RANDY'S HOME MAINTENANCE

They did great work. They communicated well and showed up and did efficient and quality work. They were also affordable and fair. It's a family business, which is something that I appreciate. I'll call next time I need something done.

From the moment they arrived they were very busy. As our home is a two-story home they made sure their equipment was safely installed. Then they removed the vine from the roof. Then they cleaned the gutters on the east and west sides of the house. Then they combined all the debris and removed it from our property. Very efficient and careful of our gardens and trees. It is somewhat difficult to set up the equipment as we have a large pine and a large spruce tree very close to the southeast and southwest corners of our home and large garden areas clost to the house.

I thought he did great. He showed up when he was supposed to, did it for the price he said he would do it and he was cheerful. I would rate him high and recommend him.

Randy shoveled my snow on short notice and did a great job.

The cost is a bit high but the consistency is worth it. They have damaged my property on occasion (broken solar lights, crack to the foundation) but considering that they come every week in the summer, I guess the odds are something will happen. They tend to get to my snow removal late at night but I have yet to have complaints from my neighbors - I think they try to wait as long as they can for the snow to end. They trimmed my shrubs this fall and the cost was rather high

He is reliable and does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it.

Fan went out. Called the firm. they couldn't get out until later due to other work. Jod was done and sytem seems to be working fine now.

He came quickly and was able to do the work thoroughly. He did some work that I didn’t think that had to be repaired. He is trustworthy and good value for the dollar. I will definitely call him again.

He does my apartment buildings as well. He is very reliable, his prices are fairy and he cleaned all of our gutters some of which are quite high.

They did a terrific job. They came in quickly after snow fall and did a very thorough job.

The lawn always looks good. We have been really happy using him. He is quite conscientious about getting here and doing whatever it is that I need done. He is very responsive and he does a good job.

Thought the price was too high for this size yard, and grass was not cut hardly at all. Requested that it be a little shorter and was told that they could not lower blades, never been told that before, this is third lawn service I used. Actually recommend them to a neighbor a few blocks away and neighbor used them, and I should of received even a thanks, or a $10 bucks off or something. Not sure if I will use them again, but maybe. Kid was friendly anyhow, and quick.

Our garage had been neglected. Randy and Jamie came over and moved everything out of the garage, blew the dust and cobwebs off items, did the for the walls and corners, put everything back in place. They also cleaned the gutters, including blowing leaves off the deck, bagging all leaves and took the bags with them. They removed brush we had stacked behind the garage to take for disposal, and painted the garage door going in to the house. Wow - it looks great out there now!

Randy's crew do very good work - sometimes they've hit my solar lights but they are very dependable.

He can do everything. He is a really good problem solver, he can figure things out that others can't. He is very flexible with appointments and polite.

Randy was very prompt in returning my phone call and was able to come do the repair work the next day. He had a very workable solution to my problem and explained in detail what he felt would be the most effective way to fix it and prevent future problems. The repairs were done quickly, with minimum disruption. The stairs look exactly like before and he cleaned up when he was done with the job. He was very pleasant and easy to work with and charged me slightly less than the estimate.

They showed up as planned when no one was home. The dead material was removed and the bushes pruned. No edging was done however. When I called about this, Randy stated that I hadn't asked for this but would send someone the next day. This never happened and after a fair amount of phone tag, I gave up and paid the bill.

I have waited two years to post this, but Randy managed to stop the water from coming into our house. I think he is honest and hardworking and I would use him again.

Randy seems to be expanding his knowledge of the work he does, and can be trusted to do a good job.

They were really nice and prompt. They checked in with me to see what I wanted them to do. In the two years that I have lived here, my shrubs have never looked as good. The two men cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. When I called them I felt that they really wanted to help me and were very genuine; they are a smaller company.

Just fine...I spoke to Randy on the telephone, and within a couple of days my gutters were cleaned. They cleaned up after themselves - the only way I knew they'd been here was seeing that the leaves were gone from the gutters. I would hire them again for this and other types of projects.

They were able to come out to clean my gutters on the day I called. They did a good job of cleaning the gutters, and were also able to replace the elbow on one of the gutters. Randy also had some good ideas for further repair work around the house.

Randy was quick to come over and aerate my lawn. The only trouble I had was getting a bill from him. Apparently, the bill was left in the mailbox and the mailman took it. Over a month later, I finally received the bill.

I called Randy's on a Saturday morning and left a message. He got back to me Sunday evening, which is a reasonable interval. Unfortunately for him, a competitor had already finished the job by then. He was very nice on the phone, he said he had been out of town that weekend, usually answers within twenty-four hours, etc. I believe him, and I'll call the next time I need help.

Randy came with two of his employees, scoped out the job and then left it to them. They didn't come with a long enough ladder (I hadn't mentioned the height of the house when I called) so they used my extension ladder. I asked them to pull the ivy down about 4 feet from the gutters. They did a very neat job of that, cleaned the gutters and bagged the refuse and put it by my garbage can. I asked if they wanted access to a hose to rinse the gutters but they used a blower instead.
