We were very pleased with the cleaning done. Staff was meticulous and thorough, prompt and courteous, and even addressed some areas that I didn't realize had been neglected.

They've cleaned our house for a few years now and have consistently done a wonderful job. I can never come close to getting the house as clean myself. They use products that leave the house clean, but not smelling like cleaners. Marina responds to emails within less than 24 hours if I need to re-schedule and they have been very flexible in accommodating our family's conflicts. The couple that cleans our house is friendly and personable and I feel like I have friends in my house, not strangers. I highly recommend this company!

Romarina cleans my home....three levels, four bathrooms, tile kitchen floor and front hallway... every other week. Additionally, Roman has done an exceptional job cleaning my windows. This is a highly professional and responsive organization.

They arrived right on time. Marina accompanied two workers to make sure that the job was mutually understood and she looked throughout the townhouse (which was completely empty) and we jointly agreed on exactly what would be done. She estimated that the job would take about 3-4 hours. I went and ran errands and the cleaners got to work. She and I returned to the townhouse about 3.5 hours later. We did a walk-thru and my expectations were exceeded. Did a great job! (I recommend that you don't forget to tip these hard-working cleaning people who are actually doing the work.)

This was a big deal purchase. The people that were doing it were about 65 years old and were Romanian or Russian, I think they were actually Russian but from Romania. They were an elderly couple and did a pretty good job but I am not going to go with them again. The main problems I had were they were very slow. They had four hours and the things I asked them to do was clean the bathrooms upstairs and the one downstairs -- they did not get to the one downstairs. They did some nice things like make up all of my beds. But then as I look around my house the dusting leaves a little bit to be desired. Maybe what she told them was not to move things around so they don't break things. She is going to call me back to see whether or not I want to continue with them, but I want someone to come in for an hour or two a week who will know my house to get everything done. It was very difficult to talk to these people because they didn't speak English very well. These were two of her employees and it was difficult for them to understand what I was asking them to do. They told me that if I wanted them to clean the downstairs bathroom it would cost another $25 for another hour's service. If I could speak Russian it would have gone much better. Their price was high. Their responsiveness to me was very good because I had to delay a couple of times. They came when they said they would. The owner manager was here at the beginning and she talked to them about what I wanted done, but from then on I could not get the cleaners to really understand. It was very hard. The two that she had had quite a bit of trouble speaking English. They were very nice.

Two cleaning people came, on time, with all of their cleaning equipment. We toured the house, and they went to work. They did a good job.

The team was awesome! I am handicapped and have not been able to maintain my home in very good condition. After 4 hours of the Romarina team work, the house looks as clean as the day we moved into it 15 years ago. They were fast, efficient and did wonderful work, with Marina keeping in contact to supervise their time and my costs. I WILL have them back in my house again - a little sooner than 15 years! Thanks for the great job and hard work.

The cleaning team were remarkable. They communicated early and often regarding scheduling. They arrived on time and got right to work. They cleaned our whole house, including floors, windows, bathrooms, and kitchens. The house is now spotless. They did an excellent job.

Excellent high quality cleaning service, professional. I have signed up for every other week cleaning based on how this 185 for 6 hours trial went. Very happy.

Romarina Cleaning did one of the BEST jobs in cleaning my home that I have ever had done. They followed all my requests, including some extra requests to clean one of my aluminum blinds. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Romarina Cleaning does a great job. The first visit was their 8-hour special offer. They detailed our house, getting rid of 2 years of dust that had built up on the basement level while we were away preparing a relative's home for sale, and making our home comfortable again after such lengthy disuse. The second visit was for follow up cleaning to maintain the clean, dust-free state they'd had created. I highly recommend Romarina. Our house sparkles thanks to them.

We went back and forth for a long time that they would not accept the coupon offer and had contacted Angie's List to give me my money back, maybe a month later of going back and forth they were able to finally honor the coupon. They were unable to finish the house within the 8 hours, I have had other cleaning services that had looked clean, with this company it did look clean but did not appear fresh. I could tell work was done but it did not appear fresh and clean. They had left a greyish black linear stain on my sons carpet. They had said it was possibly a crayon being stuck in the carpet, but there are not crayons in my sons room. They said in order to finish off the rest of the house and clean the stain that I needed to purchase more cleaning hours. If I had done a job and made a mess I would offer to clean that mess not ask for more working hours to finish of the job.

The team of two arrived right on time & worked for 4 hours. They did a wonderful job & didn't do any rooms that I didn't want them them to do. They also did a fabulous job on the bathrooms! Our shower is particularly large & difficult to clean but they did a wonderful job!

Great cleaning job. Looks beautiful. You wouldn't know we have a dog & baby living here. We plan to start having them clean on a regular basis.

They clean the house in about two hours. They're always exactly on time, they are very pleasant people, and they do a great job.

Crew was pretty much on time despite day after winter storm. They were very polite, efficient, and did an excellent job. We have called in house cleaning crews before, only to be disappointed by their lack of follow through. This crew did not let us down.

I've had the team at Romarina clean my house on a bi-weekly basis for the last few months. They do a FANTASTIC job, they are extremely friendly, accommodating, and extremely attentive to detail. I cannot recommend them enough!

The owners, Marina and Roman, have been very responsive to our requests. When they first started cleaning for us, they did the actual work... they have since hired additional help. We have a lot of tile flooring, which is labor intensive. Roman has also come out separately and cleaned our windows inside and out...

This was my first experience with this company. I decided to try Romarina Cleaning based on their quite good reviews. Today was the initial cleaning and they performed an outstanding job. They do things that no cleaner has ever done before such as tub jets and around the toilet caulk. My house was not that dirty per se, but now it just looks spotless! Again, this is my first experience with this company and I will update my review in the next four or six months
