RANDY'S HOME MAINTENANCE

Not long after I called Randy, his crew showed up and did an amazing job of removing old, old vines from my house. I had requested that they only spend time removing the thickest vines and not worry too much about the smaller ones (I had removed just about everything up to where I could reach). The parts of the house they worked on are almost spotless. They also cleaned my gutters as they do each year.

They are excellent and have gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Snow removal is always done promptly. Sometimes there is a wait for fall or spring clean-up given high demand. The work is always outstanding.

One contractor I contacted refused to even give me an estimate when I sent him pictures of the problem. Another contractor gave me an estimate of $1500. I accepted Randy's estimate of $1100. His son did the work, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only was the final cost of $850 considerably less than the estimate, but the repair job was excellent from beginning to end. What a relief to have such professional and quality workmanship from a local company at such a reasonable price!

Randy was very responsive and called me back promptly. They were able to come out the next day to clean my gutters, which was much appreciated. They did a great job for a reasonable price, and I would hire them again.

He was prompt and was able to accommodate my request when everyone was trying to locate someone to perform this service. It had snowed and I was in need of someone right away to get this done. I haven't received an invoice as yet.

Our son was out of town and the person who was supposed to maintain his lawn was a no show. His lawn was a mess and Randy came in the middle of his busiest time and got the job done right away. He was fair on his price too. Very very happy with the work.

Nice family business. They cleared out the weeds, mulched the lawn, planted haustas and trimmed the shrubs. Work was timely, lawn looked great. Jamie is good at landscaping ideas. There was some confusion about the estimate but ultimately I was happy with the quality of the work done.

They were okay but a bit more expensive than I wanted to pay but I couldn’t do anything. Their truck is oversized and is bigger than the pick up so sometimes they have some difficulties getting into the smaller areas. They did a good job. The only complain I would have is that it took them too long to get here and would be 12 hours sometimes which is normal for them. One of the drivers backed out of the driveway fast and right in front of a patrol car which kind of got into a problem.

The two brothers arrived on time and set to work immediately. They worked steadily and efficient ly for three hours and completed all of the work that I outlined. The garage was very dirty, with dirt from our cars and much salt from this terrible winter. (I had to change my shoes when I went there so as not to track dirt, salt, and leaves into the basement.) The hose reel was a particularly tedious job that demanded know-how and patience. While they did the jobs we paid them for, they also helped me move heavy pots that I was planting for the porch. They have considerable knowledge about how things work and are cordial, nice people to have around. In three hours, they essentially made our house and grounds summer-ready. Some of this work, my husband and I simply could not do; the rest would have taken us hours and hours.

This is the third year they have done this work for me. I called Randy and they set a date about a week out and finished the job in less than 2 days.

Had bad ice dams around the the entire house. Randy's was recommended by my wife's co-worker and I thankfully found them on Angie's List as well. Called and talked to Ron. Ron and his crew were able to come out within a couple of hours. Said it was one of the worst cases they'd seen but that they could take care of it. Took about an hour and now our roof is clear. We really appreciated their responsiveness and the price was completely fair. We will definitely recommend these guys.

ANGIESLIST personnel, I should NOT have to provide a "rating" if I never used nor contacted the company. Seems doing so would skew rating system.

There was one man who came and he did the job. It was a not an old light fixture but the bulb had gotten broken so he had to remove that and install another fixture. He also had to re-wire some of the parts in the garage that was connected to it. He handled it very well and at that time I thought the price was reasonable but I could not remember what it was. He was courteous and was on time.

It went very well. They did a very good job. They were very professional and on time. They were very honest and upfront. They were very fair and their pricing was very competitive.

He gets the job done! The front end loader is the way to go for deep and/or compacted snow. Hand shoveling didn't get down to the pavement, but I didn't expect that---I just wanted a reasonably walkable path in and out the house. I thought he was friendly and straightforward and the price was more than fair given how much snow he moved and how hard it was to move the compacted snow.

I have been using them in January for several years in a row (will do so again this year). Unlike some others I have tried - Randy is very dependable and does a good job making sure areas are cleared on a timely basis. I also had them install an over the stove microwave for me - as they are able to do a variety of handyman tasks (also did a very good job). They are very friendly and I trust them to do a good job on anything needed

They did a fine job. However, there was one garden area they must have overlooked that was not done.

Went just fine. Very Pleased.

They were very prompt. I must have been near the beginning of their routes because they usually appeared within an hour after it stopped snowing. Very efficient. Usually completed the entire job within 15 to 20 minutes. Never had any problems.
