Thomas was on time and did a good job.

Thomas showed up on time and fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently. He was very patient with the additional questions we had about other future repair jobs at our home. When he did not have the information on hand, he followed up the very next day with what we needed. He was a pleasure to work with.

They have always come though for me. I consider them to be fair, honest and easy to contact. Excellent customer service and plumber (Erik). Highly recommend.

Thomas came out and after talking about what I saw and after he assessed the situation he let me know what he was probably going to have to do and the cost. I told him let's do it...got to stop that leak. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable & very personal.. In the end we had to do everything Thomas thought we would have to do...it took awhile but he got the job done and no more leak and actually the whole under sink situation is much better. Thomas did a great job and I would recommend to others for sure

This was a straightforward replacement of a rusted pipe. They did a nice job.

Our Plumb Right Master Plumber, Matthew, was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous as he resolved our plumbing pipe leak. We had such a great experience, we signed up for the Lifetime Service agreement. Whenever we require plumbing services in the future, Plumb Right will be our provider!!

They did an excellent job, I'm happy with the service and I will recommend them to others.

Professional plumber resolved the problem within 1 hour or so. Plumber charged us $518.93 for this work to fix pipes issues in the house ( for soft water to go through the kitchen. Price is somewhat high but the job was done quickly. I hope we’re not being ripped off from Plumb Right.

First time ok for a few months. the leak came back so I'm not sure it was fixed right the first time. Contacted them again because their service is outstanding they fixed it a second time . Said maybe something was missed the first time,did not throw the other plumber under the bus. Contacted plumbright to fix overall satisfaction and they offered a great deal to make me happy.

I have have had 2 problems in the last few weeks both times they were taken care of, very professional techs upfront with what was needed to be done. The price was good and will have them any time I have a problem. Very nice people to deal with.

Matthew was on time. Stated he had 18 years of experience. After looking for the back panel to look at the piping, which there wasnt one do to the condo I live in ,we discussed changing out the faucet hardware. Matthew stated he didn't think that would stop the leakage. At this point I feel he should have referred me to a company or simply stated he did not know where the leak was coming from. Since I have little knowledge of this issue. I asked him if he could look behind the middle faucet ( the hot/cold hardware) And for some reason he couldn't do that. We both agreed to recaulk the faucet.. I think we both knew that probably wasn't going to help. Within one day the leak was back. I contacted the association and they had someone out with 3 days to diagnose and confirm where the leaking was coming from and how to rectify the problem. Turns out I didn't even need to call a plumber after all. Here is my complaint : 1) I called PLUM RIGHT and asked if they could use a lighted scope in the center faucet to look for the leak. Again I was told no they could do that. They they would have Matthew call me . 2) Matthew called and left me a message with his phone number. I called him and left a message. HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. 3) I contined to call the office at least 3 times after Matthew had left my place, only to be told "Matthew will call you" 4) The unproffesslism for the office or Matthew not to return my phone calls. I would like reimbursement of 69.00 for the diagnostic part of the bill. I relied on a professional plumber to diagnose the problem or tell me he didn't know and to contact my association or another company that could help diagnose the leak. I think this is a learning opportunity for all parties involved. But I don't think I should be charged for knowledge a professional should know after 18 years of experience. Nick showed up right on time, got right to work and was done within an hour. He replaced the faucet, as well as totally cleaning up the cupboard underneath the sink. He was very personable and helpful. The red shoe booties were a nice touch too. This is the second time we've had this company out to do plumbing work, and we plan on keeping their info and using them for future needs.

Thomas came to my house this past week and was not only knowledgeable, but also very friendly and personable. He replaced the drain stopper, which should be an easy fix, but since it involved a pedestal sink, it wasn't. He was able to pull away only what he needed to get to the project (as opposed to the fear of having to take the entire sink out)...so a BIG THANK YOU to him for that!!! I've been using Plumb Right for a just over a year now and joined their club. The cost of joining has long ago been paid back. Not only do you get 10% off, but you get priority appointments with no charge service call and the mostly friendly staff, just like Thomas. Without hesitation, I would recommend Plumb Right. They are just the easiest and nicest company to work with.

Unfortunately the schedule didn't work but they were very professional and timely in their response. If I need plumbing work I will contact them again.

It was working fine, the price was reasonable. He is a nice guy and did a good job and I was very pleased. I would definitely call them.

This was the second service on this sillcock...previously about 3-4 years ago. Matthew explained that the pipe was not pitched properly, so that water tended to drain in, not out, but that leveling could not be corrected, simply to be more diligent draining at the end of the season. The price for what was a 1.5 hour job seemed much higher than expected, but work done correctly. Note the price includes a $69 up front diagnostic fee.

I needed the work done the same week and they were very responsive and able to come earlier than planned which worked out well. Very satisfied with work. Explained all the work and risks. They were a bit higher but within reason for when I needed it completed.

Our main drain line had been backing up for days. Everything we tried didn't work so we called Plumb Right having used them before. Someone arrived within an hour. The technician cleared the drain, then he scoped it and showed us that everything was in working order. Plumb Right plumbers are very good at what they do. I'd definitely use them again.

Great - it's something no one ever plan for nor enjoys spending money on. I felt they were fair and gave no pressure up selling - much appreciated.

Before cutting into the plaster or making a swift decision, the plumber took his time exploring the potential root of the problem. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and patience!

Thomas was right on time, and within five minutes of him arriving I had a quote, which I accepted. He started working on the job within 10 minutes. He was very well prepared and very professional. He was done in less than an hour. He showed me what he had done and I was very impressed. Now my bathtub and shower work again. I will absolutely use Plumb right again.
