Kevin was an absolute wizard! We had contracted with another company, who notified us on pick-up day that no carrier was available. I found Premier, and was continually impressed with Kevin's knowledge, helpfulness and problem solving abilities. He delivered our car on time, and at the quoted price. If I ever need auto transport services again, he will be my first choice.

The driver did an amazing job of getting here prior to scheduled and worked through incredibly inclement weather. Very pleased with the service he provided.

Kevin was very responsive, professional and helpful in explaining the process. He posted my request and found a transporter within a couple of days. The driver was rude and essentially left the car down the street from my house because he said he couldn't make the corner. This shouldn't be a reflection on Kevin as he is only the middleman and is not affiliated with the drivers or transportation company.

Kevin did a great job giving me an estimated price that was very good, and then finalizing the move and price within a day or so. Pickup happened quickly and the car was delivered in only a few days. Much better experience than most other auto moving services I have used. First class, great communication and a good value. I will use them again.

My daughter moved from Seattle area to Madison, WI and we needed to have her car transported due to weather, time frame, and other reasons. I joined Angie's list to find someone reputable. I called 2 of them on the list, one didnt call me back, but Kevin from Premier Auto called me back later that day. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and had exactly what we were looking for! Kevin took excellent care of every detail. We did only have 1 hitch in the whole plan, and that was the punctuality of the delivery which was not due to any miss handling but was a mechanical issue with the truck transporting our car! Kevin was very helpful with this as well. My daughter's car was delivered a few days later than we originally anticipated! I would recommend keeping in touch with the actual trucking company delivering the vehicle, with their cell phone and company phone number. This will save you a lot of assuming! This way you can call the transporting trucker to find out where and when the car will be delivered in case of weather, mechanical issues or ?.. All excellent service tho.. I would recommend them to anyone looking to transport a vehicle anywhere in the United States, altho might do overseas as well, not sure tho. I will use again if needed.

I have to contact a different provider to deliver my car. I didn't get any response from this provider and I felt I'll wasting time in addition to the money I wasted.

I made the mistake of entering my information in an online search engine for auto shipping. Next thing I knew I was inundated with phone calls, texts and emails. Lots of promises and some really sketchy characters...... In the middle of the madness I found Kevin on Angie's list and gave him a call. Kevin gave me great, straight forward information on how the process works and what to expect. He was honest and more importantly, was ZERO pressure. If you're thinking about shipping a vehicle and hate stress, call Kevin!

Good communication with broker and transport driver. Did what they said they would do when they said they'd do it.

The move went well. My car arrived in good condition.

Kevin was awesome to work with and very quickly responded to all my calls. The trucker was on time to pick up the car and thoroughly inspected it and left me a copy of paperwork. Transport truck broke down (which was totally unexpected by everyone especially driver) and took a few days to repair. Even, with that being said, car arrived in great shape on Long Island. I would recommend Kevin for any auto transportation. In fact, next year I have a Jaguar to ship from Seattle to NYC and I plan on using Kevin again. Service & price cannot be beat.

When I called Kevin he answered the phone and was able to answer my questions about the service he provides and could give me approximate costs to ship my car. I had originally called him with a date about a month out. Later that afternoon, I decided to see if we could ship the car sooner, perhaps no later than the following week. Kevin suggested that he post the request to ship and see what we responses he might get. Well, he called me within an hour that he had a shipper who could pick the car up the following day, for the price I was willing to pay. The shipper called in the morning on Friday and came to pick up the car. We were very please with how professional they were. Incredibly, the car arrived in South Florida on Monday morning! Needless to say, the service was outstanding. Kevin did a great job, and followed through with an excellent auto shipper at a reasonable price.

I called Kevin as he received high marks on Angies List and he described the process in full. He also gave me a shipping estimated cost and said he would write it up and see where the pricing would fall. He ended up getting a good price at the low end of where he thought the price would be. The process is a two step as a person who drove the car transport truck (4-5 cars) inspected the car and noted any existing dings and scratches on the car. The car was then loaded and brought it to New Jersey where it would be placed on a cross country hauler. The estimated time was 7-10 days and as the Labor day holiday fell in between, the car delivery actually took 12 days. Off loading at the delivery point was fast and the car transport was completed. Cash or Bank Check is required. No credit card except for the separate payment for the broker fee.

It is not a moving company, it is more of a booking company. They actually book for other companies. I think my experience with this company was good. They did okay. We are planning to use them again in the future.

I was called the same day and the transport driver was out there within two days, it worked out really well.

Kevin worked tirelessly to find a shipper for my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process. The price was great and everyone involved was very professional.

Betty was very helpful and professional, she answered emails almost immediately. Once arrangements were made and the date arrived for the car pickup, communication with the carrier was not so good. There was confusion as to the date and time of the pickup. Once the driver called we were able to get things straightened out, and the car was delivered about 5 days later, on time. Car was in perfect condition. I rate Premier Moving Svcs vet high; the carrier they contracted with not as high, although he got the job done with some initial communication issues. Could have been much worse.

He is a one man show but very friendly and prompt in finding someone to transport a vehicle from Pennsylvania to California for a fair price. There was a problem with the pick-up time on the PA end and my 90year old father, who no longer drives, was very distressed about numerous delays in picking up the car. He had arranged for two drivers to help him get the car to the trucker but then the transport truck broke down and his helpers had to leave which left no one available to get the car to the transport truck. It really wasn't anyone's fault but the circumstances distressed my father, especially because the morning pick-up stretched into the night. He had me all in a tizzy and I worried that he was going to have a heart attack! I spent the day on the phone trying to help the PA connection go more smoothly. However, it all worked out in the end. The trucker had his truck fixed (the battery had died) and he drove near my dad's house the next day then walked to my dad's place and picked up the car himself! The trucker did a good job taking care of the car and getting it to me safely in CA. I called Kevin and explained to him what had happened and he felt bad about it and said he would waive his broker fee. This helped me smooth things over with my dad. If you need to have a vehicle shipped, I would definitely recommend talking with Kevin at Premier Moving Services!

Fixed cost $1300, however, unexpected cost of additional $252 for the luggage stored inside the car. My Ford Escape was already packed and ready to go when I received the contract that stated only 65 pounds (one suitcase) could be stored in the trunk. Otherwise, the service was excellent and very fast, less than a week for the cross country delivery.

after looking online at all of the transport companies and going through millions of reviews I chose Premiere while looking on Angie's List. I was also very nervous as there is horror story after horror story online about transport company's. I called Kevin on Friday and told him I was putting him on the case and the first day the car would be available would be the following Wednesday. He told me "if you haven't heard from me then I don't know anything". I left him an email on Tuesday evening asking him if he had any idea how long the process may take so I can inform the owner of the car. He called me on Wednesday morning, I was assuming to discuss with me how long it might take to get the car picked up, nope, he was giving us a 2 hour notice that the car was being picked up! The lack of notice might have been a problem but the guy shipping the car to me was able to make arrangements to get there to get the car loaded. Turns out it was a single enclosed car trailer pulled by a pick up truck, the perfect situation for my classic 1967 Nova. The driver left NE about noon and asked me if it would be possible to deliver later that night so he could get on to his next job. I agreed and took delivery right in front of my house about 2:30 am. It sure made a long day the next day with my lack of sleep but I was thrilled to get the car in perfect condition and didn't mind helping the guy out. So all in all my experience with Kevin and Premiere was fantastic. We were flexible on both ends of the transaction and got what was most important to me, my car taken care of and delivered to me. Kevin was very professional and has many good reviews on Angie's List, with my one experience in mind I would absolutely recommend Premiere.

My parents traveled to Tucson, Arizona to spend the summer. They had a different car transport company to ship the car to Tucson, AZ from Indianapolis, IN. When they planned to return in the spring, they called the same car transport company about a month prior to shipping the car back and kept being told- call back closer to the time. This company dropped the ball and a week before my parents were to fly back to Indianapolis, the car transport arrangements still hadn't been completed. I called Kevin, one week before my parents were to return and explained the situation. Kevin immediately put out a dispatch to his potential drivers. Within one hour, Kevin called me with a driver. The driver picked up the car within about a day or 2 later. My parents proceeded to fly home 5 days after the car was picked up in Tucson. The truck arrived in Indianapolis the same day my parents flew home. I picked my parents up at the airport and then picked up the car on the way home. The car was in excellent shape. No damage and the driver was very flexible and friendly. This was an AWESOME experience. I would definitely use Premier Moving Services and would ask for Kevin Nagel again!! THANKS KEVIN!
