perfectly. The service we received from Gutters Direct was exceptional in every way. This is a company committed to quality, integrity, great customer service, and value, a combination that every homeowner wants and is increasingly hard to find. Too bad we can’t hire them to do everything else we need for the house.

Mike got the work done quickly. Because I was so busy at the time, I couldn't break away to meet with Mike to discuss the work. He just came out and got the work done. It was a simple task, except for being 3 stories up, but he knocked it out with no problem.

This company exceeded our expectations! We were so happy when the roofers arrived on time, and completed our roof in 1 day! The mess was cleaned up immediately! Mike, the person in charge, was very knowledgeable, professional and overall a super nice guy! We would most definitely hire them again!

Great experience! Quick response to the estimate request. They came and did the estimate without me needing to be home. Estimate was complete and fair. Work was scheduled and performed within the week. 2 days of installation.

Initial installation of several downspouts were less than professional but after contacting the company everything was set right. Greatly appreciated the communication leading to the day of the corrective actions taken and the follow up after to verify that I was satisfied. The repair work done after the initial installation has me recommending this firm to others. Although my review isn't glowing for the six (6) categories listed above I would rate the follow up service and ultimately, the total job, at 100%.

Gutters Direct was awesome to work with. From the time I requested a quote online, they had called ,me within an hour, were out the same day to give me the estimate and had the gutters installed in less than a week. We couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with.

Mike Henry was their representative, and did a great job at that. The work was completed on time, at the price they quoted, and cleaned up as if they were never there. Very pleased - actually answered when I called, had a flexibility in setting up an estimate appointment and came out less than a week later to do the job. Good pricing too!

The original job was properly specified and outlined for a fair price, and scheduled for a one day installation. Weather delayed the original install date, which was justifiable. However, when I met with the scheduling manager to regroup, I made a point of saying I did not want a crew starting a job they couldn't finish in the single day previously discussed. He agreed. After a promised morning start two days later, the crew did not arrive until after 2 p.m. They worked diligently, but simply did not have time to complete the work. The crew lead said he would be back early the next morning to finish. I reluctantly agreed, pointing out that both my neighbor and I had other contractors scheduled for work that day. The crew did not return until late morning the next day, when the other contractors were busily at work. While they did complete most of the remaining work, some final clean-up and installation was left undone. I notified the scheduling lead, who said he was send the same crew back to finish. This took another week before everything was tied up. Then, the crew lead told me he was asked to pick up a check before leaving (which shouldn't be his job). The more professional approach would have been for the scheduling lead to do a post-mortem call or visit, ideally with apologies for the delays, followed by an invoice. Instead, I got an invoice by email two days later, no apology included. On balance, I think the crew works hard and does a quality job. But the project management was haphazard at best, made poor use of the crew's time, and did not deliver on the one-day schedule that was promised.
