I told Kevin that I wanted to move/ship a car to Denver. He found a responsible car carrier company to do the job. The company contacted me and we met to load up the car. It is on it's way to Denver. The price was good. All is well. Very pleased!

Everything went smoothly. I was given a window of time on a specific day, and the agent called me about an hour before the driver arrived, telling me he was almost to my house. The driver was very professional and the car was delivered as promised. This is where Angie's List shines. I had complete faith that I was dealing with a reputable company, and I was right.

Kevin of Premiere explained how the process works: He is a broker and arranged with independent auto movers to move vehicles. He offered substantiation of appropriate licensing, insurance, as well as longevity in the business to satisfy my concerns of safety. He stayed in touch with me throughout the process, and also provided appropriate communication with the guy who actually was doing the hauling. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the carrier used a rig that only held three vehicles, so there was no danger of my car being dripped on with fluids from the car above if it was on the lower berth. Despite the move taking place in the midst of a freak snowstorm, the carrier took his time and did not proceed to travel until it was safe. Everything worked out perfectly, I have my car and it's in perfect condition. Very pleased and glad I checked on Angie's List first!

My daughter, who lives in Missoula, Montana, purchased a used 2005 Subaru Forester, while home for Christmas in Detroit. These cars are golden on the roads of Montana, where the rare used, but available, one brings $2,000 to $3,000 more than in Detroit. The intent, because I am retired, was for me to drive it out sometime in January. But once I added-up the cost of getting an In-Transit License, four days of motel and restaurants, the cost of 1963 miles of gas and maintenance on the car, and the cost of the flight from Missoula back to Detroit, I found that anything under $1400 would be a bargain. And even assuming that my time was free, I would not have to risk the dangers of the road during the worst weather of the year across our northern rack of states. And they want you to sign a firm contract which can only be enforced in their local court. So I checked the internet, and got a flood of quotes from dozens of brokers. Few truckers book much of their work directly. They rely upon a computer network with 100s of brokers attached. Most brokers give the appearance that they are truckers. There is no standard % of the total cost for brokers. They give you a firm quote, based upon their past experience with your proposed route, but hope to find someone to do it for less. This can result in a real crap shoot if you have a tight schedule involved in your move. So, if you have a tight schedule to move your car, your odds of being disgusted are pretty high. You need a Plan B, to borrow or rent a car for a few days before or after your move. The cost of a truly guaranteed pick-up and delivery date will probably add up to a lot more than your Plan B. The top 2 picks on Angie's List wanted $2,000 to move my car. So then, I went down Angie's List, and found Kevin Nagel at Premier. He didn't yet have a pile of kudos, but was from Minneapolis and had 10 years experience. I wanted someone who knew the truckers on the northern routes; January is the hardest and most costly time of the year. And that, after 2 weeks, is what he found. The Boyz, Inc. were located just 50 miles from Missoula. Kevin said, given my flexability, he could find someone for $1200 to $1300. Together, Kevin and TBI did it for $1150. Hooray for Kevin! Give him a try. He strikes me as a "Clint Eastwood" kind of guy. Talk to him; get a clear understanding of what you need and what you options are. He did not require a firm signed contract. I wish I had more space to describe my experience and satisfaction.

Absolutely wonderful, They were great and wrapped everything in cloth wraps and made sure that all boxes were sealed before loading the truck. They were punctual and actual had to drive an hour from Sacramento, CA to Pioneer, CA to move her. They were able to make the arrangement on the day that were planning to move, even though it was short notice on our part. The guys were fantastic on making sure that everything were in order when arriving at the house. They packed the truck on the order that we wanted to unload first at the new house. They took their time loading the truck in order to make sure that the boxes/furniture were loaded properly and that they were loaded to make sure that they wouldn't come down when driving down. We had a very complicated and heavy bed to take apart and put together when unloaded. We also had a big Grandfather Clock to move and they were awesome when making sure that it was wrapped very good and loaded properly. This was a significant piece of furniture that we were worried about,, but were proud that of them when loading/unloading the clock. When they arrived at the new house, they laid carpet runners on the carpet (this carpet was new) so not to damage it. Everything was placed where we wanted everything to be placed and arranged throughout the house and were very pleased with the men and they made sure that my Mother was involved in the settings of the furniture. When the move was completed, the billing was just about what they said without even seeing what we had to move.The bill was thoroughly explained and even took her credit card on site which was very convenient for us. I was very impressed with the company and would recommend Premier Moving Services to anyone that is planning on moving in the surrounding counties around the Sacramento, CA area. The Professionalism of the Company and the employees were excellent and the courtesy was what we were looking for.

Couldn't be better. I decided at the last minute to ship my vehicles instead of getting friends to drive them for me. Kevin made arrangements within a day (some luck was involved but Kevin is pretty good at making his own luck). Best of all, the cost was almost exactly HALF of what the Allied Van Lines agency wanted to do the exact same thing (Allied was ripping me off because they knew I was in a bind). Kevin even helped me get the vehicles to the pickup point. I highly recommend Kevin and his company.

They could not do the service for me.

Kevin responded immediately. Premier was not the lowest price, but I felt confident based on their reviews. The price was within $100 of the low bid. They picked up the car within 2 days of my authorization and delivered it within 3 days of pick up! Three days from FL to CA. Amazing service and great price. Thanks!

This transaction went extremely smoothly! I was very impressed with the excellent service and professionalism.. I received a call from the provider on a Friday morning because he had a carrier interested in my order. The car was picked up by 4:00 pm that day, as promised, and delivered to my door by 6:00 pm the next day, AS PROMISED. I had been very concerned and leery of signing up with a transporter as this business is a tough business and some of the brokers were really making me nervous with their comments, requirements, ESTIMATES (non-firm quoting) etc.and the general overall feeling that I had entered a nest of vultures when I started trying to acquire quotes. Kevin at Premier ANSWERED his phone each time I called. He kept the overall price on the LOW end of the estimate that he gave me. I felt that alone demonstrated extreme integrity as he had quoted a RANGE, and priced it at the lowest end of the range.The actual driver that delivered the vehicle was VERY pleasant even after a long day of driving through the hills and hollars of Arkansas and Missouri, Illiniois and Indiana. I would recommend this provider to anyone, and would use them again if the opportunity arises.

In preparation for my coast-to-coast move from Maine to Seattle, I, unfortunately, had made the mistake of booking my move and the transport of my car with an unethical company. Only days before I was scheduled to move did I realize my blunder. Very upset and a bit "addled" by the predicament I had created for myself, I turned to "Angie's List." A calm and helpful representative sent me the names of 3 car transport companies -- including Premier Movers located in Minneapolis. Kevin (the owner) rescued me from what could have been a disaster. He allowed me to keep my originally scheduled air flight (Boston-Seattle) by arranging to store my car with Chips in Boston until Coast-to-Coast (based in Seattle) could transport the car. Everything went without a hitch; everyone was friendly, professional, and expedient.

Went perfectly!! Every other auto transport broker with good reviews on Angies List when I contacted them simply said "no way" from the get go without even trying. This guy, Kevin Nagel, told me straight up that it would definitely be a tough route to get a bite on but that he would try. He also encouraged me to start with a reasonable bid and only increase it later if no initial takers, I was getting desperate enough I was ready to start higher. In the end his advise saved me a good chunk of money (over $600 from the only option I had) and the pickup was almost immediate. Now, he did say that we got very very lucky because odd routes like mine for the most part require luck to find a transporter with space that is making an unusual run. That said, Kevin is a straight up honest guy. $0 ahead. ZERO deposit until the car is loaded. AFTER it is loaded, you pay him his $200 commission. On delivery, you pay the trucker the agreed on transport fee. This is how the industry works. Of course many brokers, Kevin's competitors, demand a deposit before the car is loaded. Do NOT do that. Those are the situations where people lose their money or get stuck waiting endlessly because that broker didn't actually have a truck lined up. They are full of BS. Kevin is not. This guy is straight up. HIGHLY recommend this guy. He was first to admit he had good luck, but his style, his effort, his upfront honesty and good advise were what deserves your business. This industry is full of frauds. Avoid them. Kevin also will give his effort for those who aren't on easy routes, like NY to Miami. We don't all suffer from living in a giant metropolis.

After frustrating my self with internet searches on my own I went to Angies list and found Premier and I am glad I did I got my new toy in perfect condition and ready for the car shows Thanks again Kevin for a job well done

My car was picked up on a Tuesday by the transportation company and loaded on a truck with several other vehicles. To my surprise the car was delivered on the next Saturday. The service was professional, timely and at a reasonable price.

I needed my car shipped from Addison, TX to Troy, MI and had a very small time frame to get the car there as i was getting started the following week for my new job! I must have been in contact with 6 other companies and no one could get my car within the 5 day window to my location in Michigan other than premier. I spoke with Kevin and he said he'll try. Within minutes he called me back with the good news that he found someone for me. It is a little more price wise than i was quoted with the other companies, but I NEEDED my car there! The car arrived only 2 days after i flew into town and it arrived in the same condition that it shipped!!! I was thrilled with the super fast service!!! I was initially very apprehensive about the whole process and Kevin walked me through the whole thing, which i really appreciated and had the carrier call me directly so that I felt more at ease with the process. Everything was super professional and on time!!! I will definitely use their services again if I do need my car shipped again :)

Kevin from Premier was very courteous and professional and I believe he would have done a fine job but I was fortunate to have a friend who volunteered to handle it for me, saving me a lot of money.

It didn't. I decided not to ship my car.

Everything went great. Five days an my SUV arrived.

Went well overall. Only issue I had was the driver seemed reluctant to call to give us an appointed time for the car pick up in Los Angeles. But once we connected, that went fine, and the connection in MN went well also. No damage at all to the car. Arrived in MN a day earlier than my "needed by" date.

The move was exceptional. Kevin immediately called me after I submitted an estimate request online. I explained to him the ordeal and runaround that I had been receiving from another auto transport company that was highly recommended on Angie's List. After waiting three weeks to ship my car due to my move out to the SF bay area, I was ready to have anyone move it, as long as they were reliable. Within the day, Kevin scheduled the move within my tight timeframe. To my surprise (due to my previous poor experience and false promises made by another auto transport company ranked highly by Angie's List), Kevin's driver called me with the estimated time of arrival, actually arrived during that estimated time, and was ready to pick my car up. The driver also drove me to the metro since I no longer had a ride. The driver arrived EARLY in the bay area, and he again did exactly what he said he would do and more. Aside from the exemplary service on the driver's end, Kevin as the broker was easy to work with, explained the matter in detail, and even was able to negotiate the shipment a few of my belongings, which was OH SO KIND of him. And he did so at no additional cost. Moving in general is stressful. Kevin made the process seamless. He is really a wonder. And the driver he contracted with was equally superb. Despite my anxiety, with this company I had nothing to worry about. The driver was pleasant and trustworthy. He went out of his way at a very reasonable coast. I wouldn't use any one else in the future for auto transport. This is the company to use. It just makes good / wise sense to use the most reliable, trustworthy, and affordable service.

Premier was immediate at response time! He explained everything precisely to me. That was extremely important as others were not that way. He arranged for the transport and it went perfect until the driver of the truck reached the destination. I asked for it to be delivered to Boulder, Co. The driver had the person picking up the vehicle drive to Louisville, Co, which was 20 minutes away. It's not far but I wanted it to be delivered to Boulder and that was what I paid for, this made me unhappy. The car did get there in perfect condition and very quickly. I do have to say this should not reflect on Premier moving, as I don't feel he is responsible for the truck drivers actions.

Paid for the Angies $50 coupon which he got and my cars were never shipped. I am not going to chase a guy for business when he could obviously care less about it.
