Everything went fine with them. I believe they stayed for the whole 3 hours.

It went very well. The house we bought had cream carpets and I didn't think they would come clean. This company did the carpet and it turned out great.

Was late because of equipment breakdown but apologetic. Performed extra work (free room cleaned) as compensation. Extremely professional and cooperative.

It went great. They were on time, efficient, helpful and did a great job.

The young woman arrived on time. She did call in advance, to confirm the date. She was very congenial and friendly. We chatted for a few minutes to agree on the jobs to be done. Work progressed and was done with the three hours in mind.. I asked her about the possibility of service on outside windows.. She replied that her husband did outside window work. She also explained that she and her husband own an apartment cleaning service together and that this housecleaning service was hers alone. Further we agreed that we would stay in touch for fall window cleaning. Unfortunately I never heard from them. I also learned in the course of conversation that the young woman was seven or eight months pregnant and due to deliver shortly. The work that she did was satisfactory but I was looking for someone that would be available on a regular basis for a variety of household cleaning and organizing chores. I asked her to call me again after the birth of the baby and when she felt she could work for me. She promised she would but I never heard from her again. While I felt she did a good job, especially on the inside window cleaning, I felt the communication and follow up was poor. This is important to me and therefore it is unlikely that I would hire her again.

Prestige Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery were good. The price was fair.

This worked out very well. They couldn’t clean one of the couches because the upholstery was unfamiliar to her. The carpet turned out great. They were prompt and thorough. They made sure everything was great and I was very happy.

Poorly--BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO SCHEDULE THIS PROVIDER BEFORE THE DEAL EXPIRED-- my bad, nothing wrong with the provider!

I bought a deal coupon, but then found their answering system not accepting messages. Waited 2 weeks and tried again, repeatedly. Finally contacted Angies and got my money refunded. I am concerned that some companies offer too many coupons and get in over their heads.

I purchased the service, called the company serveral times and did not received a return call to schedule the service. I finally received an email from Angies List telling me that the the company had lost the list of people who had purchased the service and could not fulfill the purchased service. Angies List immediately provided a full refund.

Angie's List did refund my money as the work was not performed by the time the deal expired.

I purchased this deal back in the spring. I contacted the company on multiple occasions, phone and email, with no response. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach them, I asked for my money back from Angie's List - and received it.

I called numerous times as well as e-mailing numerous times between May and November 17. I always talked to a machine; I never talked to a human. On the day of the deadline, I attempted contact by phone and e-mail to no avail. I never got the service I paid for. I never even got any attention from the company. They simply ignored me.

I had purchased their housecleaning offer for my brother, who is on a transplant list and I thought it would be nice for him to get his condo profeesionally cleaned. He called them once and they never called him back. So he called them back and their phone number had been disconnected. So he went to their website and that was taken down also. So he assumed that they had gone out of business. So he never got the housecleaning done.

I set up the time to have the cleaning done, and asked about the addition of 2 flights of stairs. A couple of days before the scheduled cleaning, they called and said that they would like to delay cleaning, since it had rained quite a bit, and my yard was probably muddy, and with pets, the carpets might not stay clean very long. I told them that I would prefer to keep the scheduled time, and I wasn't worried about the weather. Then they siad that their main truck was not working, and they would have to use the smaller machines. I was fine with that too. Then they finally said that they would prefer to reschedule when their truck was fixed, so we changed the date. On the date we rescheduled, they said they would be there at 8, so I didn't arrange for time off of work. At 8:30 I called them, and they said they were just leaving, and would be at my house shortly. They finally arrived at 9. Once there, I hleped move the furniture, and left them to clean. The carpet and couch looked and smelled great when they got done.

Terribly - they took my money and never performed the services.

She came on time and brought some cleaning supplies, I supplied the rest. She was pleasant and quick about her work. This was my first experience with a house cleaner and therefore my expectations were probably unrealistic.

NOTHING HAPPENED! NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED.

Overall, they did a good job. However, there was a rust stain left behind on the carpet from a lamp they moved. I have tried to contact them regarding the issue over the last two months. I have yet to hear back from them regarding the situation.

I gave Prestige Carpet Cleaning an "F" because they did not honor the coupon that I purchased from Angie's list. So far I am out the money. I called Prestige 3 times and left messages on their voice mail, but they never returned my call. I haven't given up on getting a refund. I contacted Angie's list and they said they would make good on the coupon.
