Description of Work: Romarina cleaning service was offering a special on Angie's list and we took advantage of this to have our home cleaned due to our regular cleaning person not being available. They did a fantastic job and we were extremely pleased. We recommend Romarina to all and will ask them to come back next time we need this service.

Description of Work: Cleaned my 1000 square foot condo--2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I contacted Marina based on her excellent ratings on Angie's List. We set up an appointment for a consultation the next week. She was going on 15 minutes late for the meeting and I called her to confirm she was still coming, and she let me know she was stuck in traffic. I would have appreciated a phone call from her. Once she arrived, I found it a little off-putting that she did not take charge of the consultation--I had never hired a cleaning company before and did not know the procedure. She asked me what I wanted done in my home and I let her know I wanted it cleaned--everything from the exposed ductwork on the ceiling (we live in a loft) to the floors. She informed me that it would be $120.00 to clean my house--this is the same price I was quoted from other companies, so it seemed fair. I asked her for a list of what, exactly, she did in each room (other cleaning companies provide these) and she said she did not have one, but that they clean "everything." So, we set up a time for her to come by in two days to clean my house. The couple she sent over to clean were on time and very friendly. I had to show them a few things again (things I would have expected them to have been told about, but it wasn't a huge deal). I felt comfortable leaving them there to clean while I ran errands. When I came back, after they had left, the house appeared to look very good, but I did run my figer along the tops of picture frames and looked in the corners of the rooms, etc. A lot of the frames were still dusty, and there was sawdust in the corner of our second bedroom on the floor that had been there before they came to clean. On closer inspection, I also saw that none of the items on our tables (vases, bowls, etc) were clean--still smudged with fingerprints and dust. We live a fairly minimalist lifestyle, with very few knickknacks, and our floors are polished concrete so these things were easy to see, and it doesn't take a lot of time to clean them. Also, we have carpet tiles in our walk-in closet in our master bedroom and there was a dry cleaning tag on top of the rug, exactly as I had left it before they came to clean, leading me to believe that the rug had not been vacuumed. I emailed Marina about these things, but also made sure to note the items I was pleased about--our floors, for example, felt cleaner than I have every felt them before, so that made me happy. I also must note that Marina had asked to borrow some of my cleaning equipment, such as our vacuum, because she did not want to bring her own. I was fine with that, but we do not own commercial cleaning equipment--we have a fairly standard vacuum cleaner that is missing some attachments. I usually don't use our attachments anyway, but use a smaller, more powerful hand vac when I need to do other types of vacuuming, but Marina did not want to bring her own equipment, so they used ours.

Description of Work: Marina comes every other week to clean our our main and upper floors(not the basement). She sweeps and mops, vacuums, dusts, cleans the bathrooms, and generally makes our house spotless!

Description of Work: I arranged with Romarina for 8 hours of housecleaning as a gift to my sister-in-law. They cleaned a two-story house.

Description of Work: Clean 2400 sq ft house, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, etc., twice a month. Blinds are done once a month and extra level (1100 sq ft - 1 bedroom, 1 bath, etc.) done once a month. Total of 6 man hours each visit.

Description of Work: Marina and Roman cleaned our house. They cleaned the bathrooms, dusted and vacuumed everywhere, changed linen on our master bed, and washed the sheets. They cleaned the kitchen and took the garbage out.

They clean the entire upstairs which includes three bathrooms, two bedrooms, living room, family room, kitchen, dining area and office twice a month. Once a month they clean both the upstairs and lower level. The lower level has another bathroom, two bedrooms, family room and a small music studio.

Description of Work: Marina cleans my two story townhouse every two weeks. This includes dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing hard floor surfaces, cleaning counters, tubs, toilets, sinks, appliance exteriors, inside microwave, etc. She also cleans my patio door and the front storm door windows. Marina also will do laundry, but I have not had her do mine.
