Prestige Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery

Description of Work: I have used Prestige 4 times now. I have used several other companies over the years but Prestige is by far the best. They cleaned all my carpets including my Turkish rugs. Beautiful.

Description of Work: We had a good experience with Mike and Amanda. They were prompt, friendly, professional. They got right to work. Amanda was pregnant with their first child and feeling a little queasy. I gave her some saltines and soda and left for work. All was clean and in place when I returned home. There were a few spots that I wondered might need more work, or they might tell me they weren't able to get rid of them. I called a few times about that, but also that I'd like to use their other servcies, such as window cleaning, or gutters etc. They didn't return the call. This was odd, because Mike has always been prompt with phone calls. My only assumption was that something must be terribly wrong. I would not assume if you have not heard from them that it is because of lack of responsibility. I did not get that impression. I also do not know if Angie's list necessarily send the money until the service has been performed. So if they have not done the service Angie's list will refund your money, from past experience.

Description of Work: This company recently advertised on Plum District for a housecleaning PLUS 10 windows. I checked Angie's List prior to purchasing the deal and proceeded to purchase. It was difficult to get the job scheduled, I rearranged my entire day to be here this morning when they showed up .. THEY NEVER SHOWED or CALLED. I have left messages and emails since first thing this morning with NO RESPONSE. I am out money and am thoroughly disappointed.

Description of Work: I purchased a group on for this company and have tried numerous times to contact the company and they have NEVER called me back!!!!

Description of Work: Never received service because i never received a response and could not get ahold of snyone for past 3 weeks. Have left emails and phone messages. No response. Dont get scammed by this company like me. Still trying to get ahold of them to get my money back. Big dissapointment in angies list first and last time using it i feel like i paid to get a credible company to clean yet feel scammed.

Description of Work: I took advantage of an $89.00 coupon they offered for 3 hours of housecleaning plus 10 windows cleaned (inside only). In the end, we use the time for the windows (15 minutes?) tor the cleaning. In order to finish the job, Mandy actually stayed for a full 4 hours and was not looking for additional money. She was courteous, pleasant, and professional. When I noticed she missed a place or two (because she's not used to the house on a first visit) she was completely happy to redo and correct--and the place now sparkles. Much appreciated Mandy's fairness and commitment to doing a really good job.

Description of Work: Came the day after I called. Did a wonderful job with no problem moving furniture. They did not change the price or try to sell us more then the quote on the phone. Friendly and carefull with furniture and pets.
