He answered my questions and eased my concerns. I will definitely be calling them for repairs/upgrades in the future and every year to clean the gutters as I have maple trees on both sides of my house. Nice job!
Description of Work: They replaced, repaired, and rearranged the gutter guards and cleaned where the previous company missed. The previous company installed the guards terribly/incorrectly and completely missed a blockage in a down spout.

 + 0 moreIt looks fantastic! I had to reschedule multiple times and I know how much of a wrench that can put in your day as a business owner. Both we last second and although unavoidable, not the most respectful thing to do to Derek. He took it with a grain of salt and was quick to accommodate my scheduling needs/conflicts, and was there at the very next window available. They are working great with the recent record rainfall, and I can really tell that they were done by a professional. It's always nice when you're spending an (VERY fair) amount of money for a non-flashy home repair and you can come away feeling like the same as if you've done a minor remodeling project! Derek was very professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience from A-Z in helping with my biggest investment, and more importantly HOME for my family! Thanks Derek :)

 + 0 moreGreat company! Very professional! Will use them again! I have large trees that drop leaves in my gutters and clog them regularly. I called Gutters Direct to have them come out and clean them since I have a very busy schedule, and have a big fear of heights. A gentleman by the name of Derek came out to clean my gutters and he also mentioned that he would inspect them for any damage as he was cleaning them. My gutters have been on my house for quite a few years, so I thought that was a great idea. He went right to work and just a little bit later came to my door to let me know he was done. He did find a couple spots that were in need of repair (or replacement.) I am in sales myself, so when he actually showed me any issues and explained how to remedy them instead of just coming to me with a list, I appreciated the thoroughness of his approach. He told me what it would take to repair a couple spots and also gave me a quote as well. He was not pushy at all, but still stressed what should be done soon compared to what could wait a little while. I will be using Gutters Direct for any future cleaning and repairs that are needed, and will also recommend them to friends and family!!
